Honesty would be the one thing I would recommend improving in. I am being charged for dings in passenger side of car when we were shown these were already there by the sales guy. When I went in to speak with the Manager, Charles Chambers, he was very professional but was only able to give me a number to call dispute the claim. So I had two sales people that outright lied to me. One telling us and showing us the dings but yet not noting it on the lease agreement. And the other salesman that took in the vehicle told me everything was good no issues. Then they charged me with a claim against the dings. read more

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Front desk couldn't handle a simple request and abruptly passed me to the manager with no explanation. He talked over me, accused me of yelling within seconds (not true), and wouldn't let me speak. When I finally insisted, he went silent, then sarcastically asked, "Are you finished?" before hanging up. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional--especially for a manager. Unfortunately, as first-time visitors, we had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Preston. He made us feel uncomfortable by suggesting we wouldn't fit in a sedan as a group of four and by openly looking us up and down. His attitude and behavior were unprofessional, especially compared to the much kinder demeanor of the young lady working alongside him. Arrived 15 minutes early for a scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, the woman assisting wrote up a contract for an upgraded vehicle and tried to charge an additional $240 which insurance wouldn't over. After stating that we're not paying to upgrade a rental which insurance is covering she stated, "it's a good deal though." Come to find out, the type of vehicle for which we requested during booking was not available, and therefore, instead of saying that, the customer service representative automatically tried to upgrade and charge for it without asking. A pick up that is actually at the airport... the unicorn of travel! I found the end of the rainbow! No having to wait for a shuttle and ride to go get the car for 20 mins. I remember this being the norm long ago but I have not seen a setup at the airport like this in forever! I literally walked up to the counter got my keys and walked 100 feet to the car! As nice as this was was as bad as the return was. I pulled up and there is no one checking cars back in. The return row is completely filled, the lot is completely full and there is no direction what to do. There was no room to drive around and multiple people were confused and had no idea what to do. So I thought the point of reserving a car was so they knew in advance you were coming and had the car ready. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my 11 am rental reservation and she told me since I was early they did not have a car ready yet. So I wait and about 10:55 am she tells me that someone is on the way from Nissan with a car. Nissan is maybe 2 miles away. At 11:10am I asked how long they thought it would be. I was told 15-20 minutes. That means I will have spent almost an hour to pick up a car that they have know for weeks I was expecting to pick up at 11am. My time is important and this has not been a very pleasing experience. They have a lot full of cars and vehicles but for some reason the car I rented and reserved is not one of them. Expectations are important especially when you have other people awaiting on you to arrive and head out on your adventure. Very disappointing. My brother and I rented a car on 12/23 while we were in town visiting family for Christmas. He returned the car the next day and unfortunately left a large amount of cash locked in the glove box. 20 min after he returned the car I contacted them and the car was already cleaned and rented out again. The manager, Corey, claims that he asked the cleaning crew about the money and they said they only found an empty envelope in the glove box. My brother called back and asked Corey to further question the cleaning crew but he was basically blown off and when he asked who else he should talk to he was given an 800 number and told " good luck" in a very condescending tone. Corey obviously doesn't care about their clientele and the fact the cleaning crew is stealing customer belongings. I would not recommend going to this location or Enterprise in general. Im really disappointed with this location. The first time I was here they claimed there was hail damage when it hadn't hailed all week and i had the car in a garage when I wasn't driving. I got the damage waiver this time and Im glad I did but also annoyed because they tried to claim hail damage on the car when it did not hail at all in the past month. They also dont look at the top of the car when renting it to you, but as soon as you bring it back the roof of the car always has something wrong with it. This is the second time this same exact thing has happened . Even with the damage waiver they made me pay $9 and did not give me the deposit back. I wish I had left the 1 star review instead of updating it and im upset I trusted you guys again. How is there hail damage when theres no history of hail on the weather forecast? If I ever need a rental again Im just going to budget car rental or national car rent. Needed to rent a car for a family medical emergency trip and they made us jump through hoops as though I was an ex-con just to make a reservation. On top of that, they would not accept my card for payment and did not care about the predicament, nor accept any payment needed. In this day and age, being able to split a card is easy to do and 99.9% of places do this without a second thought. It seems like a crappy way to do business in regards of making up excuses just to not have to do your job. What needed to be done would've taken a couple of moments and we'd have been all set. Instead, we get a runaround and BS. Makes me wish there was competition around here in order to make them realize that their business methods need to change for the betterment of their customers. First off, the office staff is great, And generally, I give this office high marks. FIVE STARS But on my last rental there I ordered a sedan through my insurance company. This office, I found out, only had a 1500 Dodge Ram truck for me to drive...so I had no choice. ONE STAR The front lot is a former gas station with the concrete pump islands and steel barrier loops. When I was leaving I could not see the steel loops and hit one with the truck denting the front bumper. The truck was so tall (over 5 feet at the hood) visibility was nill. I walked back into the office to report the incident. PROPERTY SAFETY HAZARD ONE STAR I won't go into anymore details here, although there are plenty. Let's leave it at that. They told me a rep from Enterprise would contact me for my statement. That never happened. ONE STAR. A week passed and I heard from no one. Then through the mail I was contacted by the Enterprise Recovery Unit wanting action from me to contact my insurance to get their vehicle fixed. ONE STAR I turned this into my insurance company along with my detailed statement and the documentation from Enterprise. Average TWO STARS. I will use Enterprise again, no doubt. We reserved a premium SUV 4 days ago and they've got nothing the day before we go on vacation.

I reserved a car along with a child seat two weeks before my trip. The day I went to pick up my vehicle, they told that although I had reserved a child seat by phone with their branch, they actually didn't have any child seats that they could give me. I eventually returned the car after hours and placed the keys in the drop box. I've called the location several times requesting an itemized receipt, and despite receiving several promises to send me the receipt, they've failed to do anything.
