Low fluid…read morelevels, low tier pressures, tire pressure sensors assigned to the wrong tires, missing valve caps, dirty car, break squeals.... the last two times they forgot to call when the service was done, and the placed CLOSED for the day... you pay hundreds of dollars, no loaner car service available... all kinds of excuses... you let them know about the problems and they say they'll call you back to make arrangements to take care of it, but they never do... friendly enough people, but not worth the aggravation ... find another place in the area, there are a few....

Corey, the manager was extremely helpful and professional as he worked closely with Ariana on the sale. There were 2 other managers , as I met all 3, who also were great . Corey and the other managers, went over the top to ensure I was comfortable with my sale and got everything I needed and wanted! Their sales team, w/the highlight on Ariana, made this experience a stress free moment and I truly will purchase cars here in the future (next few months for my business)- Again, I have to give Artis Hemmingway, the top kudos as I would have never thought to purchase from Enterprise! My 2025 Silverado is an amazing truck, but two days after a trip of more than 900 miles, it was flat dead, zero current for any function of the vehicle. Chevrolet Roadside Assistance was great in arranging a tow vehicle, (flatbed because modern safety features will not allow a vehicle to go into neutral unless it's powered up enough, and the seatbelt is fastened). The service representative (Keith) received the truck, but sadly they had no loaner vehicles. He contacted me the next business day as promised, and sadly other than the fact that the battery had discharged, there was no internal evidence why. It's not like the old days where that you can likely leave something on; the vehicles are smarter now! Kieth volunteered to bring it back into the shop. Once again nothing to act on! So, you have the picture now. No loaner, no repair to give piece of mind, total disappointment. right? NO! Vehicles will always break, NO MATTER WHO BUILDS THEM!! The circumstances can be stressful, but stick with the shop that's willing to keep communication as they promise, work earnestly on validating/diagnosing/repairing a problem, and never telling the customer they are at fault, or imagining things! Kieth is someone I will happily work with in the future, and probably will have to, given the mysterious behavior my truck has displayed.
