On 8/30/2025 I purchased a 2022 Mercedes Benz GLB from Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro, CA putting $5,000 down. Within the week I had to take the car in to the shop for rattling when the AC was on. Turns out something was installed backwards. Within the second week the Apple Car Play started failing. I took it to the dealership, one of the gentleman came out and did a quick troubleshooting (deleted devices and added back). Fast forward to March 2026, Car play has FAILED. I take the vehicle for an oil change and find that the engine is failing, including an engine oil leak, coolant system failing. While trying to establish the validity of the warranty and find a good shop for the repairs the car has shut off in traffic twice, continues to run hot and the breaks are going out already. I have spent $600 on a rental car. I have reached out to San Leandro several times and spoke with Boris. The last of which he offered a discount on the rental which still totaled $600 for how long I will need the rental. I asked explicitly to speak with a Regional Manager about surrendering the vehicle and submitted an online complaint more than three weeks ago and no one is responding. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. And by the list of other complaints I'm not the first person sold a vehicle that they claim has been through a rigorous "certification" and inspection and the ENGINE is failing months later. read more

Buying a car can be such an annoying venture but that's not the way I felt at Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro. I am the type that needs to look at some cars and then take some alone time to think things through so I was fortunate enough to have 2 different sales consultants helping me at different times. I also got to speak to the sales manager about a few things as well. Each one of these men were very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Never did I feel pressured for anything. I love that they include a 1 year warranty on some of the major parts of the car, making me feel protected for any major repairs. Their policy does not allow haggling on the price but their prices are very reasonable so it's nice not having to deal with all of that. The gentlemen that helped me were Raphael, Nataniel and Paul. This is a great company. I bought two Nissan Rougues and they were in great condition except I noticed a few minor things after I drove them for a week or so. When I told them about it they offered to come pick it up, take it to their shop, and fix while I could stay at home with no hassle. Which they did. There was no pressure to buy, they had a "take it or leave" it fixed price that was more or less the same price as everyone else. I HATE haggling so this was a big plus to me. Do not buy a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro. On 5/17 I purchased a 2021 jeep wrangler Sport S. We said we could hear a ticking sound that we wanted looked it and the remote start was not working. We were told no problem just bring it back the following Monday and thier mechanic would take care of any issues. Took the jeep to them and was told the mechanic didn't have time. We were told they would call us with a date and time. We heard nothing. We called on Thursday of same week they said bring it in Friday. We brought in on Friday before Memorial weekend. We heard nothing all day. We called at 4pm and they stated the jeep was at the dealership to be worked on. With a lot of pushing they got us a rental car. It is now 6/11. Any updates we have to call them. We just got an email forwarded by them from the dealership stating that apart for the turbo has be replaced and is on back order. They got this email on 6/7 and didn't forward it until we called them. It stated that it could be another week. I will be making my first payment to the bank for a jeep I only had in my procession for 5 days. There customer service non existent. Do not buy a car from them. Management needs to be fired. I was quoted an out the door price to put on a cashier's check on a Saturday with a confirmation that I would come in on Monday to finalize the purchase, only to be told on Monday 4 hours before coming in that the price was raised $800 over the weekend. I was told they could not honor the price given to me on Saturday, even though I was given the original price in writing in an email. This would have been a quick and easy sale. Coming out of college, buying a car was a huge decision and I knew I needed to buy a used car to stay within budget and be able to commute to my job. He was very patient and informative during the selection process, and had me look inside multiple cars, and eventually two to test drive. Enterprise Car Sales stays true to no-haggle pricing and the representatives make you feel comfortable at every stage of the car-buying process. After I selected the car I wanted, Paul was able to get the lowest interest rate possible for my situation (college graduate, little to no credit history, high utilization rate on one cc oops). We were able to set up car insurance with Geico (we tried other agencies, but Geico offered the lowest rate per month of ~$160 depending on your driving history). When buying a car, be sure to have all documentations ready (ID, income verification, etc.). Several days after buying my Toyota Corolla, I did notice a grinding noise coming from the passenger right side whenever I pressed on the brakes. I contacted Dru after, and he was able to schedule an appointment with Big O Tires close to my work place to have it fixed! I am happy with my purchase, and the customer service was great! read more
