Was given a car with expired inspection and got a ticket. Asked three times and was told "no problem. We'll take care of it". Then it was billed on my credit card and they would not remove it. Complete BS. read more

Do NOT rent from the Annapolis store on Commerce Ave. The worst experience of my life! I've rented from Enterprise for years & was a loyal customer. When I went to pick up an AWD Crosseover today, they told me I couldn't rent it without a major credit card, even though I literally rented a SUV a year ago. I've rented from enterprise for over 20 years. Had a reservation for pick up today and the store is closed! Just spoke with their local agent on Friday. Could have easily seen it was an issue because he told me to come by at 12 on Sunday. So now my business travel and meetings will need to be cancelled for Monday at some expense. Additionally, I've never complained before but every time I pick up from this location the cars are filthy. They usually have one guy busting his butt cleaning dozens and dozens of cars with about 60 second cleaning job. Enterprise .. you're not what you used to be. s read more

This dealer doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I do not recommend this enterprise. Go somewhere else! I was assisted by the branch manager and he was very rude and very demoralizing. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced and I won't be renting from them ever again. Shame on them that is not how you treat people. read more

My car was stolen so I had to rent a car the next day Nov 4 , 2023; I call enterprise rental in Annapolis, they told me that I had to return the car the following day Monday, Nov 5, so that a new contract would begin with the claim from my insurance company. I returned it the next day per their instructions. I received a statement for 56? For the 1 day for Nov 4, 2924. The new rental began in Nov 5th with my insurance claim. Upon returning the vehicle on Dec 4th, 2023; I was charged over $600.00 because they claimed that they put everything under the first contract and that I didn't opt out of the enterprise insurance, even though Allstate was paying for my rental claim from Nov 5, thru Dec 4th. After they saw how upset I was, they returned $200.00 and refuse to return the rest, I've been fighting with them ever since! Don't go to Annapolis, MD enterprise rental. read more

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. Doesn't care about customer service at all! I've been renting with them the last 6 moths for work- literally every month sometimes twice a week and I get treated with no respect or appreciation. Never renting from enterprise again. Every location I've gone to has upgraded my rental and they didn't even care to offer here while having multiple cars. When I asked, he said yea if your willing to pay more, wtf! VERY DISAPPOINTED. Rented a car on the weekend special via hotwire. Picked up the car and was told i needed to make a $250 deposit, and that it would be refunded soon as i returned the car. Of course that didnt happen and all i got was i quess the girl that told you that was new. She didnt even sound like she cared. All she said was if its not returned in 2 or 3 days call back. The location on Commerce Road in Annapolis MD has had the worst customer service I have experienced in renting a car. When calling to make a reservation the call continues to ring with no one answering. Or when you finally do get through you are put on hold for over 5 min only to be told "you caught us at a busy time we will call you back" and then never get a call back. I had an appointment to be picked up at the body shop for 8:30am. I wasn't picked up til almost 9:15am, causing me to be late to work. When I have an appointment made, I expect it to be honored. I have the same bad experiences as the previous reviewer. Awful service, pleasant to deal with in person but the level of service all around was terrible. I was left at the auto body shop for a very long time, almost an hour before a worker at the shop gave me a ride to them. The car I was given was disgusting and dirty. Save yourself the headache and go to the Enterprise in Crofton. Or if you like being hung up on when you call multiple times asking for a manager about questionable charges to your card weeks after completing the rental, this is the place for you. No one at this location cares about the customer or their job. Avoid it if you can. read more

The men at the Bestgate Rd. Location in Annapolis, MD are always fabulous and accommodating, but the people at the 1800 roadside assistance number were pretty terrible. My Chrysler 200 rental lost AC and had 0% oil life and I thought it was overheating. I called the road side assistance # only to be told that if my car were having the problems described that a check engine light would be on, but since there was no check engine light on that it was not a sufficient mechanical issue to warrant me getting a different rental car. I called back a few hours later and another lady told me the DCA airport location was open 24 hours and that I could take the car there to be exchanged. Turns out, the DCA location is only open until midnight. I ended up driving this car around with No AC and a 0% oil life light on in triple digit heat for a day and a half with a 40+ mile commute to work each day. By the time I turned the car it there was a terrible rattling noise coming from lord knows where. Aside from being terrible uncomfortable with no AC the ladies at the 1800 number probably caused there to be damage to the car that could have been avoided had they had proper training on how to help me exchange the car. On a side note, all other experiences with enterprise have been wonderful, but this one caused my rating to go from 5 stars to two. Also, I would give the gentlemen at the Bestgate Rd location in Annapolis 5/5 stars. They're always fantastic. read more

Great team at Enterprise on Bestgate. So convenient. Had a free upgrade this time (I'm a loyal Enterprise customer) - how did they know I could use a Jeep this trip? Friendly guys and really appreciate the ride back to my house. I also like the fact they hire lots of our veterans who make excellent employees. read more

Best staff and best cars... i have rented many times over the years and have learned that it is ALWAYS best to go with Enterprise. This Enterprise location was no exception. On-time pickup, friendly staff, decent car (i stay at the low end for my rentals). No complaints. will return for my next rental. read more
