Have came here for service on my car over the last couple of years. Easy booking online for service appointments. They are normally moderately busy and appointments are a good idea. Upon arrival they are fairly prompt on getting you before you get out of your vehicle. They review what services will be completed and I opt to wait in their lobby. Which is quite nice. They have a back area without a TV, narrow but quiet. Then the main waiting area with the TV, coffee/tea service, water and a few light snacks. Enjoy they text you a video link of the review of the car and recommendations. I needed headlight replaced and talk about some work! They had to take off the wheel well to get to the headlights! And both were replaced. They even sent a video of the old vs new bulb. So much fun! The dealership is always clean and tidy in the service area, waiting area and showroom floor. I also love seeing the beautiful doggie (I believe a doodle mix?) when I come in. Such a sweet doggie. Makes for a nice surprise if you are a dog person. read more

I contacted this dealership multiple times for help with maintenance questions on my 2012 Mazda MX-5 Miata. I sent two messages to the service department regarding maintenance/coolant/radiator service and received no reply. I also contacted the parts department asking about the correct Mazda coolant/radiator fluid and also received no reply. On the contact form, I selected email as my preferred reply method. There was a phone-number field, but it was not required, and the form specifically allowed choosing email or phone for a response. I was not asking for anything complicated or unreasonable. I was trying to confirm the correct maintenance information and parts/fluids for my car so I could handle the service properly. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts through both service and parts, I still have not received a response. That lack of communication is disappointing, especially from a dealership service/parts department where customers are supposed to be able to get accurate manufacturer-specific information. read more

I scheduled several services with my service advisor, Chelsea Hayes-Do. I had asked her to list the services for my 2014 Mazda 5 that she would recommend. I made an online appointment for the services that she recommended. Chelsea met me at the car, reviewed the services, and procured the shuttle to take me home. During the services, the tech noticed a worn transmission mount. Chelsea informed me, and I approved the replacement of the mount. When the services were done, Chelsea got the shuttle to pick me up. When i got there, I was encountered by someone, I can't remember his name but he was learning the ropes. He went to find a person who could help me & that person was Rudy. Rudy was so patient and kind and concerning for me to find a new car that fit me. He listened to all i wanted and made sure to try to stick to my budget. Please avoid this place. You will leave feeling stupid for asking questions to the salesman as they feed lies to your face. They got me good here. Part of the blame on myself for trusting them and I was in a desperate situation at the time but yesterday was my first payment on my loan. As I realized I've spent over $1000 on this used vehicle before my first pay I felt the need to warn others not to be so foolish. Stopping here will cost me for years and has made trying to better my situation and get out of a car that was no longer running put me into a situation in a car that now has me in a bad vehicle situation again plus a growing financial hardship. The approach was pushy, uncomfortable, and frankly slimy. When we tried to leave, he repeatedly attempted to stop us, which crossed a line and made the experience unsettling enough that we wrote off the dealership entirely. Fast forward to this week, James, the new Used Car Sales Manager, reached out. I was very clear that we were not interested in moving forward due to the prior experience. To his credit, James took that seriously and said he wanted to make it right. Despite my initial hesitation, James and Sam both followed through. They were respectful, transparent, and genuinely focused on fixing what had gone wrong. They worked out a fair deal, provided excellent service, and ultimately earned our business with a CPO Mazda CX-30. In a world where too many car dealers still rely on slimy, high-pressure tactics to take advantage of customers, like the manager we initially encountered, James and Sam did right by us.
