This location system went down of course after a payment was made and I had to pay twice . I was told it would be refunded however it has not , but the 2nd reservation amount was within hours . Of course you try and call customer service and they have no idea what I am talking about they refer me to the local branch. And now the local branch is acting like they don't know , and I'm out almost $400. This is not right and would appreciate if SOMEONE can reach back out to me about THEIR error. Drop-off was just as easy; I just told them where I parked the car. I didn't pay anything for the use of the car that day, but I did check the rates since the experience was so pleasant. For the Indy area, the rates were comparable, if not a little lower, than the competition. I used the rental location on the North Side of Indianapolis, which seems to be their thing with other locations at the airport and Fishers as well.
