We had a reservation for Saturday, July 23. We were told to pick up the car after 11:30 AM. We showed up at 12:15, the doors were locked and the lights were out. We knocked on the door, tried to call other locations, but they were closed. When you tell us after 11:30 AM, probably important to tell us that we only have until 12:00 to get there, but that's OK. We will pick it up Monday morning. Monday morning is here. We call first thing in the morning and are told they won't have a car until maybe 3:00 PM or possibly tomorrow. When we told the lady that this reservation was for Saturday, she told us that even though they closed at 12:00, she was there on Saturday until 2:00 PM. So... you're insinuating that we are lying about getting there at 12:15 on Saturday?? Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't trust this place to have a car ready for you. Don't put your vacation in the hands of this business. Chances are, you will be disappointed. read more

I have been renting at the Medina Enterprise on North court for over 20 years now from when they were at the previous location at the corner of Fenn Rd.. They used to have great customer service, and I enjoyed renting from them. I do not know what happened to them over the past year, but this has taken a significant turn for the worse. They have not been reliable; cars are never ready I dont get the car I had reserved and have to wait. Twice for over an hour. They are not trustworthy, and the bills are not accurate. DO NOT trust them, just do not use them. I hate to say that as I have been a loyal customer for years and I never complain but it is out of hand there now and I feel I have to say something. read more

The Enterprise in Medina, OH on N. Court St doesn't even deserve one star. How many times can you absolutely screw up? As many times as they need to never get it right. My son reserved a truck to get back to his duty station, but ooops, we forgot and only have a SMALL SUV, didn't fit his gear and luggage. My daughter and other son reserved vehicles for a trip to visit my son on base. Less than 2hrs before pick up the vehicles this location calls and AGAIN doesn't have the large SUV reserved. My son's rental was based on my daughter's rental for total number of seats and luggage space. Promises of discounts on both rentals because of THEIR screw up and weeks later...NOTHING. Phone calls don't help either. This location doesn't care, their lack of sincerity proves that. We screwed up, oh well, here's a Yugo to replace the large SUV you reserved. FOUR hours to locate a vehicle to fit her family, over an hour away, the vehicle she reserved. A different Enterprise location drove the vehicle to the Medina location since this location screwed up so bad. The Medina, N Court location needs to major clean out of staff, including the mechanic who OVERFILLED the OIL!!!​ read more

Clearly Paula shouldn't be around the public. Took an Uber to enterprise to pick up a compact, they did offer an "upgrade" that would cost more in fuel AND was rear wheel drive... so not an upgrade. And then was rude when I asked if they could pull one from another location they had 7 miles away. Called cs, was told an area manager would call in 10 min or less, never heard from them either. Avis, beat their price, picked me up from their location and apologized for their behavior ~ but let me know that's what keeps his store 1 mile down the street busy. Worst experience ever. Car is filthy dirty and has a horrible rattle. They offered me an upgrade for $100 to an SUV that was even worse. There were actually multiple dents and scratches all over the car. Bad enough I had to rent it an extra day since they are closed on Sunday but then basically got a junker. Very disappointing. read more

Had a rental car set up thru my insurance company as our car was in the body shop. After 2 days the car would not start. I called Enterprise numerous times and they came up with the same answer every time. They said it seems you left something on and killed the battery. I told them I was not a mechanic but I also was not a full blown idiot and knew the difference between an engine turning over and the click of a solenoid as a result of a dead battery. There has been no followup and they ultimately had to tow the vehicle from my garage. Never Again. read more

I was scammed by Enterprise and the automotive repair shop. The insurance company set up a car rental through Hertz. I verified the day I dropped my vehicle off for repair. When I got to the repair facility I was told by the repair facility that they had cancelled Hertz and set me up with Enterprise claiming there would be no problem and I would be covered. The insurance company does not partner with Enterprise!!! I picked up the car on Monday morning at 9:30 am and returned on Thursday morning at 9:30 am . My credit card was charged for 4 days of rental. When I got ahold of the insurance company to step in and provide the information needed for billing them, they were told that Enterprise was unable to refund my money and charge them. Beware of this set up!! read more

Enterprise in Medina is absolutely awful they have me standing outside for over 40 minutes waiting to pick up my car and it is currently 18 degrees outside I am freezing and they just told me to wait outside and then they disappeared I don't know where they are but this Enterprise is an absolute joke. Insurance company rented a car for me at Enterprise, Medina, Ohio location as was in an accident (not my fault). Picked up the car and when I picked it up, clerk attempted to sell me insurance. When I said why do I want it, I only drive a few miles to work and I have insurance, he said that it was just in case and that the money would be refunded if there was no damage. Thought, well perhaps this is something that the insurance company and rental agency had agreed to in their contracts with each other. Went to pick up my car at body shop where my car's damage was fixed, and an enterprise representative was there and said just to leave the rental car there and they would drive it back to the agency. A week later, looked at my credit card statement and had been charged nearly $300. Called, the Medina location and was then told that I bought insurance and that is why they charged it. Spent 10 minutes arguing over how it was sold, and the clerk just kept repeating the good things about it. Asked to speak to a manger. Was put on hold for a lengthy time and then the manager gets on the phone and says you can have the money back, but you will have to pay the deductible for the damage. What damage? no one mentioned damage when I turned in the car to the enterprise representative at the body shop, when I was called to pick up my item I had left in the car, when I picked up my item or in the first 10 minutes of arguing over the fraudulent way that insurance was sold. Went back to the location to look at the damage that the manager just mysteriously came up with, which was a ripple at the very bottom under door which - hardly noticeable and the enterprise person who originally walked around the car never bent over to look at those areas. Enterprise was actually the ones marking up the form for dings, scratches etc. before I took the bait home. I was angry and asked to see the paper work of the rental and the forms of the damage when it was picked up. Manger said "I don't have to show you anything get off my lot" This was a theft and fraud. I will discuss with the insurance company that originally had me deal with this fraudulent company. The staff has apparently been taught to fraud customers through the fraudulent talking points of purchasing insurance or bulling people to pay deductibles for minor scratches that the company has no intention of fixing. The staff should try to add integrity and honesty to their business dealings. It will make their life more meaningful and be better for those who have to come in contact with them. I understand that no one really aspires to be a car clerk in an old gas station turned car rental office, however we can't always make the journey on the path we want, but we can make the most of journey we are on. read more

The team at the Medina location has helped us a few times and have been great each time. The vehicle selection is a little limited (reason for 4 not 5 stars) but the team has always done all they can for us. read more

Use with extreme caution. It all started when my wife's car was backed into and we used south of the square collision to make the repairs (they work very close with this enterprise franchise). The car they brought to us to use was a vehicle compatible to what she drives every day. The person that did the rental agreement/walk through explained to us that we need to contact the insurance company to make sure they will cover this vehicle, we made the call and the lady said yes it would be covered. After six days in this rental we got a call from Enterprise stating that the charges would not be cover. My wife then called and the insurance company to find out why its not covered as we were told on 11/12 when we picked the car up. (Please note enterprise made the call to the insurance company as well and was told that the rates would be covered---the note that was entered into the computer was from HEATHER (the supposed manager)) After the car was returned to Enterprise billed my wife $201 and change. ($50 deposit and $151 up charge) Spoke with Alexa (assistant manager) on several occasions and she verified all notes in computer. Please: note we were charged the up charge because the the insurance company refused to pay the full amount for the car. Here is why I say use with caution: We turned the car in on 11/23 they charged the up charges on 11/29. When I got home from work on 12/14 my wife told me that they had charges her an additional $201 and change. When she spoke with HEATHER when was told her that they did not do that. She called the bank to tell them she is disputing the charge they did a three way call with HEATHER! She told the bank that they, enterprise did not do the second charge. The lady at the bank informed her that the charge was done at 3:08 on 12/14 by enterprise. HEATHER! still denied them doing this, despite that the bank can give the authorization#/confirmation number. If you choose to use South of the square collision (which really does do great work) tell them you do not want to the Enterprise location, I will be following up HEATHER!!!!!! and the owners tomorrow read more

I had a car accident and my insurance arranged the rental through Enterprise. They were great to work with. They picked me up and brought me home when the rental was complete. All the employees were very nice. I will rent from them again if needed. read more

I went to the Medina location and was treated with excellent customer service. They were helping me right away and the paperwork was non cumbersome. The van ran great and it could not have gone better. I will definitely use this Medina location again for any trip that is over 200 miles. read more

I have overlooked several issues at the Medina Enterprise, but I will no longer go to enterprise. I rent a lot and have dealt with this same woman at the Medina enterprise for a while and really can't believe she has worked there so long now. My last rental she said there were two small dents on the bumper. When the sun is out you don't see them with the glare and you really hardly see them without the sun. I believe I missed them when I picked up the vehicle but normally when I would mention this type ding most employees always tell me it's no big deal and don't even mark them down. The woman that has been working there for quite a while now walks around with a ruler type thing to inspect the car. I have been renting for a while and I have told myself many times and after other major issues that I needed to go somewhere else but I kept coming back. Now she told me she would request other reports that had this vehicle to see if these two small dings were reported on other reports and she would give me a call. Any other agent wouldn't write down these two small dings so I doubted it was going to show up so I asked her how much it would cost. She said it would cost whatever my deductible was for my insurance. This makes no sense but I am glad my deductible isn't $1000. I still could have gotten it fixed under my deductible but I waited for her call. The problem is she never called me! She just charged my credit card without any call or explanation of charges. I have no idea if they even replaced the bumper as she said would happen (for two small dings) so I hope if anyone else rents it they are very careful to notice two small dings on the bumper or they will be charged too. Charging my account without calling or letting me know if the final straw when I should have stopped going there after other major issues that I overlooked. It's funny how those major issues (like my vehicle accelerating on its own) wasting my time and money to have to find another enterprise to switch vehicles was okay but now I have to pay for two dings that I didn't even do. I won't make the mistake of renting from them again. read more
