    We were on Vacation from the Bay Area. Our plans were to buy two vehicles, one for our Son and the other for my wife who had just retired from Law Enforcement (25 years of service). The day before, we had already put a deposit down for my wife's vehicle 2020 E 400 MB. The vehicle for our Son was a 5 series BMW, however it was out being serviced so we decided to wait until the next day to test drive it. As we drove back to the Hotel, we drove past this car lot. Spoke with the owner and the next thing you know is we were buying a car for our Son. He test drove a C Class MB they had and he loved it. They gave us an amazing deal.     Wonderful service and I really love my new Porsche! They came out to show us the car even though they were not open and for extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicle. It is always a grueling process of purchasing a car but they made it as easy as possible, worth checking out!

    Local beach town car dealership that took care of me when I moved to the west coast! I was looking for a car that was good on gas and I was able to find a nice 2014 BMW 320i with pristine interior and super smooth ride. Very glad I walked over to Casey's and told them what I was looking for, they made it all happen for me even though my credit was not the best!

    Well I thought Qazi was a good dude because he acted like he was trying to save the sabotage that he created. I noticed them nervously watch me do my best inspection in their small lot the day of purchase his assistant James said it's yours now after signing I mentioned something on the test drive with a smile on his face. The moment I left the lot and went straight to the gas station, I leave the car running this is where it gets tricky cause they wouldn't expect for you to do it. It takes time for the seep hole and valve stems to drip down on idle and build up to show signs out the exhaust on acceleration about 5 to ten minutes of car running sitting still.. I have been doing this all my life with every vehicle I've ever owned and i also had a 2003 3.0 x5 before purchasing this 2004 4.4 x5. I had it for 5 years so I had gotten familiar with the BMW. Back to the gas station car is running which is nothing new to me I fill the tank pleased over my bigger engine so I give it a little rev to hear that sound. Now you know what came next, a giant flume of smoke filled the entire gas station I stepped out of the vehicle shocked and staring in disbelief a random mechanic it the corner of the station says your heads are gone. I already know that the smoke was not normal let alone a good sign of my recent purchase. So call him immediately let him know exactly what happened, so he insults my intelligence by assuring me it's Hermosa Beach condensation all the cars do that because they have been sitting . hmmm, Okay sure Qazi Khan art and the was the start of the ending. I take it to Beverly Hills BMW to get it thoroughly checked out boy did I see stars when i saw the numbers. Suspension was not even connected to the front passenger axel boot was broken Like another reviewer said looks good on the outside but trash on mechanical . Alternator bracket broke 2 weeks after buying still making finance payments after putting down 5k . He didn't offer me a warranty which I later found out was an option that the dealer is suppose to mention. Promises to make arrangements for repairs with mechanics that he's associated with. Never paid anything.

Helpful, accommodating. They are part of the Costco Auto Program, which comes in clutch. I love that they have such a great selection of cars. Some other dealerships have a small inventory of available vehicles, but I have consistently enjoyed the many options here. I appreciate that they have a Starbucks on site, with a nearby seating area where I can work for a few hours and keep my laptop/phones juiced up. They treat you like a longtime friend, not just another customer walking through the door. I've never felt pressured or like someone was just trying to make a buck off me. Over the years, I've brought my Outback in for all kinds of things. They've handled the regular maintenance, fixed a nail in my tire free of charge, and helped diagnose and repair an electrical issue without any hassle. Most recently, I had to replace a cracked windshield--thanks to a gravel truck. They gave me a great price, installed the new windshield, and calibrated the EyeSight system correctly. I couldn't be happier. Not having to stare at that giant crack every time I drive is a beautiful thing! Hahahaha. Now, to be completely honest, some repairs and services can be expensive. But when you have technicians who truly know what they're doing, take care of your vehicle properly, and seem to care about it almost as much as you do, that's a win-win in my book. I also want to give a special shout-out to Brandon. He is awesome in every way. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. I have a lot of respect for him and genuinely appreciate everything he's done for me over the years.     I never write reviews but…read more.. I came in to purchase a 2019 Subaru Impreza with a 720 credit score and $5,000 cash down -- a serious buyer ready to sign. During the financing process they tried to slip a $1,000 USWC warranty package into my contract without clearly disclosing it, which kept my monthly payment the same while quietly increasing my total loan amount. I caught it and had it removed. They agreed to a car wash as part of the deal, but after the wash was done the car was still visibly dirty. It was at that point I reasonably asked for a full detail to make sure the car I was about to spend $20,000 on was actually clean. Along with that I asked for a full tank of gas and an oil change credit -- basic customer appreciation on a deal of this size. Manager Manny Alba refused all three requests and told me the dealer was 'losing money' and that they sell hundreds of cars. That response from Manny ended the deal. I took my $5,000 back and walked out. A manager who talks to customers like that before they sign says everything about how you'll be treated after. Read every page of your contract carefully here -- especially the itemization page where add-ons can quietly appear. There are dealers in LA who actually value your business. I'm 65 so I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, and this was BY FAR the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. They found me the exact car I wanted, worked with me on all the bells and whistles and got me off the lot with my new car for far less than I expected to pay. I just can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable. And I love my new car!

    I recently brought my vehicle into this dealership for a recall service and unfortunately had a…read morevery disappointing experience. When I dropped off my car, the paint on the hood was in good condition with no clear coat damage or chipping. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed multiple areas of chipped paint -- some down to primer and even bare metal -- along with visible clear coat damage and stripped coating on the hood. I brought this to the attention of the service manager, but instead of properly addressing the concern, I was told the damage was caused by "rocks" and that the clear coat stripping was due to "water penetration." These explanations do not make sense given that the vehicle was in the dealership's possession during the service and did not have these issues beforehand. I The vehicle was also washed by the dealership during service. Given that the paint damage and stripped coating appeared immediately after pickup, it is reasonable to conclude the damage may have occurred during that process, especially considering the severity of the clear coat removal." This appears to be a clear case of lot damage that occurred while the vehicle was under the dealership's care. The lack of accountability and dismissal of the issue by management is extremely concerning. I am not questioning warranty coverage -- I am pointing out that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it, which should fall under dealership responsibility. Keep in mind this is a 2024 Mustang - damage to the paint at that severity and not taking accountability is not professional. I am hoping this can still be resolved properly, but based on my current experience, I would advise others to thoroughly inspect their vehicles before and after service.
