The insurance of the person who hit my car rented a car for me. I was told that the tank is full and so I have to fill it up when I return. It was too​ late to go back when I realized it wasn't really full. I filled it up anyway because it's difficult to determine how much should I put. Also, I signed up for a supplemental liability protection for 2 days. I was trying to sign up for 3 because I wasn't confident yet to drive the car I've not driven before but the staff said that I could only sign up for 2 because insurance booked me only for 2 days. I asked her what if the rental needs to extend and I also want to extend the supplemental liability protection for another day. She said I have to go back to them to show the car to get it checked. What happened was rental was extended by the insurance. I didn't go back to them anymore because I was already getting used to driving the car. Several days after I returned the rental car, I discovered that they charged me on the remaining 9 days that I used the rental car. I thought it's a misunderstanding on my part. I still called and inquired anyway and ended up talking to unaccomodating staff! It would had been better if they emailed me to inform me that they're going to extend the supplemental liability protection because insurance extended the rental. Good it's only 12.99 a day and for 9 days. I wonder what's the use of putting my email in the form that I signed? read more

Would do a zero but, Yelp does not allow it. We rented a truck from this location, but suspect it is across all locations. We needed a truck to move a friend's belongings who passed away. Needless to say, while out to the home we loaded up the truck went to start it. Nothing happened. Truck did not start. Called enterprise to see about a jump and they told us they would charge us $25. We are already paying for their truck and it is their truck that would not start. So we called our insurance company and they will be out to start it. I was connected to this location to arrange a pick up after a reservation was made through the main Enterprise number. A machine picked up and asked me to wait for next available. After a few minutes the receiver was picked up, there was a tone and the I was back on hold again without any human contact. After a few more minutes instead of ringing in again I was just disconnected without anyone uttering a single word. This happened twice, identical each time. Either hire another person since you clearly don't have enough people to run the business or just shut down this location. That's no way to run a business. I used an Uber to go to another location rather than be hung up on again. read more

Great people , I watched the manager personally help two different people locate cars on last minute emergencies , I have always had great experience here and many with the current manager when he was at another location . It isn't easy renting a car or arranging last minute needs . But, without a doubt if you come here , you will have a lot less stress . I have a had a nightmare experience working with Honda Corporations and local dealerships! Trying to replace a vehicle for my son to drive as they did a recall on his 2010 Honda Insight. This Enterprise location bent over backwards for me to assist my family for a rental vehicle. Unlike the location off of 91st ave and Bell road. I received a follow up call the next day to make sure the car was what we needed. I greatly appreciate their customer services and will recommend them to everyone. read more

I had to get a rental car because someone t-boned me in my Jeep. They were found at fault but I was so nervous about finding a 4x4 or AWD rental on a holiday weekend so I can go see my parents up north in the snow. Izzy made it seem so easy, although I know she was calling around and doing all she could to find me what I needed. She was sweet, to the point and went far and above to help me. I'm so grateful that although it was tragic my car was wrecked, she made the rental process so easy and found what I needed during a difficult time of year. While I was there she also helped another couple with similar situation, even though the other manager or Asst Mgr was not as eager to help them. Thank you so much Izzy!! I easily reserved an economy car online to get me to and from work after my car was totaled in an accident. It was pretty expensive - after fees (including the fact that I'm under 25) I was paying about $99 a day. Recently rented from this location again, did not disappoint, again have to give them a perfect rating. I reserved my usual mid size car & when i picked it up, there was a little wait, but discovered they were giving me a free upgrade to an SUV instead! This was great until I noticed one of the tires looked very worn...they immediately took the vehicle down the street to be serviced & put a whole new set of tires on it. I couldn't believe how fast they did all this, I was hardly delayed & actually enjoyed taking to Sam(?) about astrophotography while Kyle took care of the tires. As I was leaving, they told me they were sorry for the delays & gas was on them & I didn't have to top it off when returning it due to the wait. I got a rental through them as I was getting my vehicle fixed at the dealership they told me there would be a $50.00 hold which I was ok with I also selected the insurance because I was told it was $18 and some change which would be taken from the the 50 when the car was returned so I asked specifically it's only going to be the $18 and the change charged and I'll get the rest she said yes. I recieved my refund back of $6.00. Called to ask why and then was told the $18 was charged each day I had the rental and I couldn't get my money back. Also I mention I was reading a poster they had inside about how they sell the rental cars but I was only reading it for a friend I got a call like a day later about me wanting a buy a car and I was put in by someone there I was interested I told the man to send me a email and I'll get back to him if my friend they are interested. They have a reservation but won't deliver because they charge dealerships more that they don't partner with. Who gets screwed? The customer. Ok. So I have rented from Enterprise before but this recent experience was absolutely awful. So I went to the enterprise and realized they have changed their address from one address to across the street. So to start small talk with the rep I was like didn't you guys used to be at ___address the rep didn't even look at me he just said mmhmm. Which was really rude to begin. Than once we got to the renting the car part I had told he gentlemen that I was going to pay with a debit card. The gentlemen immediately told me he can only take credit card. I told him we just booked over the phone with a lady she said I can pay with debit card.. his response was "no just credit card" now to reiterate what they lady over the phone told me. She said I would just need my license, debit card, and two proofs of being at the address on my license which I had. So despite confusing I pulled out my credit card and I explained ok so how much will I be paying today. The gentlemen gave me the total Amt and I told him ok run the card. Than right before running the card the gentlemen gave me a totally different amt. I knew there was a deposit required plus the amt for the rental which I had total on my debit card but rep didn't care he just wanted to get us out of the store considering they were about to close. Well Just due to the urgency of leaving to San Diego for my brothers Marine graduation. I just told him to cancel and we won't rent from them. The rep said ok bye. So as I hassled to figure out how I was going to get to San Diego for the graduation my cousin who was also attending the graduation let me know she was on her way. I asked if she had rented a car like we had talked about doing. She said she did. I than asked her if she hD any trouble with renting from enterprise she said no.. I literally paid with my debit card and two proofs of address. At that point I was upset all over again. Now I don't normally write bad reviews on places but due to the urgency, the inconvenience this renting experience had on my travels. I felt emotional enough to express how unhelpful the rep was and how I personally at the end of all this felt a little racially profiled. All too often, renting a car can be a painful and aggravating experience. Such was our experience on 7/1/16 when my wife and I went to pick up our rental from Budget Rent a Car in Phoenix, the very day we were planning on heading out across country to visit our grand children. After some very bad customer service and an almost 'bait and switch' type policy where they wanted to run our credit and charge us more because we do not hold a 'major credit card', we decided to call Enterprise - which was the BEST thing we could have done. Not only did Enterprise have a fantastic car for us to rent for the week, their customer service was beyond excellent. From the manger to the clerks, Enterprise on Bell Road far exceeded our expectations. They not only got us a great deal, but were genuinely caring and friendly. THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE EVERYWHERE!! We will not only rent from this location again, but we will most certainly recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you for being our heroes on what could very well have been a very bad day for us.
