This location system went down of course after a payment was made and I had to pay twice . I was told it would be refunded however it has not , but the 2nd reservation amount was within hours . Of course you try and call customer service and they have no idea what I am talking about they refer me to the local branch. And now the local branch is acting like they don't know , and I'm out almost $400. This is not right and would appreciate if SOMEONE can reach back out to me about THEIR error. Drop-off was just as easy; I just told them where I parked the car. I didn't pay anything for the use of the car that day, but I did check the rates since the experience was so pleasant. For the Indy area, the rates were comparable, if not a little lower, than the competition. I used the rental location on the North Side of Indianapolis, which seems to be their thing with other locations at the airport and Fishers as well. The bottom line here is that I will use Sixt again. .

I called back and customer service made a new reservation for me in Brownsburg, but it was also cancelled. Not only did customer service make the wrong reservation, but they charged me for the rental. So, now I have to wait days for my money to be refunded. They encouraged me to drive to the airport to see IF I could get a car, but would not guarantee the original rate I booked would honored. Complete chaos.
