I couldn't be happier when I bought my car at Enterprise Car Sales in Shoreline. My previous car had been a rental. I'd bought it at 30k miles, it was a stellar car for just under 10 years when It was totaled in an accident. Except for that, I'd have no reason to believe it wouldn't go for another 10. That experience, coupled with my always positive experiences renting from Enterprise on a weekly basis, made my decision easy when it came time to buy a car to replace my totaled one: Enterprise Car Sales. The salesperson showed me cars consistently within the range I was looking to spend, the body style I wanted and mileage I was looking for. Though I ended up purchasing a vehicle $5k more expensive than I had intended, it was only because I saw the car I ended up purchasing on the other side of the lot and asked to drive it. I immediately chose that car, took it home that night and finalized the purchase the next morning. Everyone there was exceptionally helpful and willing to go out of their way to help each other. From the salesperson, to F&I to the manager it was an easy, no pressure, minimum hassle experience. I'd worked in the car business for many years, selling cars for Barrier Motors on the Eastside. Barrier is a wonderful employer with a buying experience very tailored to what the customer wants at that location. My experience at Enterprise Car Sales shows me it's not the fancy showroom or any part of the facility that creates the positive experience (after all, once you drive away, the car is the car wherever you bought it), rather it's the attention to the customer's experience that makes all the difference, and it's the people that provide that, not the dealer/facility. read more

Yesterday I called Craig Bigby about a 300C that I saw on line. I let him know I had a very tight schedule and I could only pop in and take a quick look. I test drove the car at 6:15pm, loved it! Issac Ruiz went over my trade in and financing while I was out on the test drive. Craig went over how Enterprise maintains and has a 109 point check for any car that is on the lot. "WooHoo! As good as it gets!" is EXACTLY how I felt when I picked up my car. I had been manhandled (forced to look at cars THEY wanted to sell me) @ Bill Pierre's on Lake City Way and was cautious, but my friend got her car here and recommended it. So, I told them my budget, 3 makes & models I had researched & wanted, and I WOULD WALK IF I WASN'T LISTENED TO. Well, like all the other reviews here, Ash Ezani really listened, showed me only what I wanted (and what Isaac determined I could afford), and picked me up at home with one that I said I would buy that day, IF it was red (or black). Well, I bought that silver '13 Nissan Sentra SV for $1,000+/- UNDER Blue Book with the promise of replacing it with a red one, with comparable terms. I got a call less than a week later to come on and swap my silver for a red. It was perfect for me and when I was told the mileage was 8,000 miles LESS and only $2 more/month than the original, I actually did a very loud WooHoo! in the parking lot. It's been a little more than a year since we purchased a car here. I felt I should give a review as a way to contribute back to Yelp community and share my first hand experience to other consumers. We wanted a minivan to hold our growing family and replace a small SUV. Found a couple of online listings that match our need here. They are all newer Chrysler models out of leasing term (I guess) still under remaining factory warranty. Then we came and did test drive. There was NO sales pressure as I can tell. They did not follow us during test drive or inspection so I could focus all my attention on the car. Then we were in the room to talk about price. Their listed price was already competitive enough so that they won't be able to give much more discount. Although they were flexible to give me a great trade in price on my older car. So we sealed the deal. Their paperwork was straightforward. They explained all terms and fees very clearly. No sales gimmick or hidden fees. We have been driving this minivan for more than a year and it is a great value! I really like this business because of their great product, service and honesty to customer. My husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience buying a car from this company. We had been talking about upgrading our 13 year old suv and happened to stop in to this location after seeing a car we were interested in on their lot as we drove by. I had a good experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I worked with Desiree and found her to be genuinely interested in helping me as a customer. While some people prefer the "No Haggle" sale, I actually avoid them. I like to negotiate. No Haggle means you are paying more for the car than you have to. On the plus side, this also means you probably aren't paying top dollar either. It's a middle ground. For most people, what they get for paying that slight bit more is avoiding the process of negotiation. I think it's strange that people prefer this, because I think it affects other areas of their lives besides car buying. i.e. avoiding necessary conflict or discussion...but I digress... In my case, I lack time. So ultimately, deciding to buy a car at Enterprise Car Sales was a matter of convenience. I think there is also a certain level of trust you assume with a company like Enterprise. My other car had broken down and was not worth repairing. I was renting a car from Enterprise when I got the news. When I called to take the rental car for another week, Enterprise intuitively connected me with their Shoreline, WA car sales location. In that week, I was already anticipating the need for a new car coming, so I test drove vehicles at VW and Subaru, which were basically at the top of my interest list for price, safety, features. Of course, the new sticker price was doable but I've never really seen the need to pay for the full new price...maybe someday. But this day, I found myself at Enterprise Car Sales with Desiree. She immediately understood what I wanted. She located the only car that was within her inventory that I might like, a VW Wagon. The next day the car was available for test drive. There's definitely a subtle sales pitch going on like any other car dealership I've been to. At the end of the day, the car had a few cosmetic dings and high miles for being 18 months out of the gate, but the price was much more reasonable than a new car from VW and I decided I would probably ding the car eventually anyway. I still think it was overpriced by about $750 by Enterprise and these cars have been driven daily by different people, under many circumstances. Ultimately, that may be the potential down side of buying at Enterprise. So, after test drive, we sat down to talk. I asked for KBB printout and Carfax. Strangely, their KBB printout differed from KBB online that I used slightly. Again, it seemed a little in their favor, but they were priced below the KBB a bit so it was fine. I like that they were trying to give you all the tools to make a decision. The next step was financing. This, for me, was what pushes the experience up to 4 stars, but with some caveat (see below). Enterprise Car Sales has a helpful friendly person there to help you apply for financing on the spot. They take your application and shop for rates. They didn't burden me with the bad news that Bank of America turned me down, despite great income and excellent credit...(underwriting at banks these days are making little sense to me...) They did get me financed elsewhere though, and the rate seemed decent but maybe a half point too high or so. Obtaining this potential financing directly allowed me to take the car home that night. We completed paperwork for the tentative purchase of the vehicle within the hour. This is where the 7-day return policy is golden. (Caveat) While this sounds awesome, this is where I have to encourage all buyers to explore their financing options. The next day, I called around to my banking relationships and found that one of my banks could potentially offer me more than 1% less rate on the car loan. And It gets even more interesting! When I informed Enterprise that I would be taking financing elsewhere, Enterprise was able to use that to negotiate a better rate that than our local bank in an effort to keep our business. At that point, we just went with the new lower rate offered through Enterprise's financing relationship. (2nd Caveat) While Enterprise states that they maintain all their cars to factory standard, I still elected to have an independent inspection during the 7-day return period by VW. This is wise to avoid any unexpected problems and well worth the minimal investment in any car purchase in my opinion. As it turns out, the decision paid off. There was a free 30,000 mile warranty service that Enterprise had missed with VW and they took care of that as part of my inspection. The car's engine checked out fine. With sale nearly completed, Enterprise also agreed to fix some broken rear air vent controls for my kids in the back... My only real complaint was I felt like Enterprise went cheap on the tires on the vehicle. The tires were mismatched and 2 of them are of definite lower quality. I have to get by with them for a year and then replace them which will be an added cost. Overall, I would consider using Enterprise Car Sales again in the future...It definitely saved me time and effort. read more

Never purchased a rental car but did much research before selecting Enterprise. I started doing online searches and this Enterprise location had had the make/model I was looking for. Enterprise only directly offers the lowest mileage and lightest use vehicles while selling the remainder of their fleet directly to dealerships. Only time will tell if I made the right decision but the vehicle I purchased is in great shape appearance wise. The staff at Enterprise( Jamie, Ashe and Anthony?) in Shoreline couldn't have been more helpful or courteous and had me on my way in less than 2 hours including a test drive. Plus they take credit cards so I also received a free round trip airfare from my Alaska CC for my purchase! I would recommended this company and this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a gently used vehicle. read more

We couldn't be happier. This was a second purchase with them. We worked with Ash who helped us find the right car with no pressure, just helpful information. He was so polite and friendly. Rich who helped us with financing suggested a credit union which got me a lower rate of interested. We already were embedded with our bank and had two car loans, but when he said there were about 4.5% which is what we were paying, he suggested BECE which was offering 2.99%. I finally have time do a review on my last experience of renting a car from this place. I have rented 4 other times before, but this last experience has to be recognized and dealt with. I made a reservation on a Monday over the phone with a "Melissa" for a compact rental for the next Wednesday, I arrived Wednesday and they did not have a reservation. I said it was made 2 days ago on Monday. Bottom line there was no reservation in the system, I ended up getting what they had available which was an expensive SUV, I got it because I had no choice due to an important appointment in a few hours that day. Is this a new practice of Bait & Switch??? I know my reservation call on 01 February 2016 had to be recorded and hope it was archived for review. If these Yelp reviews are seen by the corporate people I hope to get a message to discuss this issue. For now Enterprise does not deserve anything higher than 1 star. read more

I can't say enough great things about the service at Enterprise! Our sales associate was Desiree and she was wonderful! We even had our 3 year old with us, which can make anything challenging, but she was very patient with us. They got us approved with low money down and gave us top dollar for our trade in! I don't like shopping for used cars because of a few bad experiences. Chadwick Johnson and the friendly staff at Enterprise Car Sales in Shoreline showed me that not all used car salesmen are, well, used car salesmen! I saw an online listing for a car I liked and went in to look at it, without an appointment. Unfortunately, that car had just been sent to another location (Lakewood). I described what I was looking for, he listened carefully and we talked about some of the other possibilities on the lot. I took a Mazda out for a test drive and fell in love. WIth their no haggle policy, I knew exactly how much I was going to pay, the car fax was available and we had a deal. No hassles, 7 day return policy, no high pressure, it was a great experience. They do give you a week to change my mind. The mileage is not nearly as good as they said it would be and the first time I went to use it on a freeway I realized it doesn't have cruise control, nor does it have driving lights like they said it did. read more
