I had a particular car in mind and there was a similar make/model at the location I could test drive. Adam asked what I liked/disliked about it and what features were important to me while we tested it and asked - no pressure - if I would like to look at other makes and see if they suited me. The suggestions were excellent and on both sides of the price with pros/cons for both. In the end, I went with my initial model choice, but now I was sure of my choice. Adam said, "I understand; you have to pick the car that feels like 'home' to you! And now you know." Supported my decision, never tried to 'sell' me anything but satisfaction. The paperwork was fast and easy and they took care of EVERYTHING for me; even called my insurance company while I was there so I didn't need to handle anything. I researched and looked at invoice for a lot of dealers and I feel confident that the no haggle price I got was a competitive deal - likely one I would have had to negotiate an hour under stress to get to anywhere else. Also kudos to Brian, the sales manager and Will the gentleman who transferred my car from their other location and made sure it was spotless for me when I picked it up the very next day. Yes, that's right - 24 hours later I was driving it and totally confident of my choice. And to top it off, I was renting an Enterprise vehicle, so I was able to just leave it there and they checked it back in at my rental location for me! I can't recommend them enough; the experience was as good as it gets in car sales without being a dealer's relative. And Adam was not only a top flite salesman (professional and knew how to make you feel good about your decisions) but he was also the kind of guy you wanted to go grab a beer with afterwards. Seriously, just fun and positive and funny. In fact, everyone there seemed to be really happy working there and being around customers in a real sense, not the phony way some places act. If you don't at least consider them, you're doing yourself a gross disservice and missing a great deal. No haggling, cars with meticulous service records that feel like new. I'd never buy a used car anywhere else again. Check them out, be your own judge. But if you're looking for a recommendation, I'd say that you'd be crazy to not go there first.

I browsed for cars online, I knew how much I wanted to pay monthly, how much I wanted to pay overall & how much I wanted to make as my down payment. By the time I made it to Enterprise, I had 3 approvals. I test drove 2 cars and left with my car in a couple of hours. There was no haggling & no hassle.

I wish it had a smoother ride and although the ride feels like an average suv ride, the car inside feels so relaxing. Inside and out the car is beautiful. It was easy to make an appointment online to reserve a test drive time. We were able to get in at the time of our reservation and drove around the nearby shopping center and neighborhood. It was enough to decide we wanted to go back in the future to test drive a smaller model. Can't wait to go back.

The first time I had service done it was a mobile visit to the house for a recall and a couple other things. When it came time for my first scheduled maintenance I thankfully did not even need to worry about mobile service with the Iselin location now open. Along with the scheduled maintenance, I needed to have my keycard access fixed. It was something I only recently discovered wasn't working and most likely it was a problem from day one. That took a little more than a day to figure out so mobile wouldn't have worked either. Bottom line, seeing it all come together via the Rivian app was amazing. Yes, I know other car companies do this now too, but it is all new to me! All of this combined with an extremely friendly drop off, rental, and pickup experience made me love my car that much more. One thing they do need to do better is signage for drop off. If you have never been there before, you end up driving around the parking lot wondering what to do.

    I can't speak for other people on here but I can say my experience was the complete opposite…read more I went in, initially looking for an SUV. I didn't find what I wanted in my price range but the staff was great. So great that when I decided to revise what I was looking for, I went back to see what else they had. I really can't say enough good things about the experience I had - most especially with Miguel and Chris. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I even really put one of their salesmen through the wringer when I started feeling sick. I went to the dealership right after work and ended up spending too much time chatting with Miguel about this car and that car. By the time it was time to fill out some paperwork on a car I was taking for a little extended test drive (awesome, by the way, that they did that for me), it was 9pm...and I hadn't eaten anything since about 1pm. I just suddenly felt really sick - I was shaking, my head was pounding - it was awful! When Miguel could see I was really needing to get home, he rushed everything to completion for me. I'll admit I ended up not buying the car from Loman but I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly, helped answer all my questions and I loved that I didn't feel bullied. The first night I went there, when I couldn't get the SUV in the price range I wanted, Chris said: "Hey, listen - I'm sorry we weren't able to make a deal tonight but if you decide you want to take a look at some other cars I hope you'll come back." So, of course, I did. If you're looking for a car, please give these guys a try. When you go, make sure you talk to Miguel. He's awesome and he'll work hard to get you in something you like within your price range. And if he just can't, he won't bully you into something you don't want.

I felt a little bad as I made Vinnie find me EXACTLY what I wanted, I was very specific and when he found me what I wanted (Yukon with Shale interior), I absolutely hated it. Vinnie went back to work and found me the truck again with a different interior after a week. I'm very satisfied with this place and the staff. This review is based solely on the service department: We have a saying at my job - Best in Class. That means we are to provide the best in class service to our customers. Millers staff seems to live by that same mantra. I had an issue with my Yukon and Joe, the front line service technician went above and beyond in service and demonstrated more than Best in Class. This place is wonderful and I highly suggest using them for service. 6 Stars for their Service Department!

    36,001 miles and suddenly y'all forgot loyalty?…read more My husband brought his 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali in because the check engine light came on literally RIGHT after hitting 36k miles. The fix? A COMPUTER UPDATE. Not a major repair. Not a broken engine. A software update. And the cost? $225. The craziest part? They admitted if the truck had been under 36,000 miles, it would have been FREE. So one mile later and now loyal customers get charged? Be serious. We've bought FIVE GMC vehicles from this dealership over the years, and this is how customer loyalty gets treated? No courtesy. No grace period. No attempt to make it right. That's disappointing business. This will absolutely be our last GMC purchase from this location.
