I know that sounds trivial but there is nothing more annoying than being asked questions that seem kind of irrelevant in a loud busy bar. When a dispatcher asks me where the destination is it tells me that they are not prioritizing my call as the first come first serve that is fair. The drivers are always nice and have been very accommodating in situations where other cab companies are not.
