Was given a car via my insurance Nationwide, after an accident. As you know, insurance company have rates set, that differ from general public. I turned the car in after 22 day, and was met with a bill. I was told that I had to pay the difference of the $40.00 rate that the insurance company didn't cover. I said that was false, because they stay within the rate. I contacted Nationwide and the stated they had paid in full and that my rate was NOT $40, dollars. They even have the rate on the receipt as Nationwide and are fraudulently charging. I contacted the corporate office to report the branch for fraud. This was 2/20, 2/23, and 2/24! Not one follow up. Watch out for this branch! They didn't even provide me with a receipt. I had to call and ask what these charges were for and wait to be sent the receipt. I have not now contact the Attorney general's office to report this business for fraud. As well as reporting fraud to my credit card company. I should have only been billed for 4 days of insurance coverage and that's it! I don't even see where my deposit was applied to anything in this bill. How do you have a set rate for Nationwide and yet, are fraudulently charging general population prices after the claim is closed. They claimed they escalated the matter to the branch manager, who hasn't said a peep! Extremely unprofessional and unethical business practices. read more

we rented a car using insurance, as ours was in the shop for a fender bender. The car we received was totally unacceptable- it reeked of cigarette smoke, was given to us with less than half a tank of gas, had some body damage you could HEAR while driving, and worst of all... leaked oil onto our new driveway. Husband called the location and they were wonderful- they apologized, were polite and friendly, helpful. Offered to swap us into another car ASAP. So I hurried up there after work and the girl once again apologized, and checked the new car she was putting me in. It was a much more basic model than the previous car, but i didn't care about that. She checked to make sure it had gas and I was on my way. (I should mention that I arrived minutes before they closed and they still had several people in the lobby. they were friendly and upbeat to everyone and never made me feel like I was a nuisance at closing. they were very accommodating) The collision indicator came on the next morning while i was on the highway to work. I didn't know what it meant and it was alarming. The indicator was off and on the entire time I had the vehicle. I felt it was unsafe. The vehicle also pulled to the left terribly and is in dire need of an alignment. Also, I was stunned at how dirty and disgusting this vehicle was. There was grime or food caked on several spots, there were spots of food or beverage on the ceiling, the seats were badly stained and dirty. When the car was returned to the body shop, husband called Enterprise to let them know. Proactively, they offered to refund us an additional amount to cover the cost of cleaning the oil off the driveway. I really hated writing this review because the service from the local branch on Brookpark Rd was exceptional. Top-notch professionalism and friendliness. However, the product was so poor both times that we won't be back. read more

Friendly staff, but service is slower than a Parma kid doing math. The Strongsville location is smaller but much more efficient. Almost 90 minutes to get put into a car is ridiculous, especially when I had an appointment made the previous week. read more

Great location. Last minute reservation. Two hours before closing on a holiday weekend. With only one person working at the desk, they stayed open (almost two hours past closing) until everyone, including walk-in's, were in a car. Great costumer service, really attentive and patient. Got a car from here through my insurance company. Told the guy from here that I didn't want any of the extra insurance he was trying to get me to take, that my insurance was covering what I needed. He wasn't too happy with it, had me sign for the car, and I took off. The car they gave me broke down on my way out of town. Had to stop at another Enterprise in Toledo (who were very helpful by the way...). When I went to return the car, I had a charge of over $220 for a collision waiver. Told them at the beginning I didn't want this. They said I would receive $71 back because I returned the car earlier than what the insurance had it on loan for. I have called, wrote corporate and still nothing. Was even told I would get a call back within 3 days, and it's been a week now. Would never use this company again out of principle. Shouldn't be this hard to get a call back explaining why I was charged more then it cost my insurance company to rent the car for me! read more

I truly don't believe I've ever received worst customer service in my life that I have at this enterprise location and let me go into detail as to why. When I called in the morning to set up a pick up I was rudely greeted by whoever answered the phone to let me know that they were only three gentleman in the lobby working and they had a lobby full of people and they could not pick me up but when I arrived they have like six people working and three people waiting. After finding out I did not have what I needed to get a car such as a major credit card or mail with my name on it they told me they would not give me a ride to where I live because they map doesn't stretch that far even though during this Covid pandemic I'm farther out than I normally would have been due to other locations being closed. I said I no option but to walk or find a bus and the man at the counter said "next" .. Not once during all this did a single one of these gentlemen ever say I'm sorry this is happening I'm sorry this happened I wish there were something I could do. Everyone I talked with or met with were so very personable and seemed to care about my situation. Made a reservation for a full-size car and the employee tried putting us in a Ford Focus. Going on a trip to New York with 4 people and there is no way that would work. I was booked at enterprise through my insurance. My insurance covers 25$ a day up to 450$. My total rental was $517. they charged my credit card on return after telling me I will not be charged, $134. The day i rented the car i covered 33$ of taxes and an additional 50 desposit that was to refunded when car is returned. On black friday i returned the car. I did the no contact drop off because i had covid. Called them wanting to know total charges if any. They said i would not be charged anything. Saturday, I look at my credit card account. They charged my account an additional 101$ So the total That i dished out at that point was $185, and 50 of it was refundable. So that brings the total to $135. for taxes? When i called to question, I put on hold in the middle of what i was saying. Then they would not answer. I hung up called back no one answered. I called again off of my boyfriends phone they answered. I argued the charges. They then proceeded to tell me I was aware of additional out of pocket cost when i was not. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she ould not be in till monday. I told the lady on the phone i will be calling back on monday. A few hours later there was a credit on my account for 185$. So i figured she refunded the money. Tuesday morning i log into my accoiunt and now there is ANOTHER charge of $121. I called an spoke to the assistant manager. He said he can only offer a 34$ refund. I feel as if i was teken advantage of. I was not aware of additional out of pocket cost after my insurance, AND IF MY INSURANCE COVERS UP TO $450, WHY AM I PAYING $121. INSTEAD OF THE DIFFERENCE OF $67 minus the $33 dollars I paid on the first day of the car. Total would be $34. There is somthing shady going on here and will be contacting corporate. read more

Horrible service! I made a reservation two weeks in advance, and then called four days before pick up to confirm. When I got there the car wasn't ready, and I was told they were cleaning it, and it would be ten minutes. Twenty five minutes later they tried to give me a pick up, even though I had reserved a car. I had to wait an hour and ten minutes to get an SUV just to get out of there, and now I have to go back in four hours to get the car I was promised be ready at ten A.M. There was a line of people, and they kept telling everyone to have a seat, even though they didn't have enough chairs. I went around back to see what the hold up was, and the one person cleaning the cars was on his cell phone. This is twice this has happened, never again!! read more

I can't single out any employee because all of them were amazing! Quick note: there has been a policy change company-wide about renting and holds. With a major credit card, they now only place a $75 hold (plus rental fee). For a debit card the hold is now $150 (plus rental fee) AND you need to show them an utility bill. read more

When I got to NY the police officer stopped me and pointed out the stickers. When I got to enterprise at Park slope Brooklyn New York the manager was surprised of how they gave me a car that was not only registration expired but not drivable... was hen I got back to Ohio and went to back to them , ChadJackson didn't show no certain , didn't even apologize of the mistake ...they gave me another car with a A dent in the trunk .. due to my busy week I couldn't head back to them to show .. it just shows how Irresponsible this company is ... read more

If I could leave no stars I would. My vehicle was hit by someone so through their claim I was given a rental by this location. They robbed me and scammed me! I've called the location numerous times. I've called the other persons insurance and they couldn't tell me why I was being charged for the rental because I was covered by the person who hit my cars insurance. The rental they put me in had damage which the guy showing me my rental said his manager knew it had damage but that it was already documented and that it was okay for me to take. Same guy who walked me to my rental said to bring it back with as much gas as it had in it. I left it with more than they gave it to me with! I was never told I was going to be charged anything more than the $50 refundable deposit. So far I've been charged $400. They have charged me even after I returned the rental to them. At this point I'll be contacting the Ohio state attorney general, the BBB and my lawyer. If you need a rental don't come to this location it's a scam! Go to Hertz. read more

Car was super dirty on the inside when he attempted to give it to me the first time. I'm talking cigarette ashes, food crumbs, wasn't wiped down at all. Asked them to clean it, came back 5 mins later in the same condition. Also there's no gas in it, not over an eighth of a tank. I'm taking it to the other Parma location now for an exchange. The manager Mike rescued me from a horrible situation with another rental company. Stephanie processed my paperwork within minutes, and Chad showed me all the features of the new car before I left. I was provided with a brand new, very clean vehicle and an easy & fast process to complete paperwork. On my return, Brian drove me to the body shop. This branch is fantastic! If I could give a 0 star I would! Terrible terrible service! I booked a reservation online for 11. A woman comes in ten minutes later who's Lexus was being worked on. They told me they had a Nissan rouge for me that needed to be cleaned up and brought up. The lady was getting a Tucson. Well apparently the Tucson wasn't good enough for her wasn't comparable to her Lexus. They rogue was brought up right in front of me, and someone came out and told me it needed an oil change , and what do you know the other lady who was supposed to take the Tuscan hops in and drives off in the car they told me I was getting. Then had nothing to give me because a tiny ass suv no discount or anything. No offer to upgrade or anything. Ended up in a piece of shit Ford Flex. Wasted over an hour and a half for a car no offer to extend my drop off time or anything!! WILL NEVERRRRR come back here again!! Terrrible customer service!!!!! What a joke read more

I had a great experience with the Parma, OH Enterprise location. Expedia messed up my car rental reservation. I had requested an airport pickup and dropoff but got a reservation for the Parma Enterprise, which is 20 minutes or so from the airport. Although it was not their mistake, the Enterprise staff (especially Lola and Mike) went way out of their way to make everything work smoothly for me, and at no additional cost to me. I was very impressed with their customer service. And, as an aside, I found Lola to be a truly delightful person--one of the nicest people I have met!--as we chatted during our 20-minute drive after she picked me up to take me to Parma. read more

Completely disappointed in my service. I have rented a car from here 3 times in the past month and every time i have had issues. The first time the car was on E, the second time they tried to push me into a 2 door sports car despite me requesting something different and then the car they gave me was on E. today my reservation apparently did not note that I needed a pick up ( despite me confirming my address) so I was told by the manager that I could leave my own car there at my own risk because he only had one person there with him and they were assisting a costumer. Lies, lies lies. I get there and see 2 managers ( one who is loudly arguing with a costumer) and 4 more employees. I finally get the car and guess what? It's on E! But that's not all. For the past two weeks they have called to say they were outside because whoever I spoke to both times never changed my reservation dates. If I wasn't in a bind and needed to be on my way to my destination tonight I would have cancelled my reservation and gone somewhere else. I have never felt so disheartened as a costumer. read more

I made the mistake of letting the insurance send me to hertz on Brookpark road. Customer service was horrible. I wasted time and a ride to get there for nothing. Nothing was ready, they didn't have a car and no one cared to help. Called the insurance and got it switched to enterprise right up the block and in minutes of getting there, everything was ready and easy. Everyone there was so nice, professional, and helpful.
