Has anyone had this same experience with Claudia the manager at this location? I purchased a beautiful car from sales person Jesus and have referred people in the last 2 weeks of my purchase but already advisef them not to refer because of Claudia and her lack of compassion, empathy and willingness to help her customers. My car is experiencing and issue so I called the location to speak with Jesus but Claudia advised he was busy and offered to help. She did not ask for any of my info to see when my purchase was made or what coverage my car was under but instead directed me to go to PEP BOYs and say Claudia sent me to fix the problem or call to make an appointment. My job does not allow me to take time off during the week.So I just showed up today to Pep Boys. Pep Boys advise that they could not fix my problem. They don't fix those types of problems, and I would need to go to the dealership or back enterprise. Pep Boys is located just down the street, I decided to go back to enterprise and speak with Claudia in person (with hopes she could help me on day off taken) I walked in the office and the office bell rang to alert staff a customer was inside. I could hear 2 persons speaking in Claudia office (her name on the door) while another rep was helping another customer. Not once did anyone come out to greet me Nor say someone would be right with me. 15mins later a representative walked out of claudia's office did not acknowledge me, and shortly after claudia walked out and also did not acknowledge me. I had to stop her from walking away by saying, are you Claudia and she replied, yes. As I was explaining to Claudia, what had happened when I went to a location she sent me to, she seemed very standoffish, bothered and not willing to listen. She stated to me, "that why you should have them 1st to make any appointment because then you would not have had to make the drive out." I explained to her that it's hard for me to make an appointment because my job contains a lot of hours and I cannot take time off during the week. Claudia's reply to me was, " well That's why my schedule I am off one day off during the week, so i'm able to get things done for myself (I felt she did take into the consideration that I had already told her.My job does not allow me to)." I questioned her why she sent me to pep boys when my sales person said I would be covered by Toyota up to 60,000, was the info at time of sale not valid? She then stated, "if you want to go wait at toyota because they take a long time, you can go ahead and do that, but I was just trying to send you somewhere where it's quicker." By this time I advise claudia.Thank you for her time, and let her know that I felt she did not really want to help me. No, give me information on how I can have my car fixed. Claudia's reply was, "We'll sorry I really have to use the bathroom." If there is anyone higher than claudia, I would i would encourage some leadership training and customer service training so buyers feel welcomed, cared for and reassured they are making a big purchase by individuals who truly care for their customers. I am now left with a vehicle that I purchased that has an issue and I have to figure out how to fix it on my own when I was assured, they would help me with any questions because I bought the extended coverage. read more

My car was on its death bed and it was time to retire it and get something different. I don't drive a lot so I didn't need a low mileage or new car, so Enterprise was just what I needed. I went there on Saturday to see the lay of the land. Jesus showed me a number of cars and explained how the buying process worked. He was very straightforward and didn't pressure me at all. I went back Tuesday and he showed me cars again. I used my smartphone to compare the ratings of the various cars they had. I selected the one I want and went for a test drive with Jesus. The buying process was very easy. Jesus knew all the buying procedures and the DMV procedures. He explained everything. Because I had a high credit score I could just use a personal check rather than having to get a cashier's check. Additionally, I was able to put $5,000 of the purchase on a credit card so I could get the points. They even took my half dead car in trade. Most of their cars have about 60,000 to 70,000 mi on them. The whole process took about 2 and 1/2 hours including looking at all the cars, the test drive, and all the paperwork. A lot easier than going from place to place to place looking for cars and wondering what to do with my old car. I highly recommend Enterprise read more

I bought A 2019 Cadillac XT5 and was somewhat pleased in the beginning, but come to find out that an air condition vent was broken and I was missing the drivers side floor mat (it had the other 3 mats) and when I enquired, was told they do not sale cars with floor mats. I guess. If I would have known the Air conditioning vent was broken and the floor mat issue, then I probably would not have bought the car. If the vent was working, then I would have probably overlooked the matt issue. They promise it pasts a check list, but you need to look at the check list and make sure it involves things that concern you. read more

I bought a car from this Enterprise location last week and it was the easiest, quickest, and most transparent car buying experience. Prior to making an appointment to purchase a car we worked with the store Manager Paul to discuss how to get out of our current car lease and what we were looking for in a new car. He wasted no time and contacted our lease carrier to obtain a payoff. We traded in our lease, put the money towards the née car, and bought the new car all with Enterprise all at the same time. It was so easy!!! From start to finish we were in and out in a little over an hour...that even included getting financing! The manager Paul, did not try to upswell us, stayed within our budget, and took into account everything we wanted in a car and found the perfect one within days. We are welcoming a baby and wanted a safe family car with 3 rows. This car met all of our expectations and then some.
