Everything! This company is a scam. They rent junk vehicles and charge you through the roof! They stole money from me! I had to return a car but it was wrecked. I had insurance. They stole $305 from my checking account! They closed the Dallas office and were really shady about how they closed it. They lied to us by calling us and telling us we needed to take the cars up to the office and review the insurance. Made no sense. I was suspicious. I went up there. They had taken everyone's $409.99 for the week and grabbed their keys out of their hands and then they didn't have any money and also had no car! Criminal! They should be in prison! read more

I normally rent from Avis to drive a car for Uber. I made the mistake of trying this place. They charge $400 a week to rent a car and you have to use their toll tag. They charge $5 a day as an extra fee when using the tolls. They don't refund your $250 security deposit after returning the car. I would never return here again even if it was the only place left in the DFW area to rent a car. I will stick with Avis .DON'T RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. read more

18 minutes ago I am a diamond pro full time Uber driver of 2 years.. I used this rideshare rental while my main Uber car was being worked on after someone rear ended me. I am giving this place 2 stars. I would only use this rideshare rental if it were the only one available. 1. The cars are all Toyota Priuses but they are old cars that are poorly maintained. The car I received had stains all over the car seats, and desperately needed an interior shampoo. Additionally there were fire ants living in it that I had to kill. Finally the inspection sticker for the car was placed in the middle of the front windshield making it hard to see to drive. All of these affected my driver ratings while I was using this car as the maintenance and cleanliness reflects on your ratings. You will find newer and better maintained cars elsewhere. 2. The price to rent these cars was $200 higher per week than other rideshare rentals for a lesser car!!! 3. The staff appears to be uneducated in car rental in comparison to other rental car companies. When I asked them for a written estimate of rental charges to provide to my insurance company they acted like it was a big deal and gave me a very hard time even though this is a common service that rental car companies provide. People tend to rent cars after a wreck!!! 4. This company will try to train you how to do rideshare driving when they are not even the rideshare company. I'm not sure why they spend money on this. It's not something that other rideshare rentals require. Since when is there mandatory driving training to rent a car??? Summary - only use this rental car company as a last resort. Uber has partnerships with other rental car companies with nicer cars for hundreds of dollars less a week, with experienced professionals that don't treat you like scum for being a rideshare driver. The company is twisted as hell. Their invoices for weekly rentals state 8 dollars late fee per day, yet the company charges 12 dollars and doesn't tell the customer. I was a mere 30 minutes late on the rental payment, and not only did they charge me the extra 12.00 for a late fee, which I paid later that night but the company decides to shut the entire car down via the installed remote engine disabling systems the next day in the afternoon, despite the ENTIRE BALANCE WAS PAID IN FULL. The company disabled the car remotely ON A CHRISTMAS EVE, yet they don't respond to any of my phone calls, emails, or Facebook DMs because the office is "closed." The office can't be closed if they are disabling the engine! Even on the first day of usage, this 12-year-old Prius had some type of hair grease on the front windshield I couldn't even remove along with nearly 400,000 miles on the odometer. To make matters worse, sometimes the car's engine would not start. All this crap for 374 dollars per week excluding late fees and toll payments. Screw UCars. read more

I am a current customer. I am very happy with the service. Staff is excellent!! I highly recommend them to anyone. I have had a couple of minor issues. They were dealt with immediately. Update: when I initially signed up it was agreed that I could take the the car to Houston, Austin and Odessa. That's no longer allowed. I make much better in Houston and Austin than Dallas. I rented a Toyota Prius one week before Christmas 2020 from Ucars for use as a rideshare vehicle. The advertised price was $249 until January 1st and would then go to $299 per week. Picking up the vehicle was seamless and all I was charged was $249 as agreed to. After driving the vehicle for a week I received my first bill and it was for $370! Way beyond anything we had discussed or agreed to. Unfortunately the bill arrive the day after Christmas and the weekend was coming so no one was available to return my calls or emails. I was sure it was a simple mistake and would be fixed on the first working day. Anxious to have the matter resolved I made several attempts to call and email Ucars but nobody responded the 1st working day. On the 2nd day I waited till mid afternoon before sending an additional email but this time I cc'ed the President of Ucars. His only response was to all the other people in the email chain was to "quote the right price" and nothing more. After a series of back and forth with accounting I was told I would get an adjusted invoice, this did not happen. I continued to try to contact Ucars but did not receive any further replies. The next day the vehicle was remotely disabled thus costing me a work day. I had told Ucars the morning on the 3rd day (car disabled day) I was done and would be dropping of the vehicle. No longer possible with the car disabled. All this ended on December 29th 2020 but since that time Ucars has made 5 separate Debit car debits against my check account with the last today, January 21st 2021 Do not trust this company with any of your financial details or for them to honor anything they say to you. read more

These folks are incredible. I am a customer service expert and have taught it all over the country. These people have it right. Shanae makes it unbelievably easy to get you driving. Very professional and nice demeanor. The cars are well maintained and clean. With the cost of gas what it is and you get 40/50 miles a gallon, I only wish I would have started with them a long time ago. I drive all day all over the Metro-Plex and at the end of the day I might need 10.00 to fill my tank. There is a guy who works there, I believe he is of African descent, I truly hope we can be friends for life. He was very understanding as I was going thru the loss of my Mother due to the CVD-19 pandemic. Absolutely good people doing a great job !! read more

Liars, no integrity, no empathy for who they are bribing into the company, and fake reviews. All of them are fake, nobody writes like this and they are basically charging you $345 plus tolls plus gas you end up spending $445 and the average you make realistically. Overtime and full time is $600 to $750 a week. You're only making like $150 profit a week because you gotta pay tolls and etc too! Liars man they told me I'd be making a certain amount and now in it it's impossible. They will show you a picture of what somebody made that isn't typical but was just one lucky night but not realistic for anyone to make in any conditions possible. UCars is a rideshare vehicle provider based out of Phoenix, AZ and just recently expanded into the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Here is my personal opinion of the company. So I came across an ad on craigslist from a company called UCars. The ad stated that their company provides rideshare rental cars to do various jobs in such as Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft, Postmates, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, etc. I am a current Uber driver on the Uber platform, but my personal vehicle is a two door car, so I reached out to UCars to get details about this program/rideshare rental. I spoke with Tim (I think that was his name) who is based out of their home office in Phoenix via telephone. He was very nice, courteous, and explained how they operate at UCars. After a short conversation I decided to set up an appointment to meet with someone at the local office. NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SINCE THEY ARE NEW TO THE DALLAS/FT. WORTH MARKET, THEY HAVE LIMITED VEHICLES. PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP AS A WALK IN THINKING THAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A VEHICLE. YOU MUST SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. Let's fast forward to the day of my appointment. My appointment was set up for Friday at 4pm. Upon arrival, I met with Joye who does the driver on boarding and administrative support. I told her that I had an appointment set up. A few minutes later, I was escorted into a room where you have to watch a few videos which pretty much explains the do's and dont's of the company/vehicle. After watching the videos for about 15 minutes, I go back up to the front desk and let Joye know that I have completed the videos and I am ready to hit the road. The total cost of the rental is $279.99 which is for a six day rental. This cost includes the cost of the rental, insurance, maintenance, etc. The only thing this does NOT include are tolls. Their vehicles are registered with the NTTA, so if you use the tollways and/or drop off a passenger at DFW Airport, you can use the toll lane and they will charge you the discounted toll tag rate. The following day (Saturday) I was on an Uber trip taking some guys to the AT&T Stadium in Arlington when I had a glass accident in their vehicle. While I was driving down I-30, a vehicle in front of me threw up some big rock that was in the highway and completely smashed the windshield (while driving around 80mph). Fortunately the rock did not come into the cabin, otherwise I may not be sitting here doing this review. Even though I was shocked (and a little shaken up) I checked with my passengers and they were okay. Once I dropped them off, I stopped in a Jack In The Box parking lot and called the number for accidents/emergencies. I spoke with a gentleman ( unfortunately I do not remember his name) and informed him on what happened. He was very helpful and informed me that they would send someone out THE SAME DAY to replace the windshield so that I can get back out on the road. This incident happened around 1130am; by 430pm the windshield had been repaired and I was back on the road. They are super helpful and fast on getting claims/incidents taken care of. I was even credited one day because of the situation. They definitely will take care of you and make sure that you are happy at the end. NOW HERE ARE THE REASONS WHY I RATED THEM FOUR STARS OUT OF FIVE: 1. When you pay $279.99 for the rental, it is for a SIX day rental; NOT SEVEN. Please make sure that you turn your vehicle in on time. I was confused on what day to return it because I thought the rental was good for seven days but once again its only for six. If you do not return the vehicle in time, you may be charged another day or even another week. 2. I was issued a credit for one day, which I am very appreciative of, but I was under the impression that the funds would be refunded back to my debit card. It turns out that its being held as a credit for my next visit. I guess this is okay, but since they only rent by the week (six days), it seems as if in order to use the credit, I would need to spend more money which I think is a little......unnecessary. The reason I say this is because its not as if I am going to be coming in every week getting a rental. I think it would be better to just refund the credit to my debit card instead of holding it as a "credit" for future visits. At the end of the day, I will use them in the future, but now since I have used their services, I have a better understanding on how they operate for future rentals. read more
