    Terrible, rude service and very shady practices. I'd definitely recommend renting elsewhere, even if it's less convenient.

I've found trash and food wrappers in the cars, floors covered with gravel and dirt, very dirty on the outside. I no longer trust they have been serviced so have it checked before I even leave town. The windows are always dirty. This used to be a good location and the previous officer manager, a woman named Jody, was extremely helpful and always accommodated any request as best as she could. The young woman who is in that office now that Jody is gone is intolerably rude and obnoxious, just scowls at you while doing the rental paperwork, does not even look at you and does not respond if you speak to her. She is a disgrace and I cannot believe that ANY company would have such a hateful woman running their office. Today I returned a car TWO MINUTES before 9 am when the office opens. I knocked on the door but she wouldn't answer and when she finally did, she said "I'm not open until 9" and to use the key drop when she was standing right in front of me. I asked her if she had to so rude all time and she said I WAS RUDE expecting her to open early - a whole 2 minutes! This obnoxious, rude, and disgusting woman should NOT be in any customer service capacity and I am reporting her to the corporate headquarters for the way I have been treated by this ugly woman and for how this location has declined so badly in terms of the condition of the cars and the abusive office clerk. I will never rent from Budget again.

On hold for an hour to be told that "maybe" I could swap out my vehicle at a local Budget. So in the morning I took my chances and drove to the Budget in Bend and asked if they could swap out my vehicle. Danielle was super kind and so helpful. She resolved my issue within minutes by giving me a new rental and I was on my way. Thanks Danielle for turning an unpleasant experience into a positive one!

Blame the customer for picking a car up driving it to another location and dropping it off with another Hertz (with a full tank). I've rented plenty of vehicles and have never dropped them off where I picked them up. It's always been in other cities or air ports. That's how I've always seen rentals. It shouldn't be on the customer to know when specific details pertaining a privately owned Hertz and Corporately owned Hertz. It's on the staff to explain massively costly details UP FRONT like that to customers when they renting from them. Take the Hertz name down. It doesn't serve consumers in an honest fashion.

It took Avis CS about 2 hours to get a tow truck out to pick up car. They sent me a $250 uber credit to try and use but was in a place where I couldn't even catch an uber so they said I was just out of luck. Needless to say I couldn't use their uber voucher and saved them $250. The tow truck driver said he wasn't suppose to give me a ride(liability reasons) but did anyway because he was nice enough to not leave me stranded on side of freeway. We drove back an hour the wrong way from where I was going to get a new car. The whole ordeal cost me about 5 hours of my trip/life. I continued the rest of rental with no issues. When I called CS later to explain situation and see how they were going to compensate me for giving me a broke down car they offered me 1 of my rental days free. I asked them if $10 an hour is a reasonable rate for the time their broke cost me they said they would throw in future day to rent. Why would I rent from a company that thinks my time is worth $10 an hour. Fantastic customer service Avis well done.

    Enterprise RDM tried to give me a safety compromised car and took advantage of me…read more I had a reservation #1346317206 for a car at RDM airport starting 2/17/23 for 4 days for a total of $181.42, or $45.36 per day. I made standby on a flight, so at the last minute I modified this reservation to add one day upfront for 5 days starting 2/16/23, and boarded the plane. I was quite surprised on arrival that night to see a bill for $337.29, or $67.46 per day. The counter could give me no explanation as to why my rate jumped 50%. It was now late and there was no other options. Then I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be washed. Driving away from the airport, the car's TPMS light came on. Returning to the airport, the manager tried to sell that the pressure was fine. TPMS systems fail when cold. This is not true. I was not about to accept a car with compromised tires, at night, during a snowstorm, where many roads in Oregon have no cell service. The only option I was offered was to upgrade to an SUV. The final charge was $448.40 or $89.68 per day, or double the original rate. I have yet to receive an email receipt itemizing these charges. My expectations are: 1) when I extended the reservation by one day, my daily rate would not increase. 2) Enterprise would not try to sell me that a safety compromised car was ok to drive. 3) With the reserved car malfunctioning and having to return to the airport, Enterprise would have offered an alternative car at no extra charge. This has been my experience at other rental firms. 4) Enterprise would have had the car ready on my arrival. Enterprise did not live up to it's commitment to have a car that was deserved, and took advantage of the situation. My view is the charges should be consistent with the original reservation. Original daily rate of $45.36 applied to 5days, or $226,80. I was billed $448.40. I am due a refund of $221.60 Contacting Care@Enterprise.com is a dead letter office, two emails, no response. Calling their customer line resulted in a 3hr hold and then cutoff. Chat never responded over 12hr period. Consider a different firm.

The cars are always clean on the inside and out. I've rented a Dodge Ram Rebel & Challenger, Ford Mustang & Edge, Chevy Camaro, Toyota 4Runner, & Rave4, a Jeep and more. All are in top condition. I can't express enough how much I appreciate these guys and my time up in Oregon. Treat them with the respect they deserve, you're in great hands. I recently missed my flight to RDM and had to go to the EUG airport instead then drive over to RDM so I called to update them on my situation and right then and there with no questions asked they booked me a car at the EUG airport at the most cost effective rate. Truely honored to have their whole team looking out for me.
