She was very helpful in finding a location that had a better fit for my situation. I reserved a car in advance, but when I arrived there were no vehicles available, despite having a confirmed reservation. I had to wait 20 minutes before a car became available, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. Once I got into the vehicle, the low tire pressure warning light was illuminated, raising concerns about the condition and readiness of the car. It seems Enterprise is starting to lose its way when it comes to delivering the reliable customer experience I've come to expect. The whole purpose of reserving a vehicle in advance is to avoid delays and ensure a car is ready upon arrival. While the staff was courteous and professional, the lack of vehicle availability and the condition of the car made for a disappointing experience. I will continue to use National for airport rentals, but for local rentals I'll be looking at other providers in the future. read more

10/10 best run Enterprise location you can go to. They were very cooperative and incredibly responsive when all the other locations wouldn't ever even pick up the phone. This location is actually well staffed and the staff do care a lot about the customers and making the experience smooth and super professional. I've worked with the team several times and every member will go the extra mile to help out and they're very professional about it. Worst experience ever! Wish I could rate this a zero. Yesterday on the way home from our vacation, we heard a pop and the back drivers side tire went flat. Called Roadside assistance to get help. We were stuck on the side of 71north bound, with lots of traffic, not close to an exit. First call we were told we would have to pay for an Uber to the airport which was 33 miles south of us since that was the only location open. Was told that they needed to keep their line open so they hung up on us after letting us know we would receive text messages for the tow truck. We were told we had to stay with the vehicle. Tried to call again twice to explain that the 6of us on a busy highway was not safe and both of those calls we were told to call 911 and hung up on. My husband called, not sure he spoke to but they had a single person Uber come get him to get him to the airport to try to get a rental to get back to us so we could get to safety and get home. The person he spoke to even sent a new truck to come get the rental with the flat we were in. Didn't know till my Husband was separated from us that they should have taken us and all of our stuff all together. The Manager at the airport did his best to get through the red tape. Tow truck got there, took us to a truck stop and left us there. Staff saw us and checked on us, told us it wasn't safe to be outside there at night. We were stranded there for 4 hours due to it taking 5 hours to sort out the rental situation. We get that there are procedures that have to be followed, but I have never felt that a company cared so little about our wellbeing and safety. They should have paid for the Uber to pick all of us up. During that 5 hours there was a whole mess with tow trucks and getting the vehicle to the right place was the huge delay in getting us home and getting us to safety. We will never rent from Enterprise ever again. On a side note, could have changed a damn flat tire ourselves and avoided this whole mess had there been a spare in the van. Who the fuck sends a rental car with someone without having a damn spare in the car. This whole situation was a mess. I am happy we are all home safely, and grateful we now know to never use Enterprise ever again!!! read more

Worst experience ever. They cancelled the car I had reserved twice because of lack of availability. The lady on the phone assured me three time that she was 100 percent certain they would have the car. I received a call the day prior saying the didn't have it. I agreed to accept a smaller car. When I arrived on Saturday morning, the waiting room was full. I waited for over a half hour and it was clear it would be at least another 2 hours. I had someplace to be, so I left without the car. I contacted Enterprise on July 10th 2024 to rent  7 passenger vehicle from July 13th - July 14 to attend a family event.  I was given confirmation for a 7 passenger Volkswagen Atlas.  The morning of July 13th, I received a phone call asking if I still wanted the vehicle and advising me I needed to provide Dr License, proof of insurance and a credit card. I advised him I had all three.  When I arrived at the location on W. Broad St in Columbus, OH,  The agent pulled up my registration and asked how many people would be traveling with me.  I knew then that they did not have a 7 passenger vehicle available.  The agent then abruptly got up and left the building for about 20 minutes which, of course angered me.  when the agent returned, he saw the angry look on my face and asked if there was a problem.  I told him I did not appreciate the long wait.  The agent then stated: "well I'm not going to do business with you because I don't like your energy.  I contacted customer service and was transferred to the escalation dept.  That representative stated they would do an internal investigation and suggested I contact another location.  I called the main registration number and was given a another confirmation for a Chrysler Pacifica at the Airport location.  I drove all the way to the airport and spoke with a manager named Adam and was told they did not have any 7 passenger vehicles available.  I asked why the agent would tell me there was a vehicle available and even email me a confirmation if they did not have one.  His response:  "Honestly, they just do that to get you in the door".  Needless to say, my family missed out on the event because of Enterprises deplorable customer service!!! read more

Very busy when we arrived. We have 2 small children and the staff took time while waiting on other customers to make sure we had toys for them and that we were comfortable waiting. They helped us to make the best decision for our family for a long upcoming road trip. This did not involve renting from their location or even from Enterprise. Because of the exceptional attention to our family needs, patience, and knowledge of the rental market, we will not hesitate to make this our first choice next time we require a rental car. Attention to detail and a generally great attitude after a long and busy Saturday morning gets my attention and requires recognition. read more

I had been rear ended on the highway and was getting my car fixed by Geico at the nearby auto-body shop. Geico set up for me to have a rental car during the time my car was getting fixed. The staff was friendly and the transition to pick up the rental and drop of my car was smooth. The car, however, was not comparable to the car I own. The 2000 Chrysler felt like a boat compared to my compact Hyundai and it did not handle well (braking and accelerating both poor). It had so many blind spots as well that I did not feel comfortable driving it while my car was getting fixed. It also reeked of cigarette smoke. Awful! read more

Horrible service. Manager Stacey is terrible. Openly calls customers that don't look like her racial slurs. Knew about cash deposits for rentals and drugs being exchanged at the location. I guess Enterprise doesn't care about their name as they claim they do. There's plenty of other options, Enterprise lost all my respect after Clunk kept her because she batty her eyes and denied everything. Nate sure didn't get the same treatment. Had a very pleasant experience at this location! Booked last minute last Thursday since car was in mechanic shop and needed mobility. Booked online and a car was available within 30 minutes! I was able to receive 5% discount for becoming member of enterprise and receive online deals etc. They even let me pick which car i wanted when i arrived and provided costs etc. Car was very clean and smelled good, only 38k miles on it! Gentleman even offered to give me free car wash since the outside was pretty dirty but it was going to be nasty weekend anyways. Did you know, you can now pay with a debit card? If you do, bring in copy of utility bill with same address as drivers license and the same name. A bill that is current within the last 30 days and no past due balance. The amount will be charged right away! The Columbus airport is different than other locations as they dont allow debit cards unless you have a flight itinerary. Local shops in cincinnatti, Dayton and columbus follow this new policy. If you pay with credit card, a $250 hold is placed on card until you return car and pay- the hold will then drop off and you will just be charged the amount on bill. I paid up front with credit card and when i returned car they were able to switch method of payment to my debit card so i didnt have to worry about bringing a bill with me. All staff at this location are very friendly, attentive and professional. Enterprise has really provided a wonderful customer experience! read more

Good enterprise location. It's a small local enterprise so their car selection won't be the same as an airport location. I had an issue with booking a car online and the location not having it and the charges being different but they took care of the issue for me and it worked out. The car I got was very clean and it had no issues. I was in and out within a few minutes, both picking up and dropping off the car. read more

BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS LOCATION! Got car with front and back end damage. Car was not clean inside or out. Car had less than a quarter tank of gas. Upon drop off they found a dent on the back side less than 1.5" long. They didn't check for size, instead just called my insurance company and Filed a claim before even measuring to see if it fit their "Guidelines" when Kat(the enterprise agent) specifically told me that she did not file a claim. Now I have to go back to my insurance carrier and work with them on showing why this should not be a claim. After arguing with me for 30 min they measured and found it was smaller than their "circle" which is what they use to base whether it is chargeable or not. So a 5 minute drop off turned into an hour wait for them to tell me they would "let it slide". There is no letting it slide, I was within all of their guidelines. Please see the photo and read what card says. They told me they don't note scuff's on the bumper, yet its considered damage according to this. All and all the staff and Manager are pretty friendly, but this should've never happened this way. If the car was clean in the first place everything would've been easy to see and there would be no question on when it happened. This location does not have a good after hours drop off facility. I had dropped my car on Thursday evening 12/18/2015 so my time in for the rental should have been the first thing next morning 12/19 which was not done. And I was charged two whole extra days even though I had dropped off the rental much earlier. Despite calling the location multiple times and the manager assuring me that the refund would be processed within the next 3-5 days as it was solely their fault that they didn't clock in the correct drop off time, nothing was done. It has been over a month now and I am still waiting for the refund. I rent a lot and if it is such a hassle to get a refund from Enterprise I would rather just rent from Avis/Budget which is only a street away from this location. read more

My vehicle was in for repairs after an accident so I was scheduled to have a rental car for two weeks. The adjuster told me they had the car reserved and ready for me. I called and while on hold I keep hearing "We're the company that picks you up!". Not at this location! I requested for the car to be delivered but I was told they do not have the staff to accommodate. It was very inconvenient to get a ride there before they closed. The vehicle was not comparable to mine so I ended up getting a car from the dealer that is repairing my vehicle ( not Enterprises fault), but when I called to have them pick it up I was told again, they can not accommodate. Once again, I had to arrange transportation to return the car. I feel like this "We're the company that picks you up!" is false advertisement. read more

I had my car repaired at Auto Body (Geico Express) and ended up renting the car through their arrangement with Enterprise. After having an appointment at 9 on Tuesday (on 26th Sep 17) and reaching there at 8:30 AM, I was finally helped at around 9:20. The representative wasn't happy that I declined their supplemental liability coverage. When my car was finally fixed by the auto body shop, I had returned the car in good condition at 4 pm on Friday (29th Sep 17). I got a call from them on Saturday (30th Sep around noon) saying there was a windshield damage for which they are going to charge me $200. By the time I could return the call and talk to them on Monday (2nd Oct), they had already charged my card for the amount. I am still working through the details, but I haven't not been able to get a fair response from them after talking to three of their representatives, including Cat. Cat mentioned that they charge this amount of $200 although the actual quotation for the repair was only around $180 with taxes. I got two different versions of the story of who first discovered there was a damage to the windshield (an enterprise representative versus the people at the body shop) from their representatives.
