When I spoke with the person who identified himself only as "Hudson," claiming to be the owner, I was told that a car might not be available at the old or new time because they were waiting on returns from the airport. This was surprising, as I had not been informed of any availability issues when I originally booked. I tried to understand at what point I would have been notified, especially considering the possibility of needing the car at the exact time it was reserved. Instead of addressing the concern, he told me I could make a reservation somewhere else. There was no understanding, no empathy, and no indication that he cared about the inconvenience. What if no other cars were available in the area? His only alternative suggestion was to go to the airport--an option that is typically much more expensive. Based on this experience, I would not attempt to rent from this franchise again.

Yesterday he was involved in an accident where instead of this company doing the right thing he had already paid them $333 for the week. This company refused to give him a replacement car after he paid his money. Instead, they wanted all the information insurances , but they did not want to do the right thing. He went to the hospital due to the accident. He took the necessary steps in resolving the issue. He asked them could they give him a replacement car since he already paid for the week and they simply had said not until they get all the claim information resolved, which is understandable but everyone knows when you get into a car accident in a rental car they give you a replacement. They ended up following him instead shut the vehicle down and left him stranded on the road. David was so unprofessional over the phone, how dare you all sit up here and treat an older person like this after he's paid you thousands of dollars and has been a good paying customer. David decided he was going to be rude and hung up twice in my face! You all are disgraceful, incompetent and need to be reported. You charged an obscene amounts for old vehicles and have no respect for your customers!     Enterprise Left My Family Stranded - No Help, No Notes, No Accountability…read more I don't write reviews often, but what my family and I experienced with Enterprise Rent-A-Car deserves to be called out -- loudly. While traveling through a remote area of Mississippi, our rental car got a flat tire. We had two dogs, heavy luggage, and no access to rideshare services like Uber in that location. We called Enterprise Roadside Assistance multiple times, only to be forced to repeat the entire story over and over again because no notes were taken or shared between agents. Each rep -- clearly reading from a generic script, possibly from another country -- showed no urgency, no ability to act, and absolutely no awareness of the seriousness of our situation. We were passed around and placated, but not once were we helped. At one point, an Enterprise representative had the audacity to tell us to call the police for a ride. This response was not only dismissive but unacceptable -- Enterprise should have been responsible for helping us, not pushing us onto local authorities. Eventually, a tow truck arrived -- and took the car, leaving us behind stranded at the gas station in a remote area of Mississippi with all our belongings, pets, and no way to get to safety. Let me say that again: Enterprise took the car and left us abandoned at a remote gas station off the highway in Mississippi. Enterprise offered no ride, no replacement vehicle, and no support. It was only thanks to the kindness of the tow truck driver, a third-party contractor, that we were rescued -- he returned later, after his job was done, to take our family to a hotel in the dark. We were stranded over 5 hours before he returned. Which is not his fault, it simply speaks to the lack of help Enterprise provided. And it didn't stop there. When we finally got a replacement vehicle and returned it days later, the branch manager offered zero sympathy. No apology. No accountability. Instead, she just voided the rental transaction entirely, as if pretending it didn't happen could erase what we went through. Not even a "Sorry this happened to your family." This was not just a customer service failure -- it was a complete systemic breakdown in responsibility, safety, and basic human empathy. Enterprise abandoned a family with pets in a dangerous situation and couldn't even be bothered to say "we're sorry" afterward. Enterprise: you failed us on every level. You endangered our family, dismissed our concerns, and erased our experience like it never happened. If you're considering renting from Enterprise, don't. When things go wrong, they are nowhere to be found -- and worse, they won't remember you even called. You're on your own.

Their wait times are quite absurd, I think this last time I waited about an hour and 15 mins but honestly to be expected since they usually take about 15-20 mins checking-in one person and there's usually only 1-2 workers on shift. This past experience was actually better than the first because of the customer service I received once I made it to the front of the line. I don't remember the workers name who checked me in but he was very friendly and it went a lot quicker because I checked in on my phone and had my insurance card ready. Okay now the ONLY reason I'm writing this review is because of Rian, the shuttle driver that was on shift when I returned the car! He provided amazing customer service by not only allowing me a couple mins to grab my things and make the shuttle that was just about to head out when I was pulling in but he also surprised me by doing the check in process himself. I don't think I would've made my flight had it not been for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond! If I rent with you guys again, it will definitely be because of the actual workers so maybe y'all should hire some more and increase the daily rates by $10-$15 to compensate for the increase in payroll.

I booked this rental expecting to pay around $289, but by the time the agent was done "adding on" fees, my total ballooned to $830.60. The worst part was being forced into a $35/day "unlimited mileage" charge ($315 total) that I explicitly told them I did not need. Even with a standard 150-mile-per-day limit, I would have had over 1,300 miles to use--way more than necessary. On top of that, they tacked on a $134.91 "Tire & Glass Pack" and $270 for CDW. They also bury a predatory late fee in the fine print: if you are even slightly late, they charge a massive $129.37 per day plus taxes. I should have gone with Enterprise for $500. Instead, I ended up paying nearly double that for a Chevy Trax. I will never rent from Easirent again. Save yourself the headache and the money--go literally anywhere else.

It was a Wednesday, mid morning and I did not have to wait long for a shuttle bus to the rental plaza. Elliot was the driver and got us there safely. They had a decent choice of cars, I chose a small jeep. The check out line was slow but they opened up more lanes as the line was building. The return: Kat checked me in when returning the car and was very quick and pleasant. Strange thing is there was an extra key fob in the jeep. I told her about it and she actually thanked me for telling her. The return shuttle process is really bad. So many people on the shuttle yet they keep adding people that are going to the plaza. They should empty the buses a little more or run more to relieve the crowds. Lots of people getting on and off. We had to shuffle around with big bags, reaching around people, some had to get off in order to let others pass. I got my receipt right away via email.
