To my surprise, the old Enterprise rental car stand in Kaneohe was shut down during COVID, and all business was diverted to the Kailua Branch. When I took my car into the body shop for repair, they actually drove to the body shop to meet me and hand the car over. When the work was done, I was only asked to leave the rented car at the body shop where it was picked up by Enterprise. I was amazed at the service and professionalism rendered by Enterprise. I was referred here by our insurance company due to a break-in. The break-in happened on a Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. Ugh. We were they second customers in line on a Saturday morning and they were almost out of available cars. However, Eusebio Agcanas was able to place in a vehicle comparable to our Toyota Highlander SE. This Enterprise location is convenient, has a great selection and is generally a lot less expensive than renting from the airport. I have rented from them on numerous occasions. Let's just start by saying I never write reviews. They are getting 1 star for the simple fact that I couldn't put 0. I picked up in Kailua initially, reserved a Jeep, they called me the next morning to let me know it wasn't available. No biggie. They were super nice and called again as soon as they got one in, I chose to keep the car I had so I had more time to sight see with my children. Fast forward to day 2. Keys get locked in the trunk at 7am. We call and get told that the car can be unlocked anytime (24 hrs) so we go to our scheduled excursion via uber so we aren't late. Will just grab the car after. Easy enough. Call after going to secret Island and get told that we have to go to Airport to get another car. 45 minute drive. Awesome then spoke to another rep, they set up for roadside to unlock the car, so we uber to the beach in Kailua were the car is... roadside gets the car unlocked but..... we cannot get in the trunk. Sooo not we get to the uber back to the house. Yay!!!! Call again get told that we have to go to the airport, then get told by another rep that the car has to be switched out soooo roadside is coming to the physical address and then we have to tell them where the car is. Okay it's 5:45 and I'll have a car in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Call 2.5 hours later to find out that the car was scheduled to be picked up but not have another one brought out. Get told 3-5 hours, then they find somewhere local and it will be 90 minutes. Did I mention it's now 9:30PM???? Still no car, I'm now headed to the beach with my 3 young children to hopefully get a car. I was told so many different answers all day and multiple uber trips and waiting around on my sons 10th birthday. I will NEVER use them again. Let's pray I'm not sitting at the beach all night hoping the answer was correct. Update. Got to the beach and the car was not there, it was picked up from the first tow company they enterprise had called. The roadside assistance guy was awesome. He thought he was picking up a car and was really nice and got us on our way. Still waiting to find out when we can get our stuff out of car 1. Wallet is in the trunk. read more

Car selection is naturally more limited on the compact end of options, but that just means you're more likely to get a free size upgrade. They drove up a few options for our browsing, and had a useful local map for tourist hot spots. Overall friendly service. read more

Excellent service and we were in and out in less than 15 mins even though I pondered upon whether or not to take the Chevy 300 that they had because they had no other cars left and we just 'walked in' without a reservation. The person was extremely helpful and we didn't have to pay extra for a spouse (which Alamo charges by the way) who was on the same insurance plan (which is what EVERY other major rental car company is doing these days). Totally recommend Enterprise -- they've had a good record with me from more than this location! Don't know why I didn't just stick with them instead of going to Alamo. With the added (hidden) charges from Alamo, you're better off going with one of the other companies even if it's a little more expensive at first. read more

As always awesome service from our Kaneohe Enterprise Rent A Car! Had an emergency with my car so I jumped onto my ENTERPRISE APP reserved a car then had to make several changes to the reservation but it was extremely easy to do this unlike some apps the enterprise app is extremely USER FRIENDLY! I love having the option of having them pick you up or going to their office on KAWA St to pick up my rental. When I was getting ready to buy a new car a couple of times I just rented a car for a day just to test out different makes & models. I even rented a Fiat that was fun to drive and I did 360's in my driveway. They are open six days a week closed on Sundays and always seem to have a rental available. Their rates are reasonable but it's the staff that keeps me coming back to Enterprise Rent A Car! The staff is really accommodating and just nice folks!! read more

I was pleasantly surprised to know there is an Enterprise here in Kaneohe. I can't tell you how many times I have driven down Kahuhipa & I have never noticed it. Anyway, time came where I needed a rental & they quickly helped. Even offered to pick me up for free. I didn't need that service, but I did take them up on their offer to drive me to where I needed to go when it was time for me to return it. Everyone at this location was pleasant to work with. The Kaneohe branch never ever cleans their cars. My husband and mom have to rent with them because their insurance uses them but when they rent, both of them have to vacuum, clean and put in deodorizer every time and I'm taking over 4-5x that they used them. While inspecting the vehicle you're about to rent make sure you inspect it clearly as well as the roof. There was a dent on the roof when I was returning it and I know that couldn't of been me I had the truck for 2 days and I barely drove it. When the guy was walking to inspect the truck he just took a quick look at the roof and said it was fine. Was there for 10 minutes and car was pulled up, clean ready to go. Four door Frontier with full coverage runs you a little over $100. I am the Back Shop Coordinator at Sears Automotive and needed to create a reservation for one of our customers. At first I had a hard time setting it up as there was some confusion with the mainland team setting up the location of pick up. Plus, I was on the phone back and forth between my customer and Nicole. However, Nicole was able to help me edit and arrange the pick up for the correct location, hassle free. She is awesome! read more

I picked up my rental on 07/18/2017 at the Kaneohe Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had completed my reservation online and was not able to do it with my insurance company due to there was no definite date for the repair of my vehicle. I dealt with a representatvie Leslie Teater, gave her my reservation number and as she proceed to process she advised me that there will be a $300 hold on my card. I began to ask her about the $100 hold which was done in the past if the purpose of the rental was due to repairs for my vehicle. Explained to her that I was not able to go through my insurance company and to just go ahead with the process and I will get the reimbursement from the Insurance. I then proceeded to tell her to add the Enterprise insurance on the rental and as she was completing the process she then said that she will need to put a $500 hold on the card. Her explanation to me was since the insurance on the vehicle along with the rental cost totaled over $400 dollars she will need to add $100 more which came to be $500 hold on the card. I had informed her she had not disclose that information to me and I ended up not taking the insurance on the rental. We then proceeded to inspect the rental which I must say it was not clean. Due to high technology she asked me to sign the contract on her tablet with my finger (whatever happened to having a stylis pen) and then I had to ask for a print out of the contract. I have always rented vehicles from this location and I have noticed the change of staff and to be honest I was more than just satisfied with previous staff members (Chad & Lucinda). When I returned the vehicle on Monday 07/24/2017 I was greeted by Dane Bautista which I had explained my experience with Leslie, he offered me on my next rental they will do a complimentary upgrade. My suggestion #1 is to have the staff trained on the procedure and to disclose it to the customers prior to completing the transaction to be more aware of the servicing they provide. Thank you.
