If you still continue on to look at a car you will be greeted by the salesman who, tells you how the business has be aroind for 43 years, aslo just over sells everything to the point of uncomfortableness. If you are lucky he will bring god into the sales conversation and how he will also goto bat for you when finishing sale. It all feels like "wormwood motors". Theres a reason its called metro park motors and why its so close to the train station. There is a very good chance that you will be taking a train home when purchasing a car from here. Do yourself a favor stay away.

Be cautious of them trying to add an additional warrantee and be cautious of them accidentally adding your trade in value to the final purchase price... Overall it was quick and easy to buy. The license plate transfer was a flop might be easier to do at the DMV. Also, this is the one dealership of 8 I contacted that refused to provide an Out the Door price in any form (phone/email/SMS or to CarEdge). "Must be in person". I respect the fact that this is their business and this approach must be working for them. Though, like most of us, I dont have unlimited time to travel to 8 dealerships and conduct multiple negotiations.

The Rivian is a beautiful car. I wish it had a smoother ride and although the ride feels like an average suv ride, the car inside feels so relaxing. Inside and out the car is beautiful. It was easy to make an appointment online to reserve a test drive time. We were able to get in at the time of our reservation and drove around the nearby shopping center and neighborhood. It was enough to decide we wanted to go back in the future to test drive a smaller model. Can't wait to go back.

The first time I had service done it was a mobile visit to the house for a recall and a couple other things. When it came time for my first scheduled maintenance I thankfully did not even need to worry about mobile service with the Iselin location now open. Along with the scheduled maintenance, I needed to have my keycard access fixed. It was something I only recently discovered wasn't working and most likely it was a problem from day one. That took a little more than a day to figure out so mobile wouldn't have worked either. Bottom line, seeing it all come together via the Rivian app was amazing. Yes, I know other car companies do this now too, but it is all new to me! All of this combined with an extremely friendly drop off, rental, and pickup experience made me love my car that much more. One thing they do need to do better is signage for drop off. If you have never been there before, you end up driving around the parking lot wondering what to do.

I didn't find what I wanted in my price range but the staff was great. So great that when I decided to revise what I was looking for, I went back to see what else they had. I really can't say enough good things about the experience I had - most especially with Miguel and Chris. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I even really put one of their salesmen through the wringer when I started feeling sick. I went to the dealership right after work and ended up spending too much time chatting with Miguel about this car and that car. By the time it was time to fill out some paperwork on a car I was taking for a little extended test drive (awesome, by the way, that they did that for me), it was 9pm...and I hadn't eaten anything since about 1pm. I just suddenly felt really sick - I was shaking, my head was pounding - it was awful! When Miguel could see I was really needing to get home, he rushed everything to completion for me. I'll admit I ended up not buying the car from Loman but I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly, helped answer all my questions and I loved that I didn't feel bullied. The first night I went there, when I couldn't get the SUV in the price range I wanted, Chris said: "Hey, listen - I'm sorry we weren't able to make a deal tonight but if you decide you want to take a look at some other cars I hope you'll come back." So, of course, I did. If you're looking for a car, please give these guys a try. When you go, make sure you talk to Miguel. He's awesome and he'll work hard to get you in something you like within your price range. And if he just can't, he won't bully you into something you don't want.

We had our son in the car and were stuck on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck. I called as we were waiting for a tow truck and was told we "knew about the transmission problem." The only thing disclosed to us was that it had low transmission fluid. The owner kept saying we did know that there were transmission problems. NO WE DIDN'T! My boyfriend even asked the owner before we bought it if it was safe to drive an hour home with low fluid and he said yes and claimed he drives it 80 miles every day. Clearly NOT true! Now GMC is quoting us THOUSANDS in repairs and also said the motor appears to have been tampered with. Unbelievably dishonest and completely irresponsible. If you value your money or your safety, DO NOT risk it here! EDIT TO ADD- TRIED TAKING IT TO THE MVC TO GET THE TITLE TRANSFERRED AND HE DIDNT STAMP THE TITLE!

I felt a little bad as I made Vinnie find me EXACTLY what I wanted, I was very specific and when he found me what I wanted (Yukon with Shale interior), I absolutely hated it. Vinnie went back to work and found me the truck again with a different interior after a week. I'm very satisfied with this place and the staff. This review is based solely on the service department: We have a saying at my job - Best in Class. That means we are to provide the best in class service to our customers. Millers staff seems to live by that same mantra. I had an issue with my Yukon and Joe, the front line service technician went above and beyond in service and demonstrated more than Best in Class. This place is wonderful and I highly suggest using them for service. 6 Stars for their Service Department!

The fix? A COMPUTER UPDATE. Not a major repair. Not a broken engine. A software update. And the cost? $225. The craziest part? They admitted if the truck had been under 36,000 miles, it would have been FREE. So one mile later and now loyal customers get charged? Be serious. We've bought FIVE GMC vehicles from this dealership over the years, and this is how customer loyalty gets treated? No courtesy. No grace period. No attempt to make it right. That's disappointing business. This will absolutely be our last GMC purchase from this location.
