The company kept our deposit & gave us extra charges for upgrading things in the house that were not broken when we moved out, and charged us for for things like the same blinds they had when we moved in.. No proof of receipts, no proof of damage, & no itemized list of anything! Just charges... We moved out 4 months ago, and I've been calling to speak to someone about this issue, and we are still getting the run around. Such a bad experience, and we feel very preyed on after everything. After getting my car back a new light was on, one I had never seen before (I don't know which one I know nothing about cars). Turns out they had left part of my car completely unplugged.
