Boyfriend was in need of a new car and decided to purchase from Enterprise. I don't really know a thing about a thing when it comes to car sales but I'd say he paid a fair price for a nice ride. I think prices are a bit lower here because you're dealing with excess mileage - his car is 2 years newer than mine but I only have 2k more miles on my car than he does. I'd say that's the trade off. If you're looking for something reliable to own and don't plan on running it into the ground with mileage this may be a decent option for you. It may not be the route I'd take personally, but I can see where one can own something for less than purchasing new or used from a dealer. Service was friendly enough, you know how that car salesman shit goes - totally not my style. I don't need the bullshit overly invested friendly act, just give it to me straight no need to waste time hamming it up. I didn't need a car either, but my man was pretty frank from the gate and told the guy what he wanted. Really, he had his eye on what he purchased and it was the only real reason why we came here although he entertained the idea for a brief moment and did take a glance at a couple other options. Like all car sales - we were here f.o.r.e.v.e.r like HOURS on HOURS!!!! I brought myself lunch on our return trip because I knew what was in store and I can't stand sitting around. They do have a television but nothing great was on, they have water and a restroom but no Wi-Fi (which is always a nice to have when you are somewhere for as long as you'll be here to complete a purchase). My boyfriend had a pre-approved loan that he had acquired prior to dropping in here so he didn't have to worry about any of their financing options, they transferred his insurance over to the new car (calling his insurance provider directly, which was nice) and offered an additional 1k on trade in on Black Friday. All in all, I'm not the purchaser but the one who gets to ride in this new said vehicle on occasion - the process went as smooth as to be expected. They offered to wash the car the next day since it was dark by the time we left or to reimburse him for a car wash. Their communication seems to be fine, so I'd say why the hell not take a look if you're looking to save some dough and deal with the extra miles. read more

I had been without a car for a little over a month due to a terrible news years collision. I needed mobility, and my Uber bills were stacking up. Needless to say my life was very much in shambles, after looking for quotes for a long term car rental I spoke with Weston Lawton located at the Pasadena Enterprise Car Sales branch. He recommended that I just finance a new car, as with any natural reaction I politely declined stating commitment and affordability being the issues. We chatted and he eventually eased my tensions guaranteeing that they could find a car that was not only reliable but completely affordable. I did some quick research and no other nearby dealerships could even compete with warranty or total costs. I purchased my 2017 Camry from them. Their customer service is excellent. When I asked to get the tinting removed from the back window they did it. The reason I gave them a three is because nine months after purchasing the vehicle, I had to buy two new tires and get the battery replaced. I understand legally they are not responsible for that, but when I purchased the vehicle, they told me it had had all kinds of inspections etc. in order for me to of had these things covered, I would've had to of purchased additional warranties. SIX STARS! If only I could ... make ... it ... go ... a little .... higher. But seriously, these guys deserve more than just your "average" 5-star rating. I really feel like I was in some kind of crazy, "is this possible" dream. Lest you think I'm exaggerating, read on: THE DEATH OF A CAR So yes, my noble 1998 Mazda 626 "up and died" 2 days ago -- to use the technical definition -- after a host of malfunctions leading to the "coup de grace" transmission death. My instinct (and experience) told me: AVOID a dealership at all costs. I even Yelped dealerships, and couldn't seem to find one with more than 2.5 stars! The only reason I heard about this place is because I needed a rental car to LOOK for a car, the Enterprise rental place in Los Feliz had a good rating, and one of their rental people kept saying he was going to "hook me up" with a guy called Harmik. "Yeah, right," I thought. I called and found out their cars all started at $10k, and at the time was only in the market to pay $4,500 cash, MAX. So I trolled Craigslist and visited a number of disappointing vehicles (weird transmissions, non-functional A/Cs, etc.), each time mentally bumping up how much I was willing to spend, until I went as high as $6,500, cash. (Agh!!) I was lucky Harmik called me when he did. I'm a suspicious person by nature, but I liked him immediately, and I'll tell you why. - Actual numbers. I gave him my credit score on the phone and he told me, if the credit score I gave was accurate, an exact range of estimated APR and monthly payments. - I just trusted the guy. No red flags; no PRESSURE; no vague "we'll have to see when you're in here"; no motivational "let's get you in here and see what we can do." Just straight talk, facts and numbers, and he seemed enthused about HELPING, not selling. The next day I rolled in, still wary that the numbers would all change. No. In fact, my credit score had fallen a bit from what I'd given him (though it was still in the very good-to-excellent range, so I have to emphasize that that helped everything money-wise), and yet I paid LESS than quoted, in terms of APR and monthly payments. (In fact, I paid less APR than MY OWN BANK was offering.) SERVICE But for those of you whose credit may be less-than-stellar, I can't speak to what you'll be paying, but I can say a word about SERVICE: Harmik made sure I got the car I wanted. I mean, really sure: he even drove 2 HOURS to get the car I wanted. Please don't do this to him. But he did it for me, weariy, but seeming enthused that he could make it happen, since a small option mattered a lot to me. David was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They set up the title / reg. right there. David explained options I could add, again with NO PRESSURE, just info. They even WASHED the car while I was signing. (Did I mention the cars are all certified, inspection-passed, etc.) And get this, AFTER I bought the car Harmik stopped to show me how everything worked, and said he'd be calling in a week to check in and make sure I was still happy. Best of all: no haggling, no weirdness. Just nice people and a kick-ass car I could afford. W00t! Short review: Buy ... your ... car ... here. Seriously. Not 'cuz I said so, but because you have a shot at a very nice car at a fair price, from normal people, and this is how ALL cars should be sold. read more

My car was finally destroyed by the 3rd rear-end collision since coming to California in '07. I had never been hit until I came here and suddenly I am a popular target; they were all socal natives too! Just saying... :-) AAA gave me an enterprise rental which led me to Enterprise Sales. They are fast, friendly, cheerful and reliable. Their employees and service are excellent. They worked with me through the entire process to get an affordable Kia Spectra. Admittedly not my first choice but they didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. They kept me on track for what fit my budget and travel needs. What car dealer does that? The fun part is that you can drive the car you are considering buying for several days before making a decision. It feels like you are renting the thing but it is an excellent opportunity to try before you buy and I didn't see this happening elsewhere. It kind of freaked my wife and I out a little but it was all good in the end. Keep in mind that they have a very limited number of cars on their lot and you car of interest can be snatched away before you make up your mind. In our case we were looking at the Kia and another customer took notice of it. We scooped up the opportunity and the other customer was extremely annoyed but that is life. First come first serve right? For pre-owned cars this place beat all the others we looked at hands down. Awesome! One tip for car shopping: You don't have to let every car dealership run credit checks. This place was very considerate and kept that part to a minimum which was nice Others don't do that. Never ever, ever buy a car from enterprise car sales. We went to one of their sales fair in Tustin and the sales person gave us nothing but bs. For some reason we did come back home buying a car. However, when we got home and I checked the Internet for similar cars that we bought, i realized that we had been ripped off. Always do your homework before buying a used car from them. They sell at a a very inflated price. We paid $16499 for a 2012 Nissan Versa with 12672 miles. We did trade in our 2000 Sienna. The Nissan dealership in our city sold us a brand new 2012 Nissan Versa for $15500 out the door. We had to return the Nissan to enterprise in Pasadena, and the manager Darryl, did not even know what paperwork was needed to return our Sienna. Horrible, horrible experience. read more
