    We rented 2 Minivans for the week & this crew was incredible! The service, vehicle quality, pricing, friendliness, communication & genuine connection was above & beyond expectations on planet earth in 2022! Well done & we will definitely be back to rent again.

    There's about 20 people in front of us, 10ish behind us, and one VERY PATIENT lady working the desk by herself. WOW! DO NOT COME HERE 1: if you're on a time limit 2: if you're expecting a clean facility 3: if you want quick service 4: if you're not a patient person 5: if you have a reservation, because it doesn't get you served quickly **and why is there a spoon in the women's restroom?!

    Can you even tell whats damaged?

    To be honest the people here are very nice and helpful. I picked up the rental here but returned to another location in scottsdale. Giving one star because the other location saying i damaged the car upon returning. I actually turned in my vehicle earlier because they gave me an unsafe vehicle. The seatbelt in this car were not even working. Found this out when i had to brake and all of a sudden my chest is on the steering wheel with my legs all crunched up. I tugged on the seatbelt multiple times and it never locked. Tested the other seatbelts and the latch perfectly fine. So for 5 days my life could have been compromised due to them renting me this car with no functional seatbelt. Im pretty sure thats a lawsuit on your hands. And then they have the audacity to say i damaged the vehicle. Whens the last time you looked at the very bottom of the bumper for damages? They tell you to keep in mind for scratches and dents. Nobody mentions make sure the plastic body trim is perfectly in tact. I attached a picture of the "damages". When i show people this picture they cant even guess what the damage is. Even calling this enterprise to tell them what the Scottsdale location said, the guy on the phone couldnt even tell me what the damage was the first guess. He laughed at it and was surprised they made a claim about it. He said i shouldnt worry about it because its a no fix anyways. So enterprise can inspect every tiny detail on the outside of the car but they dont check the most important safety aspects of the car? The person checking me back in made note accusing me of damaging the car but he didnt want to note the very important detail that the driver seatbelt was not functional? Still no answer. I emailed the person who replied and nkthing. But what they did do is send me an invoice for $1,000. 1k for something i didnt even do. And 1k for a car that shouldnt even be in service!!! I couldve died and theyre gunna send me a bill. Someone from Enterprise already told me this "damage" is a no fix anyways. This doesnt effect the car's performance at all. Even on the invoice it says the value it takes down from the car is $62. Like really?? Youre gunna make me pay you $1000 to not even fix it for a $62 value.

She told us one price in person and when I called to do extension she told me it would be same price . Than when I called to chk what total price she told me some crazy price like 1300 for two weeks . She than said you got a problem call billing . I did and supervisor was saying she is not right for that , we have fixed it . She never took Off the hold on my card as well . She is very sneaky and fraudulent, the way she was acting it was like talking to complete evil Person . Now we took car back and she was like leave it there I'm Busy . My wife asked her please make sure the hold is off. Also when billing fixed what she tried to charge it was a 600 dollar difference. She is doing something fraudulent I can't proove it but there's something going on. She works at the hertz 6409'w Glendale . Please do not use that office ,there is many issues . When I was in there a customer and her boss had to yell at her .. she acts like she didn't do nothing and over speaks when you try to explain . Could be on drugs . I will call hertz tomorrow billing about my hold she never took off!
