Looked up Yelp reviews on Enterprise car sales and let me tell you Freddy was very helpful!! Called that morning spoke with him and when I arrived he met me at the door of the business!! Let me tell you the process was easy you can see everything on the screen at the desk what is going on!!! I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in and I'm now I'm in my new SUV... a very happy customer .. Freddy was very nice had patience and gave my son alllll the snacks... I Would definitely recommend

    The guys here are amazing!!! I purchased a Ford F-150 back in 2021 for my dad and we received excellent customer service, superb communication, and it was an overall pleasant buying experience. Fast forward to 2023 and I was in need of a car. I knew I wanted to work with San Leandro Enterprise car sales again for my personal vehicle. From the initial call, to coming to test drive, to making my purchase and follow ups afterwards I received outstanding service. Shout out to Felix for being the best, and making my car buying experience amazing. I appreciate you and your team for all your hard work and effort to make sure I am 100% happy with my purchase.     Simple and Easy! Uriel and Leon made buying a car simple and easy! I walked in, and everyone was kind and welcoming. I was happy to see that there was a wide variety to choose from, and everyone was very helpful in providing lots of insight about each vehicle on the lot. I had the pleasure of working with Uriel and Leon on my purchase. I had 3 cars in mind for a certain price point, and they helped to narrow down my choices to help me find the perfect fit. I went with a 2020 Ford Fusion, which felt really solid. Normally, I would spend hours in a dealership, but that didn't feel like a long process at all. It was customer appreciation day, and they had lots of treats and snacks, including some really delicious senorita bread, I would go back just for that alone! But it was an absolutely phenomenal experience, and I highly recommend the SanLeandrolocation.

Reviewed the total price for the sale, the doc and selling fees added to the deal were fair and reasonable. The paper work was a breeze, although I was a cash buyer, so I cannot speak to the finance options. He did make me aware of the warranty options a few times but understood my desire not to purchase. In the end he helped with my two car logistics so I could get my new car were it needed to be. The thing that stood out the most about Cal West was their cars. My car was exceptional, low mileage, one owner, dealer serviced its entire life. As I looked at their inventory I saw the care they took in selecting their inventory. I did not see any cars on the lot that would be an automatic not buy. Quite the opposite everything I saw had strong consumer ratings no matter how old. Your mileage may vary but as someone in the business I would rate this independent used car business as way better than average. The fact that they have been in business for 45 years certainly says something about their ethics and business practices.

When I found I needed a new car after not having bought a vehicle for twenty years, I contacted Cartelligent. I, too, am very satisfied with the car, the service, and working with Ethan Sparrow at each stage of the process. Ethan made it very clear from the beginning that he was committed to finding a vehicle that would work best for me, that I would be happy with, and that would fit within my financial parameters. In handling me as a client, Ethan kept things moving and was very professional, always positive, on point, and yet I never felt pressure to make decisions. The process from start to finish was quite seamless and when I came to pick up the car, I appreciated the generous time Dylan took to acquaint me with the many features, including the details and safety features of the vehicle (especially considering changes in tech after twenty years of driving the same car). In addition, Ethan made it clear that he and his team will continue to be available to answer questions as they arise. Ethan's patience, competence, and sense of humor contributed to an overall comfortable and positive experience. High recommendations for Cartelligent!

    I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!

    I brought my Corvette C8 in for service after receiving a dashboard message indicating the…read moretransmission filter needed attention at just 19,300 miles. The service advisor recommended an internal transmission filter replacement for approximately $2,600 and advised that it needed to be done. Something didn't feel right about this insusual serive. while my car was being serviced, I contacted other Chevrolet dealerships. One told me that the internal transmission filter replacement wasn't due until well over 45,000 miles and that j should be getting just the external filter replaced. Another dealership quoted the same service for $1,972. To be fair, I believe the dealership performed the service they charged me for. My concern is whether the wrong service was recommended or whether I was sold a service that wasn't actually needed at this mileage. When I raised my concerns, I didn't feel the dealership took ownership or made much effort to resolve the situation. One example: after telling me the price was $2,300, the advisor said he'd "see what he could do" and returned with a new price of $2,298. The money isn't the issue. The issue is trust. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. It's unfortunate because I had generally liked this dealership despite its higher prices. Unfortunately, this experience has cost them my future business for both service and vehicle purchases.
