Long story short, I needed a car quickly after dropping my car off at Toyota. I didn't have a scheduled reservation, and Daniela an employee at enterprise told me that they had 24 hrs to find a vehicle for me according to my reservation with Toyota ( valid ). I understand i wasn't the easiest customer, specially with needing a car ASAP and having no way to get to my house. I'm a college student and don't have extra funds to pay the extra for a SUV that they did had available. I have to admit I was frustrated yet I knew it was my own fault for wanting things done quickly in a short amount of time! I rented from Enterprise for about a month while my car was in the shop, and I ended up going through three different vehicles. The first car had a slow tire leak that required me to add about 10 PSI every day, and it also had interior panels popping off on the sides, almost like the airbags had been replaced but the plastic clips were broken. The second car had front suspension issues and would shake at around 55+ mph. You could tell three tires were new and one was nearly bald, which felt unsafe. The last vehicle was nicer, but whenever it rained, water leaked from the pillar onto the driver side seat and floorboard. I chose to live with that instead of swapping cars again because it was already such a hassle to move car seats. Thankfully, I got my own car back from the body shop after about a month. Despite these issues, the staff at Enterprise were very accommodating and helpful. I understand they do not personally drive all the cars and rely on renters to report problems, but the inventory definitely felt questionable. Kudos to the staff for trying their best, but I hope they take steps to improve the quality of the vehicles they offer. read more

The entire experience with Enterprise starting yesterday afternoon when I began the process has been horrific. The issue started at the 2944 N Belt Line Rd location. After the horrible performance yesterday I went in to finally pick it up. They didn't have any available now so they sent me to this location to pick up the vehicle. When I got here they started the rental all over again and then asked for a copy of my insurance. I work for a company that has a corporate account with National/Enterprise and have never been asked for this. Even when I explained we have a corporate account and they should have all of this on file they didn't care. I am now sitting here waiting for someone at my company who has access to find it and send it to me. read more

First rental car experience - 10/10! I had to return to Enterprise the day after due to an alert of "Low Tire Pressure". Daniel had a positive attitude and was eager to help me right away! He discovered that there was probably a nail in the tire, and was able to get me into a new rental within minutes. Fantastic customer service & seamless car pick-up process. Austin was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a rental car and thoroughly explaining all of my rental car options. He was friendly and helped me get set up on short notice. Sam got me checked with efficiency and friendliness. I appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly explain the pick-up process, get me checked in, walk me through the vehicle and explain all of the coverage options. I set an online reservation for a car at 5pm and prepaid for the rental. The business says it's hours are until 5:30pm online and posted on the building. When I arrived the building was locked with 4 employees inside. The employees refused to let me in, when I called I watched an employee inside answer the phone and tell me they were already closed. The manager Francisco Raul was incredibly rude. They unfairly charged us for a mistake their system made even though i worked extra to accommodate them. It's been a month and I'm still waiting on a refund their customer service said i would receive. When i called again to check on the refund the manager became super defensive when he was caught in a lie. This location is horrid. They do not have a key drop off because the manager said he wouldn't feel safe with one. They will try to gaslight you if they mess up on anything. The team was very helpful! they got my reservation switched over to a location closer to my house, pick up was smooth and the car was great! the employee who picked me up, Sam, was very friendly and helpful. when I dropped off the car, I left my work parking pass in the vehicle and didn't realize until I had gotten home, one of the employees Lee Curtis stayed after his normal working hours to help me recover it. great staff and a good experience! read more

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. First they booked a car they did not even have then sent me to another location where they did not have a car but finally found one. The worst part of this whole rental process was Enterprise charging me $240 for tolls which I already paid through NTTA without authorization. I sent them my toll statements to compare to theirs and they did not care and still charged me. I have used Enterprise for exclusively in the past even in Scotland but will NEVER use them again. Beware that even if you register their rental vehicles to your toll tag account enterprise will still charge you for tolls you have already paid!!! read more

My mother was overcharged about $150 dollars. I called up the location and spoke to a staff member and the branch manager. After the 45 minute phone call it was determined that this was a mistake, my mother shouldn't been charged the $150. The location dropped the ball on communication regarding the billing structure and mislead my mother. If she knew before hand she could have not move forward with the rental and gone elsewhere that is within her price range. Didn't send her the correct documentation or receipt of the amount charged. Only offered to to help us once they realized they were at fault. They only ended up offering to refund her about half the amount. read more

CHARGED $130 IN FEES!! And I never received my deposit on top of those fees. I rented a car on saturday because my car needed to be taken to the dealership for maintenance. I told this locations associate I would be back later that day. They did not inform me that they would be closed at 1pm, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten a rental. Another huge JOKE is that my rental agreement says to return on SUNDAY? Guess what they are closed on sundays. I left the car parked there with no way to return keys so I called customer service and I was told I would not be charged for returning the keys at a later date. Mind you this entire time the car is literally parked right out front. So I'm missing $180 because this location has no idea wtf they are doing so if you are looking for rental go to ANY OTHER LOCATION or dont even use enterprise at all. My husband and I spoke on the phone with the store and the associate we talked to was extremely uncooperative and refused to help us and then redirected us to customer service because they cannot process refunds. I shouldn't have to get a refund for something I should have never been charged for. And if you're wondering why I didn't return it immediately? They were closed and I live an HOUR AWAY. Gas doesn't grow on trees. I'm going to be missing a bill because I have to wait for their regional manager to call me and process the refund. read more

ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL IS THE WORST! For OVER A WEEK I have been trying to get an issue resolved with them and have not been getting anything but the run-around. I was told in 2020 I was put on a DO NOT RENT LIST because when I went home to STL 1 day after arriving I was hospitalized. This caused me to turn in the vehicle late. But the vehicle was returned and fees paid. NOW they are claiming that only 1 person in the ENTIRE company can go through the file and review what happened, how this can be rectified, or anything! NO ONE is offering additional assistance they are only passing the buck and giving me phone numbers that LEAD BACK to someone who says they cannot help me. I am frustrated. I was involved in an accident and can't even get the rental car taken care of through an insurance company due to this issue that I didn't even know was an issue! So PSA it is not just small businesses, young people, or BOB'S with poor service. read more

Don't waste your time with this location. They seem friendly at first then try to charge you for previous customers problems. I spoke with Dan when I rented the white altima and told him a hubcap was missing and it had several scrapes. He said they were in his notes. After driving away my wife and I noticed a strong cigarette smell. This was the week before Christmas to we didn't have time to deal with getting a different car, however, my wife and I DO NOT smoke! My wife has a lung and Heart disease that renders her handicapped. After picking up my vehicle at service king i was told to just leave the rental for enterprise to retrieve later. Sure enough Christmas eve I received a call from enterprises stating they were going to charge me for smoking and a missing hubcap. I called back and explained we don't smoke and that the hubcap was missing previously. They said no charge. If the employees at this location are to lazy to take notes as soon as a care comes in instead of charging the next customer DO NOT USE THEM!! read more

Their manager hung up on me when I asked her for her supervisor's name and phone number. She claimed I was screaming at her... I can assure you, no such thing. Every person I spoke to at this location had an " I won't help you" attitude. These people don't care about their customers at this location. I rent cars frequently and I had great service at this location. I made my reservation through enterprise.com online -- and when picking up, I was on site for less than ten minutes and I loved the car I received. Super easy check in -- and returning it took less than five minutes. Three stars only because the office/building could use some sprucing up. Service was great. read more

Terrible, gross, disorganized. Understaffed & not very helpful. Couldn't locate my reservation for a long time. And even when I was going thru the very long checkout process, no one was preparing a car. Car wasn't ready, even though I had a reservation from 4 days before. Car arrived so dirty, we couldn't discern if the car had scratches for the walk-around check. Interior smelled. Found used tissues, hairnets, cans, etc... Joe is a great guy!: As a result of a wreck Nationwide set me up with Enterprise as my rental. A guy named Joseph Watson came to pick me up at the Service King and took me to get my car. When I got there a lady with Nationwide/Enterprise gave me some attitude over the phone about some "rule" that they don't give insurance rentals on Thursday! Her name was Stephanie & I could never get a straight answer from her about whether she was with Nationwide or Enterprise but she was not helpful in the least when I tried asking for options. She just kept repeating that I would not get a car. I felt like the only option I had was to go get my car back from Service King so I wouldn't be car'less until Monday so Joe took me back. But he really helped me out by giving me some suggestions on who to talk to at Service King (he deals with this insurance/rental situation a lot), what questions to ask & even hung out with me until everything was finalized. It turns out Stephanie called me back while at Service King & some how figured things out & decided I could get a rental after all. But she never apologized for the misunderstanding or anything similar & now only repeated that I was "now set up". So thanks to Joe I had a ride back to Enterprise, for a 2nd time, & he got me a car. I really appreciate his help & hope he gets some kind of recognition. read more

HORRIBLE! The representative who didn't even "attempt" to help me, Gentry Washington, was no help at all. He literally tried to "shoo" me away without even giving me any options, just directing me to another location. I asked him if he could call that other location to see if they had any vehicles available. He said that he couldn't do that and wasn't able to verify anything for me but that I had to call. I rent from Enterprise primarily because of their Corporate grooming program. I began my 30+yr career via a similar program at IBM. This was my first visit to this location. It is located near my home. My experience was not what I am accustomed to at Enterprise. The car i requested was not ready - although my profile which has been in place for more than 5yrs is clear - and the car presented to me smelled of dirty diapers. I was presented two options; wait for another car to be retrieved from the airport (1 hr) wait or take a more expensive car which I did. Admittedly this is not the first time this has happened however, 100% of the previous times the upgrade charges were waved. The local team could use regular 'random' inspections to ensure they are providing the stellar level of service Enterprise is known for. Perhaps the scrutiny will weed out the person(s) responsible for negative reviews received. read more

I got a rental here after having to put my car in the shop yesterday. I took my car to the near by Service King and they said they work with this Enterprise because they are near by. As soon as I got to the Service King, the woman who was helping me called the Enterprise and asked them to send someone over. I completed the process with her in only 10 minutes and had to continue to wait for someone from Enterprise for another 45 minutes. The Service King employee had to call them twice to see why they had not come yet. Finally, the branch manager arrived and had to drive me around the block to their office where it took another 30 minutes to actually get a car. I have never had to wait to long to get a rental car. When I got in the car I noticed the inside hadn't even been wiped down. There was coffee residue around the center console. I usually use the Hertz that is near this location and have always had fast, helpful service. I only used this location due to it working easily with the insurance of the person who hit my car. I definitely won't use them again. The Service King employees were very apologetic and said they would be contacting the manager. read more

I will never rent from Enterprise ever again. I took my car to the local body shop to get work done and they called Enterprise to come pick me up. When I get there they said they were going to give me something comparable to the car that I was currently driving. However they gave me a size up, which I was driving a very small SUV suddenly given a large SUV which terrified me. The inside of the Hyundai Sante Fe, was not clean and has disgusting cloth seats. There were so many stains as well, and when I sat in the car the next day wearing shorts my legs broke out in hives from something that had been in the cloth. The car also reeked or either cigarette smoke or some sort of drug, but it was unbearable to sit in. I returned it and asked for a much smaller car, and instead was given a huge car, where no matter how high I raised my seat I still couldn't see. I was unable to drive this over the weekend and returned it to another rental Enterprise asking for a small car such as a BMW, jetta, honda accord, something smaller. Instead I am now in an extremley old beat up Hyundai car with stains on those seats and awful breaks. This car is completely falling apart that I can feel every bump in the road and hear the engine trying to pick up when I am driving. I have never been so appalled by a rental company in my entire life and in the future I will NEVER use enterprise as long as I live. This has been the most miserable experience I have ever faced and it doesn't help that my family is in another state while I am alone here in Texas. read more
