I was given a dirty vehicle and it broke down on me. They literally claim to provide you with a "clean maintained vehicle" they call it there " Standard of care" Why am I paying for roadside assistance for their dirty vehicle that does not work? They talk a big game but don't stand behind there pledge. A large business trying to act like a small. They inconvenience you then charge you for it. A well deserved one star. I've been renting from other locations, great! Since finding this location, I can wholeheartedly say I would 10/10 recommend! First time experience with a problem, the manager Waleed offered great concern, assistance and solution. Jordan is my all time favorite. I started here with concerns of making it on time from work, "No worries, we have your vehicle waiting for you already!" Anytime there is a problem, (nothing major), he has a solution. I used to come to this location often for over 10 years. But since they aren't opened on Sunday, I started going to get my rentals at the airport. I only needed the car for a week day and the hours worked to return back to this location; I can definitely say that I am glad that I did. Customer service by Tim and his team was5 star. They treated everyone as a valuable customer. The location is about a five minute walk from. The M train. They have water and seats while you wait. They understand that your time is valuable and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The return process was even faster and Chris was also professional and courteous. read more

Great place to rent a car. If i were to just write this review based on my enterprise experience i would say that it was efficient and decent. If i wanted to express how i actually feel about the staff it would be in 3 words- disorganized, lazy and careless. The staff parks the RENTALS ANYWHERE! They either block a private driveway, block a business driveway or block a one way street. Is it so hard for you to train your staff to park the rental properly in a Spot that is available for PUBLIC PARKING!? Or is that to much to ask? read more

Have you ever had one of those days where nothing, like NOTHING seems to go your way? I was having some work done on my car, which was supposed to be ready on Saturday. By Monday morning, it still wasn't fixed. This left me with dilemma on how to get to work in White Plains. My first instinct was to call in, but of course that's less than ideal. Wanting to make a fair effort, I decided to look into the rental car option. Enterprise will come pick you up, so I didn't even have to call a cab. They were there within an hour. The lady driver was quite possibly the friendliest person on the face of the planet. She didn't even freak out when I realized (2 miles into the trip back to the rental car place) that I had left my wallet on the counter at home, so we had to drive back to get it. Not a harsh word or an eye roll when she had to sit in the car waiting for me to run up the stairs to my apt to retrieve it. She got a nice tip when we got to the store. The price on the rental car was high, but fair. My job pays my travel expenses, so it wasn't my money, anyways. Then, when I ran into traffic on the way to return the car, I called ahead to see if they could spot me 10 minutes past closing to do so?? No problem. The owner even dropped me off at the subway station on the way out. Super friendly. Super accommodating. Made what could have been the worst day ever into just another Tuesday. Thank you so much! Awful service. I needed a car ASAP for an emergency and kept having issues with Manny my sales agent. Clearly I didn't have time and he leisurely was trying to sell me all the bells and whistles, GPS/ extra insurance. I own a car and didn't need it. Furthermore, the rentals ignition is on, I'm ready to leave the lot, and he springs on me we are charging the full amount plus a 200 deposit. The total was $419. I expressed my credit card only had $391 and can we split it amongst two cards. He rejected my suggestion and said I can only use 1 card. Business during a pandemic should be more than accommodating and Manny was certainly not. I would never go to this money hungry establishment again. Get a rental somewhere else read more

We had a big trouble with ZipCar last minute and there was impossible to reach them so we booked a car from Enterprise, picked up the car and got an upgrade for brand new car in 20 mins! No fuzz at all and the customer service was great. They have someone on site cleaning all the cars in and out too read more

I met her through the body shop that was working on my car after my accident. As soon as I met her she was so pleasant so sweet and so understanding. So my first experience with them was the worst if u don't have a credit card they will take you debit card but u need a pay stub and a utility bill... which was súper súper annoying the Tun a soft credit check. I found a very good deal here for a rental and was very happy with the service and car I received. Doug was very nice and helpful and made sure that I have everything that I need and even helped me figure out how to get the Bluetooth of the car connected (gosh I know it's a simple thing to do, but this car for some reason didn't wanna pair... Selection of cars was a bit to the smaller side,but I take this anytime over the other locations in Williamsburg that overbook and have nothing.... Having found myself in need of a car after a car accident, I went online to get the cheapest car I can get for a week while the car is in the shop. My insurance told me to go to Enterprise since they have an "agreed discounted price" since I do not have car rental coverage. Ugh. Checked online for the nearest and called to make reservations. Apparently, a week is cheaper than the total discounted price. $250 for a week of compact/economy car. They always run out of those and you will get the next size for no extra charge. My neighborhood is surrounded by numerous bus lines and no trains, enterprise picked me up to come to their office to pick up the car and brought me back home after I dropped off the car. Very convenient and a great service. God forbid I would find myself in the same situation but I know now where to go without hesitation. read more

I was driven here from the body shop where I left my car to repair. The lady who came to pick us up was very friendly. After we arrived at the lot she told us to go inside. In the building, we were attended by Andrew, who was very friendly and professional. He explained to us what was going to happen and what we needed to do to complete the rental of a car through third party insurance. He gave us one car but we ended up going back the next day to exchange it for something bigger and he was happy to do it. Overall, the experience with this place has been great so far. Only thing I have to say is that they told us it would be a 50 dollar deposit and later we found out it was 200 because we were going through third party but they explained that would come right back to us after we returned the car. Everyone in this location is very professional and they are all well dressed and always have a smile on their face. I really hope the experience remains the same throughout this car rental. 5/5 read more

Not very satisfied with service since they have yet to get back to me after directly charging my credit card (its been 2 months). They have yet to send me any sort of statement to explain the charges even when I provided my e-mail address to them along with my cell #. I have no complaints about the excellent customer service my husband and I received at the Middle Village Enterprise location. However, it is unlikely I will use Enterprise -- or this location -- again anytime soon. For starters, it is extremely inconvenient that this location closes at 1pm on the weekends. Secondly, the fact that they couldn't give us a ride back to our home in Forest Hills (a 10-minute drive away) was ridiculous. Third, and this may be an issue with Enterprise across the board, I feel all rental cars should come equipped with E-Z Passes (and have the tolls added to our final bill). The fact that my husband and I had to scrounge around for cash during our road trip -- and the fact that some tolls charge you extra for not even having an E-Z Pass -- was unacceptable. As expensive as Zipcar can get, it makes more sense for me to continue renting from them than Enterprise. The peace of mind of convenience, an E-Z Pass and included gas outweighs all the aggravations I experienced with Enterprise. read more

Disappointing to get to a "rental car" establishment and they don't have cars! Enterprise should clearly state on their website, call ahead because clearly we don't plan to have cars available for you when you get here. I have no recourse for the money I spent on taxis getting there and going back home. Their solution was to give me a vehicle that was $15 more than my daily allowance from insurance. Rental car companies can be hit or miss. I've had good and bad experiences with all the major rental car companies. Often that's because individual offices are independently owned/operated and/or are run by managers with very different level of experience - and the 'home office' doesn't have a lot of oversight. This Enterprise location is run by a manager, Christine (I think that's her name), who is very competent and seems to know how to handle a variety of situations. I watched all this (basically, high maintenance, misbehaving, & wacko customers) while waiting for our car.
