Coffin at the Glenwood location has tremendous interpersonal communication skills and was very concerned about their service towards me. I informed him upon returning a rental that the car dashboard read..."MUST CHANGE OIL NOW!" He thanked me for letting him know so they won't rent that car out until the oil is changed. He also waived my gas fee for letting him know about the car needing an oil change. Small location, very similar to most rental car places, but "Boy oh Boy," this location has extremely personable staff and fast service!!! My experience was excellent at this location! Sasha checked me into a vehicle. She was very professional, appropriately conversational, and ensured she met my driving needs. At the end of issuing my vehicle, she even asked if I had "Good Service Today?" Upon return of my vehicle, Andriana demonstrated the same great customer service, completing my return with the same wonderful question, "How was your service today?" DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE Posting this here and hoping to get someone from corporate to engage us. We rented a car in France and were shown the car in an underground lot by flashlight. had the car for three days driving it minimally and it was garaged the whole time. Upon returning the car we were told that we owed ~300 Euro for damages (Minor scratches that are almost impossible to see and can be easily buffed out) We didn't scratch this car. We rebuffed the request in person and reversed charges on our credit card now they are sending us collection notices. This has taken to much of my time and can't believe they are still trying to collect money from us. read more

Not to be rude! But screw this place. I have always had good luck with Enterprise, But this one left me out in the cold. I wrecked my car and I was taken to the police station. It wasn't my fault and I wasn't hurt, so it really wasn't a big deal. I called the 800 number for Enterprise and got this location. I told the guy where to pick me up and gave him my phone number. An hour later I call back and they have no record of me calling and they have no cars. That is just F*#@ing great. Have you ever been to South Chicago Heights? I recently needed a rental car for a business trip on 6-2-2014. In the past I have gone to Hertz in Crestwood. I've never had any problems with the Crestwood Hertz, I just thought I would try Enterprise because they were so much closer to my home. The whole rental went flawless. I made reservations online a few weeks in advance. When I arrived at 7:30am the SUV was there and the Staff was professional and courteous. I was there for only about 10 minutes and then on my way. I reserved an intermediate SUV and the vehicle I received was a 2014 Grand Cherokee with every conceivable option available. Based on my first rental from this location, I will definitely use them on my next business trip. read more

I left a review on Google but Yelp is better when it comes to reviews first of all never dealt with someone more unprofessional than the manager Toya at this location, very loud rude and ghetto...she wouldn't except our payment method claiming that it's a prepaid card and not a bank card when clearly its connected to a checking account number and a routing number... I spoke with someone over her from 1_800 enterprise and they said she should've taken my payment if it has a visa logo or Mastercard etc... And it also has to have a checking and routing number... they sent her over a note and she still declined my service and wouldn't even try to run our card even tho we shopped with matteson enterprise 3 months ago with the same card and they took it with no problem... we need to be compensated for this terrible service and insult... if not I'll have my friends and family to flood google reviews and yelp with negative reviews because of the unprofessional people working there... Overall, the service was good in regards to receiving and returning the rental. I got into an accident, and my car was totaled out. When insurance stopped paying for it, Enterprise gave me the same rate they charged the insurance company. I was pretty satisfied with the customer service, because they were polite and accommodating. Here is why I will never go back to this location. I forgot two items in the console in between the driver's seat and passenger seat. I returned the car on a Saturday, and called them on Monday to ask them if anyone found the items. First, they said they would check and call me back but never did. I called them again, and the woman stated that the person who cleans out the cars checks everything, and they found nothing in there, but that she would "flag" the car when the person who rented it returns it. I called a few weeks later, and she said no one found anything, and they don't have the car anymore because it was sold. I know I forgot those items in the car, and I'm certain whoever cleaned out the car stole them. So, I'm pretty sure they have a thief or thieves employed there. read more
