Then out of no where, like a whilwind Mr. Jinks swooped in on a freshly washed car for one of the customers. This man took care of the first gentleman, the next 2 ladies with a van, then took care of us just as an impatient man came up behind us 5 min after they closed, he smiled and took care of the late man as well with no complaints and always with a positive attitude. This mans work ethic makes me want to come out of retirement and help him!

The Chevy Equinox we rented already had a cracked windshield, low oil pressure at 40%, and a jacked up tire sensor system which we think is because the last person didn't rotate the wheels correctly. Be prepared to be on the phone for 6 1/2 hrs with road side assistance and Enterprise offices giving mixed answers and being transferred on the phone left and right because no one knows anything. We finally had our car towed at 2pm and were told we would get an Uber or Lyft sent to us free of charge to only have them both cancel on us twice since we were in the middle of nowhere. At that point we should of gone with the tow truck since we were stranded. After several more hours they were able finally able to secure a taxi for us to drive 40mi to the nearest Enterprise and get a new car. After talking to the nearest Enterprise they told us they had a Hyundai Kona at their location which we needed since we were traveling far. After the taxi dropped us off it turned out it was never there to begin with. We ended up getting a compact Nissan Sentra because it was better than nothing. The website and call center will say they have availability on the lot but it doesn't reflect the truth. They lie and wasted a day of our vacation. Not worth it. Run away!!!!

I returned the car on Saturday July 18th I seen that they were busy, however " Deon, Branch manager "stepped in and offered to give a courtesy ride back home as I just live less then 3 mins away. The first day, they debited 271$ off the bank card that they require a customer to entrust them with. Then, after i returned the car on Thursday, they leached another 70.00 out on Sunday, and another 70 monday morning. I called Hertz, and they apologized for the error, and admitted that they were only supposed to have taken 140.00 TOTAL from my account. They said they would refund the money, and that it would be credited to my account in 5-7 business days. I explained that this was not acceptable. I am a single mom of 3 kids, with 2 jobs. My budget balances on a thin wire as it is. So, she said she understood, and the money would be back in my account that day. So, yesterday, (Wednesday), not only was the $ NOT in my account yet, but Hertz had sucked yet ANOTHER 140$ out of my account!!! I called them again. They said that it was going to be released on the 2th, (over 2 weeks from now). They said they took more out because they were refunding all previous transactions, and 140 was the original amount they were supposed to take. I'm sorry I'm making this post too long, but bottom line, I'm still dealing with red tape and phone calls today, and now my bank account is negative because of this, and my bank is about to bury me in an avalanche of fees!
