I purchased my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST from FH Dailey. Ive been coming here for all my parts and fluids for both my Chevrolet vehicles. My Silverado's check engine light came on so naturally, I called FH Dailey to get my truck into their shop since purchased my vehicle there and this was the first sign of any problems with my 3.0 diesel. When I called, they said that only appointment they had was a week out. I asked if my vehicle was safe to drive, they transferred me to one of the technicians for advise. I told him what the symptoms were and the messages on the dash. (reduced power/ drive with caution) They said, oh, its a Diesel? our Diesel mechanic is out on disability and wont be back for 3 weeks. You can drop it off here but it will most likely not get started until the end of the month. They said to me that I could try Dublin Chevrolet, they may have a better timeline. This was very disappointing to hear. I appreciated the honesty but advising me to take a truck i purchased from them to another dealership was not what i expected from them. I ended up taking it to Dublin Chevrolet and their repair department got me in, fixed all the warranty issues and got me out by the end of the week. I took my vehicle in for service because I was experiencing a random message that the Stabilitrak was not working and the engine power was reduced to 25%. The check engine light would come on as well. They charged me for one hour of diagnostics. Later they called me and said they needed another hour of diagnostics. I objected but was told they couldn't fix it without the second hour. I picked up my car today (2/23/26), however the second hour consisted of what they should have done during the first hour. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Additionally, even though they replaced parts, they said that the problem might happen again. I tried to talk to a supervisor but could not. The service advisor kept running back and forth between me and the supervisor instead of letting me speak directly with the supervisor. Extremely Disappointed - I've been a loyal customer for years -- I purchased my vehicle here and consistently returned for oil changes and services. Sadly, after two major miscommunications with the same service advisor, Jarred, I won't be returning. Most recently, I drove over an hour in traffic after being told my tires were confirmed and ready. When I arrived, Jarred informed me he had actually ordered the wrong tires -- for the second time. While he admitted the mistake, offering a $50 discount to come back next week, that doesn't even begin to make up for the time, inconvenience, and frustration this caused. What upset me even more was his dismissive tone, as if I should just take my business elsewhere. Whether intentional or not, the lack of empathy and true accountability was very clear. Today 042425 on 580 east bound exiting foothill blvd. at approximately 1535hrs i witnessed a parts department driver make several unsafe lane changes and also cut off another vehicle, changing lanes through a solid white line. Not sure why people representing a company feel the need to drive unsafely. It's even worst when you call the dealership not once but 3 times and can't even get ahold of management. We bought a car here in August. Alfonso was the sales person that helped us. He is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I have dealt with several dealers, and usually they ignore you after a couple of months. This place is special, as it took less than two weeks. When you call you get voice mail. Most times you are sent to full boxes, so not able to leave messages. I have dealt with Diego, Andrew and most current Jeremy. When the car was purchased, there was a dent on the rear hatch. I was told to take the car back a week after the purchase to have the protective coating put on. After they completed the application, there were scratches on the hood where there was not any previously. They took it in the back and tried buffing it out. That did not fix the issue. I had to take the vehicle back to them in a couple of weeks after calling and leaving voicemails. When I finally got someone they apologized, said they were busy. Finally took it back to have the hood redone. I was given a loaner. I was told while they repainted the car, the rear hatch would be fixed as well. I was told they would call me back. I again had to call, leave messages, and finally after I just asked for sales and the person that answered was not someone I had dealt with. They had someone call me. That was Alfonso. He told me that the dent had not been fixed, that I could leave the car and they would get that done. Later I was called back, and was told that the boss wants his loaner back. That I can take my vehicle back and that they would call when the appointment was set up to repair the hatch. I had to leave work early to take back the loaner. I was told they are very busy, but will get that appointment set so the car can be done. A couple of weeks lots of call and messages later, I called and asked for Finance, Jeremy. I told him everything that had and had not gone on. I let him know that I did not appreciate the run around that I had been receiving. He apologized, and said they were very busy. He listened to what I had to say, and said he would look into this. After a few calls between us, he said that he could have the person that fixes dents come to me. I was in San Mateo. He said he would get back to me after talking to the repair person. Two weeks went by, and again I had to call. He again let me know that they were busy, and apologized. He said he had told the repair person the get in touch with me to take care of this. That did not happen. He said "I will call you back", which he did. He said my are is not in the persons area. I asked if I have it repaired would they reimburse me for it, he said they would. I asked what would be the maximum. He said Let me call the repair person again and see what can be done. I had let him know that I would take the care to the person, within reason. He said I will call you back later today, or for sure by tomorrow. It now has been three weeks since that conversation. I guess they just must be that busy. I have nothing better to do myself than chase them I suppose. I don't appreciate that I was offered these additional protection packages with my purchase of the car if the dealer is not going to honor them or even pick up the phone to assist with these services. The protection application that was suppose to be done, I don't think it was applied. I have a couple of stains in the paint where the birds have left their mess. I was told that they prefer that I take the care back to them for service. LOL! read more

I called them before 4:00 and asked them when my car would be done? And they said it wasn't done but they would call me so I called 10 minutes later. And said I have to take a BART train down there and they said come right now. Oh I'm here and they're closed no one will help me and I don't have a car and it's dark I'm going to have to walk to the BART station. And take a ride back home. When I called to make my service appointment at with after 6:00 and I had no trouble making the appointment so I thought they were open like. No one called me no one told me they closed at 5:00 they let just let me take a law for it right down here. And feel no obligation to help me. They could give me a loaner car to drive home. They could call an Uber for me. They could say they were sorry. In the meantime I'm in the showroom oh there's easily a dozen people here. She had a nail in her tire and was losing pressure, and needed to replace the rears anyway based on wear. We needed to fix this fast, especially given the rainy season. Called FH Dailey and got Cesar (service advisor). He was knowledgeable, efficient, quickly checked stock on the tires for me, and got us an immediate price and appointment with very little notice. Price was reasonable (we shopped around a bit), no attempting to make it more than it was, just good, fast, polite service. When my mom arrived, they treated her well - no last minute upsell, no BS. There were a number of other customers there also waiting for service, and they had her in and out in a under 2 hours. I would not set foot in this dealership ever again. First off, the salesman lied to me when I was trading in my 2009 Chevy Tahoe on a new 2020 Chevy Traverse. He said he couldn't give me anywhere close to what a normal price for my trade in would be as it still had the infamous Takata airbag recall (got a recall notice 4 years earlier) and told me that as a new car dealership, they could not resell a car with an outstanding recall and would have to wholesale it out. Found out that's a lie. I tried for 4 years trying to get the recall fixed. After I bought the new Traverse, about 2 weeks later I went to their website just to see if it happened to be for sale on their lot. Sure enough, there it was for way more they they gave me on trade in. Now the worse part of this deal is a couple months later I get a phone call from my insurance company asking if I still owned the 2009 Tahoe. I told them no, I traded it in on a new car. I asked why she was asking me that. She said the car was involved in a hit and run accident and the other cars owner was able to get the license plate number. I found out the accident had already been turned into a company called LexisNexis. I had never heard of that company, but I guess insurance companies can check with them about any insurance claims for home or car insurance. It took me a long time to get everything straightened out at that company. I had called the GM at FH Dailey and he just blew me off and tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I had signed over the release of liability form and paid to have the registration changed out of my name. I am so mad even to this day that I did not sue the dealership. I'm sure I would have won. It took some additional negotiating since I still had a few months left on my Kia lease and Johnel was never pushy. Rounding out the deal with Jeremy in finance, the dude was top notch at what he does, explained everything about the finances thoroughly. Didn't really know about the Blazer EV and I'm so glad I did some research because this car is amazing! Really makes the Tesla Model Y I was looking at a joke. I requested a cancellation of and refund for maintenance contract on/about 6/17/24 with the Financial Manager at FHDailey. Dealership requested proof of loan payment so I furnished copy of $26K cancelled check. GM informed me the "selling dealership", FHDailey, was responsible to issue refund. These guys are just typical car salesmen, and they will tell you anything and use all the classic tactics to get you to pay more for less. - have you test drive a car and then try to get you to buy a different model - try to get you to pay the price of a more expensive option pkg for the base model - discuss price in terms of out-the-door price instead of msrp - will tell you they can't order something when they always can - will tell you they don't have what you want available, even though they might - do a song and dance about how they're going to "bring the price to the manager" as if there's some behind the door negotiation and they're helping you out. (hello! these guys all work together and are on the same team -- not yours!!) I was pretty disappointed with my experience in the end. The service department there is terrible, back in December I had my car coolant system repair but for the second part I had to wait seven months for my parts come in so to have the oil leak fixed. The technicians are terrible, I don't think they are experienced enough. Picked up my car after being there for two weeks. Did my deposit and when it came time to do financing greg kim Told me interest rate is 8 percent. I said i want to finance with a credit union. He said they will not call or finance with them. He said if you dont finance with us. We will not sell you the car. Because i waited 2 years i was paying msrp. They are selling this cars for 30k over. So they dont want me buy the car. Or they can make 2 percent on the loan. They do not make money with credit unions. I ended buying the car with patelco credit union at 6 percent. I call other chevy dealerships and they said that was a hi number. I do not recommend this dealership. Or the sales people. Dishonest. Hid the bad news until after dragging me through 2 hours of paperwork, hoping I'd be committed to the purchase by then. They tried to sell me a repaired 2023 Chevy Bolt as new, with a 5K MSRP markup. Went through 2 hours of paperwork, and was about out the door with my new car, when they finally gave me the paperwork on the "minor body damage" around the "rear-left door" that had been repaired. In truth it was, 8K of damages to a completely different location than originally stated. Safi, the sales agent, lied (or made up) what the damage had been at the beginning of the process. I kept asking for specifics the whole way through the process. "Oh, don't worry, we'll get that to you before you leave. It was only 'lot damage'." They dragged me through 2 hours of paperwork and financing, and then finally, after everything was signed, they give me the actual listing of damages (pictured below). The finance guy (shaved head), acted surprised that I would care that my new car had just received $8,000 dollars of repair. It's only "lot damage" this isn't some accident that happened on the freeway. (Apparently, it's impossible to have major damage on a lot). I told him that Safi had lied, and the finance guy persisted that 8k of "lot damage" isn't a big deal. Also, "warranty prices make the price look higher than it is." But hey, it's only "lot damage." No star, if it was possible! Purchased a 2024 Corvette at FH Dailey. While in the Finance Office, The Finance Director, unbeknownst to me, added plans to the contract that i did not agree to, after we had both verbally agreed to the purchase price. I was issued a long agreement to sign, expecting the price to be as agreed. The pressures to sign were obvious and he said everything we agreed to was in the contract. Feeling under duress and pressure to sign, I signed. Later, much to my dismay, I noticed he had added 5 plans to the contract - some of which were duplications. I was able to cancel two of the five plans and had to sue through Small Claims Court to remove the other plans. This dealership has lost the servicing, maintenance and warranty work of my car. I wonder if this bad publicity means anything to them. I should have checked reviews before visiting this dealer and making this purchase. I would have then been far more suspect and less trusting. I am dismayed that Chevrolet has not pulled their franchise license. Stay away from this dealership. read more

I took my car in to service department for a simple oil change and multi inspection. My car was fully operable prior. The next morning my car would not start. It was a frustrating experience trying to get to the advisor and or service managers. Finally spoke with PJ who told me I would have to incurr a $275 diagnostic. I went up the chain and requested to speak with Marty with no luck. I then spoke with Ray Migardi the General Manager. Who spoke with the service department. He advised me I must have left my lights on all night. My battery was fairly new and was checked by my insurance towing service. It was caused somehow by technician who worked on my vehicle. The car buying experience was awesome here and I'd recommend this dealer compared to the other Chevy dealers in the Bay Area. We were looking for a Corvette to retire my husband's 2004 Tiburon and Ray and Denny delivered. I would recommend calling to see what they have in inventory and let them know what you're looking for, along with your budget. Call them before you buy from another Chevy dealer! At first we were looking for a 2019/2018 Stingray 2LT, but we ultimately ended up with a 2018 Grand Sport 2LT because they gave us a deal we could not pass up (we literally drove from the other dealer back home and took an Uber from SF to FH Dailey since we knew we were going to buy the Grand Sport). The car was in pristine delivery-ready condition and the service here from sales, F&I and delivery were great. I explained to them that I am a busy professional and mother and would only come to sign papers if I knew we had an agreement, which we finally came to in writing. Just as I was about to head there to sign, I get a call to say the car I had agreed to was now sold. But not to worry because the "holy grail" was available to me for the same monthly lease payment and down payment. When I asked to see the numbers in writing, including the total cost of the car, I was told I could not. I replied "I am not coming down there if I don't see the numbers." Greg then replied "you are going to come down here because I told you to." And then caught himself and tried to correct..."because I told you the numbers and we had a deal and I'm driving there on my day off to do this deal with you." Not that it seemed they care, but Dailey lost my business not just because of their sheisty last minute change up business tactics but also because I will never give business to a salesman who angrily tells me to "come down here because I told you to." Terrible service. Brought my car in under warranty for an engine problem. I had the codes and knew it was a cylinder misfire so it was either the spark plug or ignition coil. I mentioned it to the service rep but he dismissed it and said they needed to run their own $230 diagnostics. The next day, they called while I was at work so I missed it and when I tried to call back, I could not get a hold of anybody for an hour. They finally returned my call and gave me the results of their tests. Who would've guessed that it was the same code I mentioned before. They then tried to say that the repair would be $900 (for a spark plug) AND it wasn't covered under warranty because the spark plug apparently isn't part of the engine. When I went to pick up my car the next day, I only paid for the diagnostic test because I can do it myself and save $1k. They said they would pull the car up front for me. I waited outside for about 30 minutes before going back in and asking where my car was, only to find all the reps chit chatting and goofing around. They looked confused and asked for my information again and finally brought the car out. Worst experience ever, especially for a dealership. The up charging is insane and completely unreasonable. Take your chevy to any other dealership or mechanic and save yourself the headache along with your money. read more

I worked with salesman Hamdi and finance manager Alvin. From beginning the online pre approval process I received a call from Hamdi about scheduling an appointment and briefly discussed what I wanted from a new vehicle and set a date to come in and test drive. He was very professional, thorough and transparent about everything. I didn't feel I was with a stereotypical "car salesman", but more like a friend that was hooking me up with a new car. I wasn't trying to come in and go back and forth over the price as I knew I was going to drop some money is what I saved up for and also to bless the salesman as sales is what he's there for. The whole process from test drive to leaving out with keys in my hand was a little over two hours as we had to transfer some important DMV paperwork which was the main hold-up. Alvin; finance manager is a former veteran that takes the same military approach to closing all deals and finishing paperwork ensured we handled everything the right way to avoid me even having to make a trip to DMV to correct any errors.
