Outstanding salesman Glenn got it right all the way through the entire process thanks auto warehouse

You guys LIED about my husband William Faulkners' GAP coverage with the 2020 GMC he bought and withheld information after having him come in to sign 3 SEPARATE TIMES and TOOK OUT gap coverage after he VERBALLY confirmed over 20 times to your horrible finance guy "Re-signing this does not change my gap coverage, correct?" And this man kept lying through his teeth saying "Not at all - You are covered with gap. This just changes your leinholder". So after signing ALL 3 separate copies stating we have Gap and then you guys either took it out after signing while we have all the proof of all copies, dates, names etc., or just LIED and MISLEAD to score a deal. We also have proof William has been PAYING YOU GUYS FOR GAP COVERAGE this whole time (exactly 1 year ago today!) So I will NEVER recommend this place, you guys are scammers and rip off anyone to get your lame commission. The attorney general is getting involved, we will see yall in court (regardless of your new management and new dealers) not surprised of the high turnover rate, and can't wait til you guys are shut down so you can't rip any other hardworking family's off Management & finance guy (I'll edit and post all the names) didn't want to help or resolve anything after scamming us, getting angry at US. Didn't care about the documentation and signatures we have for gap coverage. But bended over backwards to try and sell us our vehicle when we had a gut feeling to walk out! Took money off and our monthly cost down, just for it to go back up because we signed for GAP 3 seperate times! Worst. Dealership. Ever. DONT EVER LEASE OR BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Also, they have a lot of 'Morman' dealers and Morman banks they work with? As a believer in God; You will reap what you sow. If you do make the horrific decision to lease/buy a car from here; RECORD EVERYTHING. Because apparently their cameras don't work! Avoid this place like the plague. Scam! Scam! Scam! Run! These people sell their co-workers old cars as new to customers! I was told everything works fine before I bought the car. 4 months later I needed new breaks, starter, and tons of other things. I had the warranty, useless! They claim to work with Reno Auto Works behind the dealership but they don't communicate or anything with each other! To top it off, I bought this suv because I needed AWD. When this last snow storm hit, I found out they sold me a front wheel drive only! They lie, cheat and the GM doesn't help. His response was come back and "we will sell you a better car!" I'm beyond upset with the whole experience and people need to know what a scam business these people are running.. read more

Buying a vehicle from these guys was the worst thing I could have done. They sold me a vehicle with several problems, only had the vehicle not even a year and had to spent $7,000 in repairs. Then they didn't process my paperwork on a trade in vehicle and I got a notification from the police department on it. Worst experience ever! read more

Fo yourself a favor and avoid this dealer at all costs. They lie to get you in the door especially if you are credit challenged. I called before we went in to make sure they could get us fianced due to lack of credit but decent credit score and was told yes. Turns out after wasting our time they lied and couldn't get us fianced. Then the salesman refers us over to crawdaddy motors for them to run our credit AGAIN as he said the might have a vehicle we could be financed for. This was utter waste of our time and I do not recommend this dealer under any circumstances. The icing on the cake was today I received a call from a brand new salesperson wondering if we're still in the market for a vehicle. He was told under no circumstances would we ever return to the dealership and run as fast as you can somewhere else for a job. read more

Me and my boyfriend had the worst and I mean WORST EXPERIENCE with them. We had an old car knew we weren't going to much on a trade in which is understandable but at first they weren't going to do it and we said ok. Then stop us as we're leaving and saying wait we might be able to help so we were really desperate at the time so we go in do paperwork what ever we tell them we just need something reliable to get us to and from work so they give us a Toyota Prius they said the car runs and works and should not have problems not even 3 days something pops up on the screen saying the battery can't turn on and some weird number so we go there the next day mind you telling them we need a reliable car because of our job and they say oh it just needs a new sensor I don't remember what part of sensor they said and told us it should work for a while until we need to get it in so we said OK took it back and then tried giving us our car back with one key knowing we handed them two keys and my boyfriend called him a liar and said I knew I handed you two keys not even 10 seconds later. One of the workers pull out the second key to our car out of there pocket. I don't remember his name but he literally not even 10 seconds later pulls out the second key that we handed over and told us our down payment could not be returned in cash and had to be in card when my boyfriend ran to the bank before they closed to get the down payment for the car in CASH and said we had to wait almost a week before we get it back literally when we made the down payment They said if anything happens, you will get it exactly how you paid it and we paid it in cash and they tried to say no you paid it in card when we knew we paid it in cash and physically handed them the cash and counted it and everything and also when we returned the car, we said you were going to help us put the insurance back for our old car and come to find out two months later we are still paying for the Prius we did not have and at the time. I would personally never and I mean NEVER THINK ABOUT WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I'd rather get a Facebook car that has some problems and the owner tells me the car has problems and know they have problems with their own vehicle than someone who tries to say oh it doesn't have any issues. This car is perfectly fine and then tries to lie about it probably knowing that car already had issues the second we thought about it. They just try to scam as many people as possible as they can especially those in tough situations already telling them the second we stepped in that office if it was going to be issues, trying to get the car then don't even worry about it cause we don't have the time nor the money really to deal with that. They are SCAMMERS AND RUDE there's maybe one or two workers who have respected me and my boyfriend through the process. The management was the one who was rude and disrespectful that we had to deal with. But again some of the employees were great. If you have time and money to deal with that BS go ahead, but if you don't do not go there because they will try and screw you over and sugarcoat everything. And I'd rather go to a dealership if I can't find anything on Facebook and knowing I'm gonna get up charge, knowing the car isn't gonna have any issues or I have to deal with any unprofessional business. read more

There were some loose ends to resolve; detailing and new tires, and they called me to before I could even get back to them to get it scheduled. Very happy all around. No fuss. It's so strange that there used to be so many more reviews (all positive) for this car lot which is the reason I came to it, and now they are all gone.... Buying a car is stressful and I have a limited knowledge of what constitutes a good car deal. When I bought my car at auto warehouse I felt completely comfortable and informed. I had a few specific things I wanted in my car a sun roof, four wheel drive, leather interior, and a good sound system. Jesse found me a 2011 Cadillac SRX, which had everything I wanted plus some. Jesse was excellent with his customer service, he was never too pushy, I told him my budget and he worked within it. I never had any problems with the car and it has been perfect for my needs! I purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and the truck has turned out to be great! Jesse sold me a warranty at a great price and told me that if I had any car issues that this warranty company would take care of it, and PRCO exactly did just that, I got a new engine from Dodge and now I pretty much have a new truck again, long story short my engine went into limp mode and they said I needed a new engine..... Me and my fiancé had a horrible experience with this company. Kept changing the finances on us would switch what we said and try to make fast ones on us; knowing we were first time buyers. We have a son and really need a family car. When selling us a lemon with rust underneath said it was "normal" for a 2017 vehicle, mind you I have a 2008 that was on the coast with no rust. They were very unprofessional when in contact had employees sleeping on the job ( we have video proof), profound language, very unprofessional behavior. When confronting them they called my fiancé "hotheaded" said employment was drinking/smoking. I purchased a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan on July 5, 2016. I had thought I left with the original title, I know I signed it. Being that this is my first time purchasing a car without family support, I was very unaware to the process. Jesse Lopez, the salesman who sold me this car, photocopied the title and gave me the photocopy. I did not learn this was only a copy until I tried to register it at the California DMV, 7-25-16. I lost 3 hours of my life, gasoline and was late to my job, for nothing. I called Jesse after my DMV visit. He told me the title should be out there, and he would check with his DMV lady. I asked, "Why didn't I receive the title the day I bought the car?" He spun some BS that he was taking care of the tax for transferring the title to California. Huh, well that sure sounds nice. I waited a week, and called him again. Same answer. I called him a once or twice a week every week, same answer. Fast forward to last week. 9-16-16 I called the Reno Auto Warehouse. Someone else answered the phone, did not identify himself. I asked for Jesse, he told me was not there. I asked for Jesse's cell phone number. He told me he could not help me. At this point I lost my professionalism and started demanding my title. I told this nameless voice that I've waited far too long, and that I can't get to my new job without my title. He hung up on me. I called back, no response. I called the auto warehouse again the next day, Jesse picked up and had an aggressive attitude. He told me I could not talk to his employees that way, He then admitted to losing my title. Told me he wasn't gonna BS it, and he would own up to it and get a new one, Free of charge, even pay out of his own pocket to expedite it! He gave me the number for his DMV lady, so I could see that he was "legit". I ended the call with Jesse and began calling his DMV lady. She never answered, I left multiple voicemail's with a polite tone requesting my title. I sent her a text message requesting my title. She never responded. On Sunday 9-18-2016 I looked up Jesse Lopez, it turns out he is also a real estate agent, his cell phone number is publicly posted on his Facebook page. I called him, he answered not knowing it was me. I demanded something in writing by the end of Monday, that proved my title was in transit toward me, or else I was going to get the law involved. He cut me off before I could clarify that I wanted a tracking number. He steered the conversation away, back to him contacting his DMV lady. He ended the call. Monday night, 9-19-2016, I get a call from him in the middle of my history class. He tells me "We expedited the process for you, you should have your title by Thursday bud" I thanked him and hung up. Nothing in writing. It is now Wednesday, 9-28-16. I can't stand speaking with Jesse anymore, this is so shady. I need my title. I've paid insane San Francisco parking rates because I can't park in normal places like BART. I need to drive to my job, and I can't because my 30 day temp license expired 9-1-16. Here is a copy/paste of my review on Google so I don't have to rewrite it: "Where to begin...for starters we called them on Super Bowl Sunday to come and talk about the car we were interested in buying. My husband had already seen it, but wanted to show it to me before final decision. I was totally "sold" when I saw it and it's full Carfax and maintenance history. So, we drove to Carson City to sell our truck and after running late (they were about to close) Fernando said he would wait for us. He was so polite as we waited for the rest of the money to come from my father in law. Plus he gave us a great deal. All while watching the game together! It was surreal! Anyway, when we drove it home to the Tahoe area, the check engine light came on. Long story short, they really went the extra mile to figure it out. And man, was it tricky! When they're maintenance guy couldn't fix the issue, they sent us to their electrical guy who had it fixed and back to us in a couple days. Over $1000 and no cost to us!
