Hard to believe in a shopping center how they pull it off. Got stuck at ford yesterday, they didn't have a car so I called over early - like 8am, they had a truck available- fine with me-came and got me, went and got the truck so I could go home and work- then later I took it to them, paid the bill ( bargain), they took me back to Ford to get my car- very smooth, no stress, no lines, great service. Highly recommend them. Wish they were at the airport, but not really cause I need them here!!! Only time I rent a car at home is when I have car trouble. Very happy with this team!!!

Every time I was told that the local branch or a supervisor would call me back. No one ever did. Not a single follow-up. Support continues to apologize but claims they "cannot assist with refunds" and only offer to "send feedback" again, which has clearly gone nowhere. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, the issue remains unresolved, my money has not been refunded, and I've wasted significant time chasing a mistake that should have been corrected immediately. I would strongly caution others to be careful with billing and to expect poor follow-up and accountability if something goes wrong.

Well my card was inactive my husband which is on the same acct was not allowed to use his CC ( this is what the hertz man said) I was stuck there until my husband was able to come get me, non the less did I mention I was stuck carrying a car seat and 2 bags. Well once he came I called insurance had reservation switched to enterprise and guess what I have a rental with no issues. Went to enterprise told them what was going on and my experience I just had at hertz. The man said no worries we will take care of you. And they did. Kudos to enterprise at Honda collision center. Egg was running as it should all over the burger. Burger was cooked perfectly and hot and up together. Least than 5 minutes from when I ordered till I was sitting down enjoying this burger. Beside the restaurant there are so many other features to love the dealership about, Hair salon, Massage room, Quiet room, plenty of comfortable areas to enjoy as you are waiting for your car to be serviced. I have bought two trucks in the last 8 months from them and will do it again if I have a need for another vehicle. Needed a bigger truck to tow my Travel trailer so I had to step up from my 2022 Tacoma, With a standard 6 speed shift which I will miss so much, but not while towing the trailer.
