Lately I have expirance not so good customer service. So it's my 1st time renting from this location and when I picked up the car was great customer service was ok. So today I called to let them know that I might be returning the car the following day maybe after hours from my original day. So the customer rep for this location changed his attitude from friendly to upset and he pretty much hang up on me. Than he calls back and tells me that he had to charge my account 139$ dollars more to keep the car or I need to return it A.S.A.P I am not even in the same city I rented the car from. I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Jordan, and Andrew! I visited Enterprise this morning to get a rental while my car is in the shop. However, unfortunately I recently lost my debt card and was unaware of the required deposit for the rental, therefore I was unable to get the car paid thru my insurance. That was a huge bummer considering rentals can be super expensive. But Andrew, even though he just started working there was extremely patient with me. And Jordan made my day so much better because he helped me and my S/O figure out which rental was the best for us with the best rate. By far would recommend 100 out of 10 lol read more

Cody & another taller younger male Sales Associate went above and beyond to get me in a Rental Car after my Audi was in an Accident. Scheduled weeks in advance for a vehicle with four-wheel drive. Had several calls confirming this reservation, so it wasn't like it was a surprise. On the day of pickup, no four wheel drive. Given the time of year, and the last-minute notice; no one in the Boise Area had one either. The result, was clearly never renting from these guys again -but also require a canceling of our holiday plans. Deplorable experience. I'm never renting from Enterprise ever again. I need you to be reliable and consistent. When I am forced to play by your rules, and do exactly what you need and require of me; I expect you to do the same. read more

I've rented from this location a couple of times so far. It's always been a good experience with friendly and competent employees. They had the car I needed both times, and the pickup experience went smoothly. A couple of days after picking up my rental, the manager called me to make sure everything was going well with the car. When I dropped the car off during regular business hours, they offered to give me a ride if I needed one, which is a nice benefit. I think it's easier to drop the car off after hours, though. You just put the keys in the drop box and leave rather than wait for them to check the gas gauge and get you a printed receipt. Maybe I'm just impatient? read more

Both Kristen and Andrew were super helpful. Car was neat & clean and ready upon speedy pickup, and Andrew was helpful and courteous and professional upon return of the vehicle. He gave us a ride home w/out delay and was personable. Would definitely rent from them again! read more

I used a third party site to make my reservation and did not realize there are two Enterprise locations with Fairview addresses. When I arrived, I was advised that I had made my reservation at a location several miles away. I was on my way to an appointment and would not have made it on time if I had to go to the other location. The young lady who was helping me quickly found a car at her location and I was out the door in 15 minutes. It was my mistake but they did a great job of getting me on my way. read more

The manager is a jerk. Which sadly fell onto his whole staff. After being hit and having to through that whole process I was hoping the rental process would be easier. After having to switch bank accounts, wait an extra day to get my car in the shop the manager couldn't accommodate anything.. I was supposed to pick up and cross over the day before, was told he would hold my reservation and when I got there, there were no cars left.. magically! And he was still blaming it on the solar eclipse which was almost a week before this whole thing. He tried to put me in a car smaller than what I even drive. I told him I wanted to transfer my reservation at this point. They were able to pull more magical strings and put me in a bigger car. As a manager, I would have offered a free upgrade for all the trouble and time lost already. When returning my car, the one gentleman was extremely sweet and more understanding of the situation. I had the rental for longer than estimated because of the holiday and my family and I being out of town. I call the insurance company before I dropped it off and they allowed coverage on the other days that were exceeded. Not even ten minutes later the rude manager is on the phone with not only me but my emergency contact telling me he is going to charge my card because the rental was only covered through the 2nd. (Insurance companies have time stamps on all their calls. Easy fix bro! I'll just call them back.) no, he decided to be extremely rude and mouthy and after I asked him for a call back tomorrow on the status of the insurance company vs his system, he proceeded to mock me. Because of how rude he has been I was already stressing about returning the rental, I knew this exact thing would happen. After this experience I don't think I will ever rent from enterprise again, which is sad because everyone else was amazing. Maybe next time they should really look at who they want to be the face of their company because this manager is flat out rude and doesn't deserve that title. read more

The customer service here is beyond incredible. My family and I rented a minivan for a cross country trip to SC. Anytime I had questions, or if I needed to make a change to my rental, they were cooperative and understanding. We ended up staying a little longer than planned so I called and asked of we could tack on another day and the woman said it wasn't a problem and she would do it right away. Picking up the car and returning the car took less than 10 minutes each. Very amazing team!!! I'll work with them again in the future!! read more

Would be 2 stars at most if the manager hadn't credited us $60 for the inconvenience! First, my pregnant fiancé received a non smoking vehicle that reeked of cigarettes. Not even going to get into the problem of trying to trade it out for another.. Second, and most important, the contract. I called in and agreed to a $22.XX/day price (that's with family discount and what not) for a vehicle. I came in and paid the deposit (about $150) and also paid for 7 days in advance, coming out to about $160ish. All under the impression that i was getting the vehicle for $22/daily rate. Well after the seven days was up, I decided I was going to continue renting it for another few days. The "supervisor" told me that was no problem. And that it would be at the current rate I signed up with of about $32/day. Which didn't make sense! So we argued. And he argued that what I had signed for was 5 days at $32/day with two days free, coming out to $160 for the 7 days. Which if you do the math is ALSO $22.XX/day at 7 days. Which to me was shady. I was never notified of the 'buy 5 with 2 free' thing. I was told $22.XX/day. So if I wanted a few more days, that would be $22.XX/day! Not $32! Which should be honored especially since that was the deal I had made in the first place! Anyways, I didn't like the whole situation. Told them I'd return the vehicle, but not my service! I'll take that elsewhere. But the manager (not the supervisor) credited us $60 something (which is basically for days 6 and 7) and apologized. So because of him, we may return our business under the impression they won't pull this again. We'll see.. read more

WORST Enterprise customer service experience ever! I've always been impressed with the friendly attitude of employees and cleanliness of Enterprise Car Rentals - until today! When I needed to pick up a car due to my personal vehicle being in the shop for body repairs, my insurance company referred me to this branch of Enterprise. The "upgraded" car they tried to put me in was a filthy, dirty, dinged-up, ugly duckling of a car. When I mentioned the condition of the car to Howard, the person doing the walk-around with me, he proceeded to argue with and make degrading comments to me. After a few under-the-breath, unappreciated remarks from this terribly rude employee, I asked the assistant manager to come help me. I asked what their standard of cleanliness was and was told "showroom clean". Really? I've never seen a car in a showroom with dirt streaked down the windows, grease inside the doors, bird crap on the car and dirt inside the trunk! I actually walked out without a rental car and found another location to do business with. Don't waste your time with this branch. There are too many others choices in Boise to settle for inferior customer service. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Regional Manager for Enterprise rent-a-car and am confident that this situation is being addressed. Best of luck! read more

I chose this location because it was the ONLY one that would pick me up near where I would be. When I made the reservation I was told no problem for Sunday pick up. When I noticed I had set pick up date wrong and called back everything I was told was different. No Sunday pick up so I had to set date for a Saturday instead, and it would be good idea to call ahead to make sure no problem with pick up. Good thing I called because Guy I spoke with told me no one is there on Saturday for pick ups. WHAT!!! Thatis why I chose Enterprise to begin with. I asked to speak with manager. This is where it gets better. Spoke with Eric. He apologized for persons behavior and arranged to pick me up himself before they opened. He went out of his way to make everything work out. When I returned the car mine wouldn't start and I had already returned the rental. Eric didn't have a rental but said he would come to my house afyer work to jump my car and put me in a van for same rate as other one I had. Well my car started and I didn't need the rental. He helped me out even when my own son wouldn't. Eric, you rock and are what makes this location what it is. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!! read more
