This enterprise location is phenomenal! I rent cars from this location every month and they need more credit. Patrick the manager is the best. Always quick and easy. One piece of feedback is some of the cars smell like smoke because of bad customers but they always manage to get me a car that is clean and doesn't smell. read more

From start to finish enterprise is always a great choice and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is good. I appreciated the text communication available to us when a rock flung up from another vehicle and hit the car. Check in and check out is always easy. My experience with Enterprise has always been hit or miss. This particular location @ Eastpark Court was tremendous, especially Patrick! I rented a car via web, but due to a delayed flight into town I wasn't able to pick up the car before the location closed. I tried calling other rental car locations and companies but due to the perfect storm (covid fleet depletion, chip shortages and CrossFit games) there were none to be had in the Madison area. Patrick helped me every step of the way, he was very patient and kind. I spoke to him several times and he was extremely professional. In the end he was able to give me a heads up letting me know there were available cars at the airport location which worked out perfectly for me! Thank you Patrick! For an out-of-the-way location this place is insanely busy. Kudos to Jay and others. Despite very limited availability they busted their butts to find a car for us (and others as we witnessed while we were there). With 90 things going on at once and the phone ringing off the hook they always kept their cool and acted in a professional and courteous manner. That's why I always rent with Enterprise. They seem to be able to hire very good people and train them well. read more

I rent cars on a regular basis for work. This is the first time I've used this location for enterprise. The customer service there is a joke! They did not have me walk the vehicle with them at pick up to inspect for any existing damage. They did not ask if I wanted the extra insurance on it but added it on, which I saw when I received my receipt. I have always been able to recieve my final receipt as an attachment but when I called to ask the girl on the phone was very short with me and said she can resend it but it won't be an attachment. I will not use that location again. read more

Enterprise is always my choice for rental cars and I am enrolled in their Enterprise Plus program. I rent from them pretty frequently and always use the 2 Eastpark Ct location. They have always treated my husband and me very well. They will change times, vehicles, places to pick up, etc, with a smile on their faces, and never any complaints or increased charges. Over the years I have tried pretty much all of the other rental car companies and have had difficulties with all of them. Years ago, Enterprise was definitely one of the most expensive places to rent from. No more. Now all of the companies pretty much charge the same prices. So it is much nicer to just rent from 1 company and be able to benefit from their reward programs. But the best thing of all is to rent from a single location that has people that know what they are doing and always seem to be happy to help you. That's my kind of company. read more

Very unhappy with how this store has changed. When they first opened, things were good. But recently needed to use them again and was a totally different story. This East Side location tried to charge for more than one driver, assuming there would be two drivers - never asked, just put it on the bill. When we called them on it they said, Oh, well, we thought.....(just an additional $25 a day thought). And there is no such thing as a smoke free car either. They spray a little Fabreeze or somehting in the vents and hope you won't notice - until you turn on the heat or AC...... Not worth the bother read more

Five-star service for sure, but four stars for having to wait an hour for insurance nonsense to be worked out. I rented a cargo van through their commercial truck division and worked with the lovely Maggie. While both she and my van were ready to go at my scheduled arrival time, there were some small issues with finding the approval for my company's certificate of insurance. Maggie was great, though, and called around to both my company and Enterprise's insurance division to figure out what we could do. Things got squared away finally and Maggie took me out to the van to inspect everything. The van was in good running shape and was clean. It was conveniently parked so that I could drive straight out, which was great because I was way too scared to try to back that monster out. Returning was easy, I just parked the van back and checked in with Maggie to get my receipt. Easy-peasy. read more

The rental looked clean but the odor was horrible& the seats were all stained and gross looking..Thank goodness I my car got fixed within that day and I was able to return it ASAP. The guy who checked me out was okay but really pushed for me to get the optional options especially getting the gas refuel option. read more

Explicitly selected this Enterprise for a rental car following a small accident that was going to take a couple of days for repair. Staff was professional, fast and courteous. They picked me up at the repair shop along with other customers from other repair shops. The driver was accommodating of the riders and made several helpful reminders about remembering garage door remotes, keys and other valuables from vehicles. The experience with picking up the rental vehicle was extremely fast, easy and efficient. Payment had already been coordinated by my insurance company so I only needed to provide minimal info and was on my way. The only complaint by my family was that it was supposed to be a non smoking vehicle that was clearly smoked in very heavily and was relatively dirty inside. If I would have had the vehicle for a longer period, I would have taken it back and requested a different one but it was only a couple of days. I will definitely return to this Enterprise for my next rental but will give the vehicle a closer inspection before heading down the road. read more

I had to have my car repaired at a body shop on the east side. My auto insurance company arranged a rental car through this company at this location. When I reserved the car I was told I was in some extra special program that got me good rates and better cars. I dropped my car off and called them to pick me up. When I called they said that they did not have a company vehicle to do the pickup. They said that someone would come in their own vehicle. This happenend on Tuesday morning. They picked me up and took me to their office. When I got there they said that they were backed up, did not have any vehicles to rent, none of the people who were supposed to return the cars that morning had done so nor had they been able to contact these people. They said that they were bringing in vehicles from Waukesha, WI. After sitting and waiting for an hour, I kept seeing people come in and pick up cars. When I asked about it they said they were still waiting for the cars, but to speed things up I should fill out and sign all the paperwork. Another 30 minutes they said it would be at least 4 hours more to get me a car. They would give me a ride home and then bring out a car later in the afternoon. Since I did not need transportation for the rest of the day, I took them up on the offer. They gave me the ride with the most long winded driver who kept trying to convince me to buy a used fleet car from American Family. When I reserved the car I made is plain to them that I was a large person and have had problems fitting comfortably in some cars and that I would need to be able to make sure I can fit in the car before I accept it as my rental. They call and tell me they are coming out with an SUV for me. I remind them about the issues and ask if they have a sedan. About 5:30 they show up with a car that I cannot even get into because of the space between the steering wheel and the post between the two doors. I ask if they can get me into a two car instead of a for door. I also tell them I need a car no later than Thursday afternoon. They say that they will call me in the morning and then bring out a couple cars for me to try. Wednesday about 5 pm they call and say that they do not have any vehicles, but they would come get me on Thursday morning, take me back to their store and get me in a car guaranteed. I restate my need for a car no later than Thursday at noon. Thursday morning, no contact. Thursday at 5:30 pm I get a call from a person at enterprise in Waukesha, with whom I originally book the reservation, saying he heard I needed a car by Thursday afternoon. I told him I needed it by 3 pm, and that I had decided to take my business elsewhere. I would say that for a rental car company to not have any cars to rent is the first mistake. Providing poor service was the second one. I have rented many times from enterprise and they are usually excellent. I would say that the problem is the staffing at this location. read more

The pick up location was great! The staff was hospitable and efficient. However, I had reserved a Standard size car and was given an Intermediate size car. When I questioned this, the staff person (a young man) assured me I had a Standard car. It was a Toyota Carolla. . . . . which the website shows as Intermediate; the website shows a VW Jetta or similar as the Standard. I was charged the Intermediate rate, so I was not cheated financially in any way. And the car performed well. But I do believe I was not told the truth. I will go to this location again because it is convenient and because it was in and out of the office promptly. Howver, I will be much more vigilant about making sure I am getting what I reserved. read more

Made a reservation for a truck well in advance. Enterprise called twice to confirm my reservation, giving me a false sense of confidence. When I went to pick it up, all Maggie could offer me was a cargo van because they didn't have a truck. First, a simple phone call would have saved me a trip across town. Second, a little customer service goes a long way. Apologize and offer me something in return (a discount, extra mileage, etc.). Not cool. read more
