I even called another Mercedes dealership, and they told me they couldn't help because I hadn't purchased my car from them. I can't even begin to describe how stressful and overwhelming that was. Thankfully, I found European Keys. From the very first phone call, they immediately put my mind at ease. Edvard became my service advisor, and from the first time I brought my car in, he took the time to listen to every concern I had. He genuinely cared and made sure all of the initial issues were repaired. Unfortunately, not long after, my car started having transmission problems. Every single time I brought it back, Edvard took care of me without hesitation. I had to bring the car in several times, and he always made sure everything was handled properly and that I was kept informed throughout the process. Finding someone who truly cares about their customers is rare, and Edvard went above and beyond every time. He turned an incredibly stressful experience into one where I felt supported and confident that my car was in the right hands. After finally getting it back, I expected the problem to be resolved. Instead, just one week later, the one side of the cylinders started giving me problems again and failed. Then, only two weeks later, the same issue happened again on the other side The most frustrating part was the lack of communication from the technician. I was promised that my car would be repaired and ready within one week, but that promise was never kept. Instead, I was left waiting with little to no communication and no clear explanation for the ongoing delays. Customers deserve honest updates and realistic timelines, especially when their vehicle has already spent months in the shop. I do want to recognize my service advisor Mike and then Hayk who was excellent throughout the process. They were professional, responsive, and did everything they could to help. Unfortunately, the repeated delays and poor communication from the technician completely overshadowed the otherwise positive service I received from the advisor. For a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz, this level of service is unacceptable. Having my vehicle tied up for two months, only for the same cylinder issue to return almost immediately, has been incredibly frustrating and has seriously affected my confidence in the dealership's repair process. I hope Keyes Mercedes improves its quality of repairs, communication, and accountability so other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

When we weren't able to immediately find exactly what I was looking for, Tod, the General Manager, stepped in, and I truly can't say enough about him. We worked with Art, Ashot, Alex & Tod, all phenomenal with their customer service. Tod is the kind of leader who was clearly meant to guide a sales team. He is honest, kind, professional, and genuinely looks out for his customers. His goal is not just to make a sale, but to build long-term relationships, which is exactly what I value when making a major investment. Art was also fantastic, and honestly, every single person we worked with was outstanding. I ultimately ended up leasing my CLE 53 AMG, and Tod and his team went above and beyond to find the exact car I fell in love with. They arranged a transfer and had my car ready the same day. Amazing deal, amazing staff, and an amazing experience. This is the first time I have ever truly enjoyed the car leasing and purchasing process. After that visit, AP followed up repeatedly and provided me with what he described as a lease quote for a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 43 Coupe that sounded exceptionally attractive. I asked for the quote in writing, including the VIN, so the offer would be tangible and verifiable. He refused, saying, "You'll just shop this around. I never lie--just trust me." Based on those assurances, I agreed to return to the dealership that Sunday. He also called me numerous times during the week to confirm my appointment. After we selected the vehicle, we sat down to review the numbers. When AP returned, he appeared uncomfortable and presented a payment of approximately $1,400 per month, instead of the $780 plus tax he had repeatedly quoted and strongly urged me to trust. His explanation was that a manager, Alex, had mistakenly provided a quote for a GLC 300 Coupe rather than the AMG GLC 43 Coupe. From my perspective, this felt like a classic bait-and-switch. My wife was understandably upset and expressed her frustration in the showroom. Despite the situation, no manager came over to apologize, address our concerns, or attempt to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism and accountability was extremely disappointing. Another concern was the limited product knowledge demonstrated during our visit. Several staff members seemed unfamiliar with the vehicles, available options, and key features. In a highly competitive luxury market, ethics, transparency, and strong product knowledge are what distinguish exceptional dealerships. An informed buyer should be the easiest customer to work with--not someone who feels misled. I am sharing this experience because it was genuinely concerning. What disappointed me most is that, after two visits and this significant discrepancy in pricing, no one from the dealership ever contacted me to apologize or try to make the situation right. I was actually planning to rent a car for another week and continue searching, but I decided to give them one last shot first. Honestly, I went in expecting the worst and was mentally prepared for another fight. Instead, the entire experience was the exact opposite. It started with the phone call. I'm pretty particular about what I want (for example, I really don't like leather-type seats), and I also didn't want a black car. When it was time to get into the car for the test drive, he again asked how he could help rather than assuming--another big plus for me. I simply asked him to hold my crutches since they normally sit in the passenger seat. The test drive went great, and everything felt straightforward and relaxed. Hours to let you know your car has been sitting there ready for pick up. They lost our key once for half a day and offered up no loaner car for us to get to work, yet we had no car cause the key was lost! They never reply when your car is ready, so it just sits there. Today was the icing on the cake...they tried to charge us for a tire saying it was "wear" that they chalked damage on (which is covered under the tire plan we have). Glad I had photos and documentation of it, but wasted 45 mins of our lives having to fight with them. Their first solution was to put the busted tire back on the car for us-- what kind of service center says that? Also, we have a lease that is almost ready to turn in, so why would we pay $511 for a tire wear that is about to be turned in? I hope the new owners here have a place to improve the service center, because this is not BMW level service! We love sticking close to the neighborhood, but this place has become such a headache- they just do not seem to care anymore.

Farid is the manager that approached me while waiting and offered me a drink and was nice enough to chat with me while my paperwork was being written up. Congratulated me in the end and also said goodbye which i appreciated. Jacob, reached out to me on the phone in the morning concerning my appointment with Angel and i appreciated him for that. Made my appointment seemless. Finally Russell. Just all around great finance manager. Got my rate and then made it way lower while i was able to get additional packages. So that was really cool.
