Went to this location Monday September 11 at noon after my wife being a accident the day before to look at getting a rental through our insurance company. We had a reservation # so went inside to get a confirmation on a vehicle. We were told by a manager I believe Ashley said they would have one ready for us at 430pm same day and would call us if they can get it to us earlier. Of course no phone call. So we call the next morning just hoping we can get a car today, of course it's now we don't have any cars available, need you to drive a hour distance if you want a car now if not you are now #1 on the reserve list for the next possible car....great would have enjoyed getting that information the first day not the day after when promised a car yesterday at 430pm. The company still has no idea when people are turning in cars or when cars are available. Everything seems up in the air talking to this company where I hear the system delays everything by a hour and a half to two hours says Patrick the district manager from hollister. Just wish this company had some consistency or guarantees on rentals when we have a reservation # through our insurance company since Sunday. We had a reservation for 12 and were only a couple hours late and they already gave away the car we had reserved a few days earlier! They were going to make us pay more to get a different vehicle even though they were the ones to mess up. I've never dealt with a car rental place that just gave away your reservation without having something else available. No help at all! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Call in the morning and ask to see what documents I needed for my reservation they didn't tell me anything. Little that I know I had my reservation at noon and for some reason the car was "not ready" more like no cars were available. "FALSE ADVERTISEMENT " this is illegal by law to advertised a product that they can't sell in this case renting. Jorge had to send my husband twice for paper work also saying the car was getting serviced. " REALLY" enterprise transfer my reservation to Morgan hill and same thing they needed more info. Professional courteous staff! It was a warm day and people were getting fiesty with the team working at the desk. The staff kept their cool and replied with politness and smiles. I couldn't believe it becuase I was standing in line and the customer was getting me angry at the way he was speaking to the staff!! My car was comfortable, clean and great on gas! I thought the Los Banos branch was bad but these guys take the cake. Reserved a pickup last Tuesday for Thursday guess what no pickup as for we will pick u up good luck with that Greenwood motors was more upset than I was. Two hours of driving for nothing and did not get my own pickup fixed because of this. Beware make sure you show them every scratch or dent you find. Or they will stick it to you. read more

Excellent customer service from Benjamin Perez. We didn't get a great car on the first try with Enterprise, but he helped us out by getting a larger car and negating some of the costs. He did his best to make the experience enjoyable and make reparations for the bad first car we got. Very disappointed with this location. I have used the location on Curtner Ave several times for work and they are very friendly and helpful. I was recently in a car accident and needed a rental car while my car was repaired. I called on Friday and made a reservation for 1pm the following Tuesday. I specifically made the reservation for 1pm due to my job and getting home until 4am on Tuesday morning. When I arrived at this location with my wife and two kids I was told by Manny or Manuel that my reservation was for 8 am and not 1pm and he had no car and could not help me. Ok, frustrating but I asked if he could call another location and get me a vehicle. He tried calling the Morgan Hill location and when the associate answered, instead of asking for a car for me he immediately asked the person who answered "how is so and so is doing?" Really!!!! Now you messed up my reservation and instead of trying to make it right you are having a personal conversation while I wait!?!? Really unprofessional and inappropriate also no car available there either. I called Hertz and they said come on down, we have a car for you. Didn't care about the price because the man I was in the accident withs insurance company was paying. All in all a lousy experience that could have been handled better. I can tell by the other reviews that I'm not the first person to have issues with this location. Maybe time to hire people with integrity and respect. read more

So after someone rear ended my car... I went to go get a rental from here. They said they would give me an SUV (since i drive a cherokee and it was in the shop) so I was kind of happy that I get to have another SUV. I get there and they give me a chevy Malibu which I didnt care that much... I just needed a car. I'm really not a person who is hard to please but I opened the drivers side door and theres doritos crumbs all over the place along with a bunch of water bottles on the floor and sticky crap ALL OVER!!! I go inside to let them know I wanted either it to be cleaned or to give me q different car because that's just disgusting. They said the only way I could get a different car was to drive the nasty chevy to the Morgan hill location and get one there. I was pissed. They should have been the ones who gave me a freaking ride!!! Anyways, I go to Morgan hill and told them what happened and the man was shocked and gave me a jeep compass. But the fact that Gilroy doesnt clean their cars in between clients is just unprofessional and lazy. read more

There were three of us that traveled to Gilroy, CA for a celebration of life. Our car had broken down in the parking lot of the outlet stores where we stopped for coffee. While waiting for AAA to come I called Enterprise and mad arrangements to get a rental car. There were very helpful and picked us up after the services and we were on our way back home. First time renting a car from Enterprise and it wasn't by choice. I had to leave my car at a dealership for a couple days, so I needed a car.. It was a very fast process overall, but I was mainly upset with the car that was given to me! It had a very disgusting smell! I am not exaggerating, I really can't describe how bad the smell was. I even threw up my breakfast. I was even telling a colleague of mine about the whole situation and almost threw up from the thought! It was bad! I called 6 other locations to see if I could get a switch out, what a surprise that none of the locations had availability??? Was it because they didn't want to deal with it? So anyway! When I went to turn it in my boyfriend was with me and asked if I was forgetting anything and I said no. For some reason, he stuck his hand under the seat and there was a bag of food.... Hmmm who knows how long that had been there for! Definitely not going to Enterprise again! read more

This location is a scar on the Enterprise name. I reserved my car more than 2 weeks ahead of time, yet they still do not have the vehicle available or anything similar. A free upgrade is not an incentive anymore with gas prices the way that they are. I called that morning to arrange a pick up, at that time I let them know I was on a tight schedule. They showed up 25 minutes late and they just received the very dirty vehicle. I have no time so I tell them not to worry about washing it. They compensate me by offering a half tank of gas. The vehicle cost me over $50 more in gas then the one I originally requested. The next day a huge charge goes onto my account, the refund will take many days. Why is it when you are picking up the vehicle they take the money immediately but when you return it you have to wait for your refund? Horrible customer service, never once did they apologize and the complaint number they gave is the reservation line. I had to go online just to get the phone number for customer support....not that they were any nicer. Customer Service is Dead! People are allowed to be rude to any customer they chose, and nothing will ever be done about it. read more
