This place is pretty good everyone's very pleasant to speak with and they try to accommodate as fast as they can. The way the time is a little bit long because there are so many people wanting to rent a car but I think overall they're a solid 8 1/2. They kept sending me to different locations out of state to get another vehicle due to the one I had having tire pressure troubles. My business used this company but it is by far the worst place you can go. We had charges of 2 thousand dollars labeled as " Miscellaneous " and when we asked to know what that was for of COURSE they didn't know because no one wrote it down or could remember. If our vehicles broke down they took WEEKS to get it back to us. Service has just gotten worse. Jessica there simply doesn't respond to anything. I could email her 5 times in a week and i might get 1 response back 4 days later but when her company is looking to collect, believe me when i say this she will hound you down and get it from you one way or another by the end of the day. If you are looking to do business with this company please don't. They are unbelievably unorganized. You can never get a straight answer from anyone. No one takes responsibility for anything their company does. They sneak charged into every billing statement. The worst part of it is we are under contract. Today I returned to Enterprise to drop off the car I thought I would have for at least a few days. Shige's (their review to follow) fixed my car so quickly! Note - Keith at this location gets five stars for customer service! I was very upset yesterday at the difference in quoted rates and he did what he could to get me the best deal. I NOW know what types of questions to ask the next time I rent a car! I'm thinking the rates here are not the most competitive, but I can give kudos for the facts that they got me a car the same day (my understanding is the larger Gardena location brought the car to this smaller one to fulfill my reservation) and that Keith did all he could to get me the best price. read more

Best experience ever. This is the only Enterprise I'll ever go to when my car is in the shop. My experience at the Hawthorn location was okay but Calvin at the Gardena location was exceptional. He explained the contract and all the pros and cons to me without any pressure, he made sure the car he put me in was clean and gassed up (the other location failed on both), but most importantly- he wasn't a sales guy. He's a service guy that takes care of his clients. I've recommended this location to everyone I know. read more

Follow up: I had reported this same incident to corporate and to the branch manager in Stockton without any response from corporate or anyone. I am a frequent Enterprise car rental customer. "Shay" provided horrible customer service as I walked in and asked her advice on what to do with my Enterprise rental car that was having safety alarms blinking. She told me to drive 25 minutes (North West) to LAX and they could do a car exchange there, no exchanges at her location. I told her that I was staying near DTLA (which is North East) and not heading in that direction towards LAX and if she could call the Enterprise closest to where I was residing to see if they can do a car exchange. She told me "No, I don't do phone calls for customers. You'll have to call yourself." I replied, well, since you know the number and the verbiage to explain my situation, can you please call for me since it's a safety concern. Shay said, "No, I don't do phone calls for customers, but I can give you the number and you can call yourself." There were no other customers in the office nor any other car in the customer parking lot. I don't understand why she could not call for me as the minimal effort especially that is a SAFETY concern. She is shameful standard for customer service. Shay needs to go back to remedial lessons for customer care, preferably she should be fired. If something happened to me and I got into an accident, I would have legitimate grounds for action based off her negligence and failure to act. 7/11/17 Enterprise location in Gardena CA on Western and Artesia at 11:00 am. Dropped my car off at Sam's Auto Land next door (my insurance's recommended place) and I didn't have a rental agreement set up or anything. Luckily, with one quick call to my Ins Co, I was able to get a rental. Due to All Star Weekend, this Enterprise only had 2 cars available (more at their main branch but all SUVs and trucks) and only 1 to fit my insurance car rental coverage budget. I got the Dodge Charger. Its not the best car for someone with a lead foot, but they gave me the option to swap it out on Monday when they expected a lot of rentals to come back. The Enterprise guy (Devaughn) was super nice, but the car he gave me reeked of weed inside. Before you get all huffy about weed being legal in CA and all, I'm not opposed to it but I would appreciate it if all customers followed that policy of no smoking, no pets in the rental. Overall great experience and I am definitely looking forward to swapping to something smaller on Monday for the rest of my rental time! read more

Clean office, reasonable prices (I was able to rent a new Toyota Corolla discounted to 25.99/day) and excellent customer service. This is a satellite office, so you may want to call ahead of time to ensure the type of car you would like to rent is already guaranteed to be there. I would rent from here again. read more

I came here after having to get some repairs next door at Sams Auto Land. The location is great since it is literally the next building. Eddie was helping me with my rental. The car I received was a 2018 Camry. I was ok with this but the vehicle itself was not cleaned inside. There was sticky left over drink spills inside and dirty!. Additionally it was a non smoking car and It was clear who ever had it previously smoked in it. I did not want to go through the hassle of going back and getting another car, but I was not satisfied with the quality of the car. Also when doing the transaction, Eddie charged me for insurance. I thought this was standard and required to do with the rental. Later after speaking with my insurance company they explain these additional fees were optional. I think Eddie should explain this upfront to the customers this is a option not requirement. When I returned the Camry, Tiffany was there to help. She turned my experience around and able to waive some of the fees that were not properly communicated. I am happy she was there reconcile the issue and close the rental transaction. Thank you Tiffany! She knows the company policy's and was great to work with. read more
