I would suggest this location in Duluth, GA as your first choice for a rent-a-car. Dylan is willing to go the extra mile and does! He listens and understands exactly what you need at the exact moment. Nate smiles as soon as you come in the door and goes above and beyond your expectations. Donald was the last staff member to assist and mirrored the same customer service as the other staff members. He walks with you to your rental vehicle, opens your door, and makes sure you are completely satisfied before you leave the establishment. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that there had been an error in the system and the vehicle that was advertised was not actually available for sale. To the dealership's credit, the staff was professional, courteous, and apologetic about the situation. They also offered to discuss pricing and potentially negotiate on another vehicle. However, we were not interested in purchasing a different car, we made the trip specifically to view and potentially purchase the vehicle that had been advertised online. The dealership itself was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the customer service we received was positive. However, traveling more than three hours based on inaccurate online inventory was frustrating and left us disappointed. While we appreciate the staff's professionalism, the error ultimately put a bad taste in our mouths and made for a very disappointing experience. I would encourage the dealership to ensure its online inventory is accurate so that future customers do not make a long trip based on incorrect information.

My encounter with the assistant manager at the Enterprise location of 3050 Satellite Blvd, Duluth was very, very poor. The Assistant Manager customer service at this location was dry and unfriendly. In my opinion I was not treated as a valued customer. In light of the vehicle reservations being established days earlier, I waited nearly 45 minutes after my initial check in at the counter with the assistant manager. He failed to provide me with an update about the delay, it wasn't until I inquired about the delay that he responded saying it will be 5 minutes, during this time I witnessed at least 3 customers come in a pick up vehicles. I inquired again several minutes later about the continued delay and was told the vehicle was being cleaned. Several minutes later I was presented a Nissan midsize vehicle, the interior looked as though someone had blew their nose over the seats and it was left to dry. I pointed this out and was told that the vehicles were detailed however, it was clear to me not much effort was made to provide me with a clean vehicle. After pointing out the condition of the car, I was eventually provided with a minivan. Overall the customer service at this location was poor. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The only saving grace for this location was the intern named Sarah. She should be manager

Well once he came I called insurance had reservation switched to enterprise and guess what I have a rental with no issues. Went to enterprise told them what was going on and my experience I just had at hertz. The man said no worries we will take care of you. And they did. Kudos to enterprise at Honda collision center. As for hertz I'm disappointed I've been renting with you guys for YEARS!

There I was told the young man called at 7:45am...lies...no one called... and why would you call that early...they just laughed. I went back rental day at 1pm...my pick up time was 12pm...I was told the car for me had a crack in the windshield...I only needed to wait 20 or 30 minutes more... Again no call... They are not busy and refuse to answer the phone. I had to go back up there...I did not get a car until 4pm...and with a Crack in the windshield. 1/4 tank of gas...I was asked if I wanted it like that or to have it filled up...unreal... They give you the cheapest cars for full price points or payment... No apologies or concession for this and no concern for the lateness.

And getting a car at this location (albeit a little odd) the experience was A1. The dealership called over and arranged a car pickup from Enterprise. The car was ready at the arranged time, cleaned, and a walk around. I received a red Toyota Corolla. It's clean, fully gassed, low mileage.
