When I called prior to coming up I was told they were firm on the price and there were no issues. So we took the time to drive up sitting in the car for over three hours to arrive to a TORN up car. There were scratches on the drivers side door from the dealership themselves trying to break into the vehicle, they stated they locked the keys in it. The head rests were all missing, the ceiling was falling down, buttons were missing, a huge oil spot underneath the car that they claimed was because an O2 sensor but would not fix it themselves, a check engine light was on and so much more. We know these vehicles and told them it was not even worth 5,000 and needed about 10,000 worth of work just in parts to be replaced and that wasn't even diving into the check engine light or the oil leak. We walked away from purchasing. I would just caution anyone look at vehicles here or online as they are very misleading. Please also see their google reviews as they are pretty awful.

The purchase process was very easy, and they walked us through everything we would need to do to get it registered, what to keep in the vehicle, and even let us know that they could work on the truck in the future as it needed maintenance service. This business will pay cash at pickup for the vehicle, did not charge for towing, and were accepting of the car without the title on hand. Although I don't necessarily hope to need their services again, I would certainly turn to this business if in a similar situation again and really recommend them for making it such a streamlined process.

There's a reason no other places do this. It's absurd. Add that on with the scummy 90 day extra charge warranty you're opted into automatically, the "environmental fee," etc and it's cheaper just to buy a new part online than deal with this joke of a company. That and they started mixing all of the cars together instead of sorting by brand, making browsing a huge pain. Clearly LKQ is run by people with business degrees but lack of common sense. I pull parts for a living so I'm at junkyards multiple times a week. Any of the other local options are better. This place is my last resort.

I…read morepurchased a 2008 equinox first off very honest I got approved told them I needed a car that day and come to find out it failed inspection because of back brakes. They where very nice explained to me that when running it through the shop to finish it up it failed but they would have it up and running in the AM. I feel like instead of pushing me out the door with a bad inspection they where honest and upfront. Then a few days passed and it needed a few minor things like a Battery, signal switch and a few little things. To my surprise I received 0 BS about we don't cover this or that or blah blah blah. The usual runaround I have found you get at Buy here pay here lots. Need i not forget they also replaced 2 tires because I complained of road noise. Then a few weeks later went by and I was just about out of my 30 day warranty and I realized my dime light wasn't functioning properly and my front brakes seemed to be making a little grinding. I took my car to my local trusted mechanic at adobos and he said the brakes on the front and the rotors probably had about 6 months left in them. After relaying this information I thought no way they are not going to be a pain in the A**. To my surprise I brought the vehicle in and a few hours later all was good everything has been fixed and then some. I highly recommend kAS to all my family and friends in need of reliable transportation at an affordable price. Ooo yeah I can't forget Amanda she did all of my paperwork signing and has answered the phones a few times. Always a delight to speak with her just like everyone else I have encountered at KAS. I also love the extra 12 month 12,000 mile warranty that I purchased. I'm sure I will be extremely happy with them for years to come.

After having my last car for almost ten years, I found myself overwhelmed and frustrated when I started looking around at upgrading to a new car. As a (relatively new) employee of Enterprise Holdings, I decided to give Enterprise Car Sales a look to see what they had available. I found a sleek Toyota Camry with more features than I even planned on, for a price that was extremely competitive and affordable. The Kelly Blue Book pricing they offered on my old car was a great plus as well! Kyle was so great about helping me pick a car. I gave him what I wanted in a car and he picked out three that met my criteria. After he showed them to me, he said for you hands down this one. I said I really wanted a red Kia Soul but there were none available in the fleet. When I brought my husband in for the test drive of the three cars Kyle had suggested there was a red Kia Soul on the lot too. I said "where did that come from?" The car salesman was very professional. The vehicle I was interested in was in prep. I made a deposit on vehicle and was contacted when it came in. The financing was approved in less than 16 hours making the vehicle available for pick up the next day after the test drive. Certain dealer installed options were wanted and arrangements were made to have them installed. Alternate transportation was provided at no cost other than gas used while the options were being installed. I needed to buy a new car and I didn't want the hassle one gets from the dealerships. My Father and my Uncle had purchased cars from Enterprise and were extremely happy, so I thought I would give it a try. Lucky for me I was approached by Kyle. He asked what I was looking for in a car, was exceptionally helpful, and not pushy. I went in on a Saturday, drove the car on Tuesday and purchased it on Wednesday. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and not pushy at all (which has been my experience at all other car dealerships). I purchased the car at a very fair no-haggle price and they were even able to get me a better rate on my car loan. The car (2015 Buick Enclave) so far has exceeded my expectations! I just need to warn…read moreeveryone about Chevrolet especially if you're considering an equinox In my Chevy equinox Chevrolet decided to keep using a part in the breaking system that they knew had a history of failure and they had actually recalled from other vehicles. My daughter was driving my equinox during rush-hour traffic when this part broke, making her brakes almost as hard as a rock, and she barely avoided a collision with a full gasoline, tanker truck, who knows how many lives could've ended because of this brake failure. The broken parts then made their way into my engine, completely ruining my engine and making my car in operable. I tried contacting Chevy, but they have shown me that they do not care about my situation or apparently the safety of their customers. There has even been a new class action lawsuit filed because of all the damage Chevrolet choosing to use this part has caused.

It would help if they were more honest with their customers…read more Here's what happened to us: When we went to the West County Audi dealership, we were shown a particular car's elaborate infotainment center at length, and we also conducted a test drive of the car with the salesman. After we agreed to purchase it, we were taken into the dealership, where we processed the paperwork and provided the payment. After the deal was closed, we were escorted back to the car we thought had been initially shown to us, and left the dealership for home. After we got home, we tried to access the car's infotainment center using my cell phone without success. Nothing we tried seemed to work. Finally, I emailed the salesman asking for assistance with our problem, but he never responded. I also called the dealership at one point, and they were very unhelpful, bordering on unfriendly. It wasn't until I finally took the car to a different Audi dealership, in Creve Coeur, for help did we realize the West County Audi salesman had apparently switched the car on us and that we did not actually purchase the car that had been shown to us. This was a major disappointment for several reasons, but primarily because we felt we had been cheated. The salesperson at the Creve Coeur Audi dealership readily explained how we needed to use a USB cord to connect our phones to the car which was entirely different from what the West County Audi salesman had told us. Also, the car we purchased clearly didn't have the elaborate infotainment system that had demonstrated to us so meticulously. We've purchased many new cars, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to us. We do not recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership.
