We love the covenience of walking up and seeing our name on the board, knowing we can go pick any car and hit the road. We also know exactly what we are paying up front. Bonus: pre-selections mean we don't have to be asked about gas or insurance. Also, nice touch with the water. When I arrived on Monday, after about 20 minutes of watching the man get up walk to the back room or to a drawer in the desk, he told me they did not have a full sized car. They tried to get me to take a van or a Versa. No, I asked for a full sized car and was assured that it would be there. After about 40 minutes, low and behold, they had a full sized car that had been sitting on the lot when we arrived. I was told that I could buy a fuel package or file the tank to 1/2 which it what I did. The man I worked with, was extremely uncommunicable and suck on a tootsie roll pop the whole time I was there. He was just plain rude. After I returned the car on Friday, having driven the car less than 90 miles and putting 4 gallons of gas in the tank, I was still charged for the fuel package. I spoke with the manager, Matt, and he told me that he had completed a form to refund that money. I asked how long it would take and he said up to 5 days depending on my bank. I dialed the phone 22 minutes ago and asked to speak to him, I am still on hold. Avoid this place, They are scum.

This review is for Mel Woodson, a management trainee. This young man is going places...he was very personable, friendly, and very respectful. Also a big thank you to the gentleman that helped me during my return as well. They were gentleman and very respectful. This provided a very positive experience for me. My flight was delayed and I landed past my reservation and he helped me in a very efficient manner and was super nice. I appreciated his genuine nature and making sure I chose something that suited me well and made me feel comfortable during my work stay. I hope he continues to grow with his experience here at enterprise and continues to do well. This is my first time renting in Missouri with Enterprise and it was such a positive experience. My only suggestion/ complaint, it was Just a little confusing when returning, you have to turn at the light and enter a side gate. There was an arrow but I wasn't for sure if it meant the area I was in or through that lot. Depending on what gps you use, it will take you to the front with like visitor parking. Perhaps more signage or better signage for those new to area. I arrived late at night days prior, so I only saw one side when using the shuttle at first arrival and this was a new side to me when returning during the afternoon.

My husband had to let me out on the main road and i had to walk to the building which is towards the middle/back of the lot. Upon entering, the service counter and waiting area was clean, and organized. There was only one worker checking customers in and only 4 customers in line. I waited in line for about 25 minutes before getting serviced. Once i got checked in, i was told my rental car location and that it was at the far back end of the lot,and i had to walk to go get it. The gentleman working the counter was pleasant. The process should be a different. A worker should be bringing the car to the customer, instead of making them walk all over the parking lot looking for their car. And they should ensure that the windows and car is cleaned off for the customers before letting them leave. I had to run the car through the wash.

I came the day after an unexpected snowstorm that shut everything down the day before. The staff was attempting their best to prep cars as fast as possible but the line was long. Yet, I did not hear any of them complain as they just kept moving. When it came to my turn they put me in an AWD vehicle, helped me take my luggage to my rental, and ensure it was ready to go. They were very nice, polite, and extremely helpful.

Approximately 10 mins away should you decide to Uber it. He ran to the site using Google maps and picked us up outside of STL within 45 mins. My husband was happy because he got his miles of running and exercise for the day! Excellent customer service, we saved $1,000 in fees if renting a vehicle not in the airport, and prior customer didn't refuel vehicle to full tank so we're informed it's okay to return the vehicle with gas; however, full tank not necessary. Our Nissan Sentra was smooth riding! The trunk fit two large suitcases. This baby took us on road trips to MO, IL, IN, OH, MI, and Ontario, Canada. We returned the automobile to YYZ location. Male employee at YYZ checked the mileage, ensured we had everything before parting ways. Male employee at St Ann, MO location personally took the time, left a voicemail on my phone for my husband, inquired if there were any other concerns with the vehicle before closing out the bill. Wow! Talk about personable, Midwest hospitality, at your service! My husband gladly returned his phone call to inform him that all went well, he's ready to close out the bill and thanked the gentleman. We're happy to be repeat customers at this location! So they didn't honor the price AND a young driver fee that was never mentioned during booking (despite entering our age) was added too. I tried reaching out to their customer support and it's just an online form on their website, no email, no option for adding an attachment to show proof. Two days later they still haven't reached out to me. Overall would not recommend, instead find a rental that is more transparent and offers good customer assistance. The whole thing left me feeling like I got scammed.

    Good morning to whom it may concern,…read more I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the service I received at your location at 1103 N Highway 67, Florissant, MO, during my most recent visit on 05/28/25, at approximately 5:30 PM. This is not my first interaction at this location, and unfortunately, it continues a pattern of troubling service and poor communication at this store -- particularly involving Chris Reed, the Assistant Store Manager. I had a confirmed reservation for a vehicle rental, yet upon arrival, I was unexpectedly told I needed to provide a utility bill -- a requirement that has never been communicated to me in previous rentals with either National or Enterprise. Despite expressing my confusion and disappointment respectfully, Chris Reed responded in a tone that was condescending, dismissive, and completely devoid of empathy. Instead of trying to fix the problem he was more concerned with going back and forth with me about how he was right and I was wrong. Let me be very clear: I remained calm, respectful, and never raised my voice throughout the entire interaction. Security footage will confirm this. Despite my composed demeanor, Chris made the shocking decision to deny me service, citing that he did not feel "comfortable" renting to me because I questioned the fairness of the treatment I received. This decision was not only humiliating and unprofessional, but it also raised serious concerns of discriminatory behavior. As a long-time customer and resident of the community, I am appalled by how I was treated -- particularly by someone in a managerial position who should be setting the standard for customer service, not tarnishing it. In over 20 plus years of working in customer service myself, I have never encountered such poor handling of a customer concern. At no point did Chris Reed offer an apology, acknowledge the possibility of a miscommunication, or attempt to resolve the issue. His demeanor suggested a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic professionalism. Now I understand it was not his store that made the reservation personally, however as an employee of the company you do share some responsibility with the information provided. My issue would have been a great training opportunity for the call center. This situation requires immediate attention and action. I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident, including a review of the surveillance footage and a direct response from corporate leadership. Furthermore, I strongly urge that Chris Reed be evaluated for retraining, particularly in customer relations and sensitivity awareness. No customer should be made to feel discriminated against or dismissed in this way. Please contact me directly by email to discuss this matter further.
