The manager here was very kind and went above and beyond. The shuttle picking me up was going to take around 30+ mins but he called an Uber to have me picked up much earlier. After almost of week of NIGHTMARE service from 3 other enterprises, I was ready to completely write off this company. My car was in the shop and I needed a rental. I originally booked with another location, for 2 days straight, even though I had a reservation booked prior, each time I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told it would be a 2-4 hr wait because all their cars came back needing oil changes. Now I completely understand you never know how a car may come back, I also know a car tells you that an oil change will be needed soon, so for an entire fleet of cars to all need oil changes at once seems like poor logistic management to me. And why are you still accepting reservations knowing you don't have any cars readily available. I called 2 other locations within 5-10 miles and they also had about a 1-2 hour wait. Unfortunately, by Friday I was in desperate need of a car. I decided to contact an enterprise further out from my house. When I tell you this store went ABOVE & BEYOND to fix an issue they played no role in..they went ABOVE & BEYOND. They were transparent and even though they also had a limited fleet like the 3 other stores, they made NO EXCUSES, but made calls to ensure a car would be available when I arrived. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The process was seamless as it's suppose to be with top tier service. They quickly worked to find solutions to a problem while other Enterprises didn't even bother. I appreciate them and when needed they will be my go to. read more

As a traveler, I have lost my ID and had a temporary ID with me trying to get a rental as in their website FAQ states that it will be refused if unable to verify identity. If your employees do not know these rules at least get someone who actually know these rules instead of telling people that you're unable to do anything as it's against the policy when you have a government issued ID in front of you that's able to prove identity. Outstanding customer service. I came to Sun City with sister to visit grandma and a day into our short trip we realized Uber just wasn't going to suffice. In the morning I looked around and the closest and most appropriately priced option was Enterprise on Cactus. Called the corporate number given and made reservation. As recommended I called the physical branch to make arrangements for a driver to pick me. Lisette answered and made the schedule (she also was the one to come get me). Everything was so pleasant and easy from the start. When we got to agency the check in was a breeze. The other counter team members were welcoming. Everyone seemed to appreciate that I was a customer. Upon returning the car, Samantha was very on point and found my sisters phone in the back seat. So thankful for that! As we left in the Uber, I commented to my sister that I will rent from this Enterprise location every time we come visit grandma. Best service. Best attitudes. The main guy, Monty, wasn't professional & wouldn't take a "non major credit card" which was never disclosed in the rental info nor did he disclose that it would be $15 a day to have additional drivers. Tried booking a car because I was in a car accident and had lost my wallet as well. They wouldn't let me get a car because I didn't have my ID which I lost in the accident. Even though I had a legit state approved ID on my phone they didn't care for my situation and said no. Like what's the reason we pass laws. I was charged $30/hour on the day the car was returned. I was not told there was any charge for returning it after the hour I originally got the car. The $90 charge was reversed when I called and explained. When I got the car, I told the employee that it would be returned the following Saturday at 2:30. The office CLOSED, and there was no key drop box. Lastly, when I called to address the over charge and other problems, I went thru the menu directions, it rang once then sounded like the line went dead. Excuses upon excuses. We made a reservation for a car a couple days in advance but when we checked the price the morning of it happened to be cheaper. So we rebooked and canceled our previous reservation. Mind you the change was only done maybe an hour before we had originally scheduled to pick up the car. When we got there they said they didnt have a car for us, get this "because we just made the reservation so they didnt have enough time to get a car there". Its 8am so my original thought was what did you do with the car from our original reservation we made days before? This place is used to dealing with people from the hood. Make sure that you take your "black book" with you when you try to rent a car from this place. They denied my business of renting a car, because I was wanting to be honest with them, when they asked for a secondary phone number, where I could be reached at and I didn't have my black book with me, since they probably won't check the secondary phone number, anyway. The team at this location has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was left without a car because they refused to give me a rental car because of insurance issues. After all said and done, I did my research. Enterprise has a contract with both Geico and Progressive, they should have called the insurance directly and the problem would have been fixed in 5 mins. Instead they told me there is nothing they could do. I will NEVER rent a car with Enterprise and I will NEVER let anyone I know bring their business to them. They had a small selection of cars and my boyfriend had to rent an old minivan with dents that smelled like a toilet inside and was a lemon. The battery died and at first AAA wanted almost $300 for a battery so enterprise had to line up AAA so it could be towed. They did not drop off another car. Do not rent from here. Worse enterprise location ever. Body shop and insurance deals with this particular office so I had no choice(but body shop has received complaints from customers regarding this location as well). I have rented with enterprise for years now. But this location is just bad. Understaffed, busy and no customer service skills. All the employees, even the manager just work and treat customers badly. No apologies, no sense of urgency. No explanations of what is happening. It took me two hours to get a car. If they will only allow walk ins the wait time instead of going through the process and making them wait it will save them headaches and the bad attitude of customers being extremely frustrated. Some people were waiting for more than 4 hours from what they were expressing. I saw how the manager will talk to some of the customers and then I even experienced first hand the bad attitude. He apologized eventually for the issue the office messed up on but it was too late. If you mess something up and it's your fault, take responsibility, solve it from the beginning. Don't blame the customer because you are having a bad day and have them solve it. Avoid this office please, you will know what bad service really is if you decide to go. read more

I had my vehicle in the shop getting repaired. There was a call asking when I'm returning the vehicle which I informed due to a issue on my insurance side the time had extended. I was informed 7 days prior to billing that my insurance isn't covering. I informed I am calling my insurance immediately. I spoke with my insurance minutes later and was told everything is covered due to the issue my insurance had with my vehicle that's in the shop. I called Enterprise and informed of what happened on the 11th. They said ok thank you for letting us know. On the 12th the rental vehicle which is covered until the issue was resolved with the insurance was returned to enterprise. I get a notification on the 19th in the late evening that my card was charged by enterprise! NO communication. NO correspondence. NO courtesy. NO respect to and with the customer informing the charge to be between the 12th after the vehicle was returned to the 19th when the charge occurred. I contacted this location to get the run around in the most unprofessional manor possible with no explanation why they refused to communicate with me in the 7 days leading to the charge that the issue still remained. DO NOT trust enterprise at all with your vacation or rental needs. You will not get the courtesy as a customer you rightfully deserve. They will charge your card without any regard or care in the least. Communication and solid communication is something that lacks entirely. I am very disheartened for the lack of regard for what they did and offer of resolve or reasoning for the lack of communication. I will take my business elsewhere as this is the last time I will do business with a unprofessional group. UPDATE: The response from corporate to my concern shows that Enterprise is not willing and is not capable of listening to their customers concerns. Without even getting the solid point of the issue which is COMMUNICATION they request a email and information regarding my contract. If this company doesn't get their act together and start listening to the customer and taking care of the customer as they are supposed to. They will not be the competition any more as business will go elsewhere to those who take the time to listen and provide ACTUAL support and resolve. Not by tip toeing around the issue and avoiding the 7 days of no communication. So until Enterprise can hire employees who care about the customers that are in need of their service not to mention the very customers who are keeping them employed getting a paycheck. I will go else where in the hopes that enterprise wakes up and realizes they are not the only place you can rent a vehicle from. The Enterprise name is only as good as the service they provide. The price ALWAYS changes when you return a car. I use business codes to get cars cheaper, and no matter what they always try to void them upon returning the car. they will also break contract and charge more than what you agree to pay. I recently had to pay an extra 100 dollars because the people at this location are clueless baboons that can't do anything for some reason. They supposedly have no power or ability to call a manager to fix any trouble you get at all. They just pretend you are stupid and make up extremely dumb excuses while ripping you off. I made a 1 pm reservation for a saturday for a small economy car. Unknown to me the company closes at 1pm Saturday's. I did receive a confirmation for that time & location. I arrived to pick up car at 1:15, the lights were off and doors locked. I was packed and ready to leave for my trip, with no car. And I was dropped off. So as I'm standing in front a young man comes up to door, and someone opens the door , man hands him keys and they lock door again. So I knocked they answered stated that it was 1:20 they were closed, I was late not there at exactly 1 pm and they re-rented the car they had reserved for me. Each time it took my reservation and said there was a pickup available. The first phone call I got was an hour after I made my first reservation. They called to say they DID NOT have the vehicle I requested or anything close. I went to another Enterprise online and found a pickup at the Cave creek rd location. Booked that online, but called to make sure they had the vehicle I requested. Well guess what, they DID NOT HAVE the vehicle I had reserved. I should of dropped these morons after this, but I thought the third time I would call first to see if they have something in stock I could use. I called up and talked to Stewart who assured me they had a pickup there it just had to be cleaned. I said great and changed my reservation over to the Cactus Rd location with the assurance from Stewart that I could pickup my vehicle before 4pm. Well, I get a call at 3:30pm saying that they are trying to get me a pickup from Bill Luke because they were having a hard time getting me the vehicle they said they had in stock for me. Their excuse, The RAM pickup was just recalled and they had to send it back to the factory. GIVE ME A GOD DAMN BREAK.
