I did and supervisor was saying she is not right for that , we have fixed it . She never took Off the hold on my card as well . She is very sneaky and fraudulent, the way she was acting it was like talking to complete evil Person . Now we took car back and she was like leave it there I'm Busy . My wife asked her please make sure the hold is off. Also when billing fixed what she tried to charge it was a 600 dollar difference. She is doing something fraudulent I can't proove it but there's something going on. She works at the hertz 6409'w Glendale . Please do not use that office ,there is many issues . When I was in there a customer and her boss had to yell at her .. she acts like she didn't do nothing and over speaks when you try to explain . Could be on drugs .
