She not only assisted in helping me find their branch, but in the easiest way to get close enough by so that I could be picked up by their branch. I had the best experience with this location specifically. I was in a car accident and my minivan was totaled out. As a local business owner who depends on larger vehicles for transport of not only children but the inventory I deliver, I was in a terrible position with my vehicle situation. Brian was very communicative in the policies and what they could offer me. Collin ended the transaction by treating me like family and really listening to my needs. I had very specific details and dates that made me what you could call needy. I did not feel like an inconvenience and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would one thousand percent rent from this location again. It was a seamless process with no issue that couldn't be sorted out by a simple phone call. I rented a car for a quick getaway for my husband's 40th birthday. I picked up the car around 2:15p on a Friday and returned it the following Monday (3 day rental). Before our return, we called in to the rep to tell them were we caught in a snowstorm, so we were stuck in Maryland Sunday night and still anticipated the return on Monday (Same day) just a few hours later). The rep told me it would fine and as long as I made it back before they close. I made it back to Pittsburgh, Monday, around 5pm and returned the car. The rep said everything looks good and I went my merry way. Recently, I was reconciling my credit card statements, like I do at the end of every month, and noticed that they charged me more than the original agreement. I called and reached Keara, she spoke to her managers, Dillian and Kevin. She said the extra charge, was for a 4 day rental. They charged an extra day and she said the manager was unable to do anything about it. To me, that is not customer service. To charge someone almost an extra $50 for a few hours is a rip off. Why would the original rep tell me I was fine, yet secretly charge me? Such a disappointment when a manager tells you there nothing they could do. Not even an apology. Very heartless company. Only reason I'd ever give this place a 1 Star was because I had to share my review. They picked us up from a dealer, with the most awkward silence in a vehicle possible, guess that sets the mood right there. What ever happened to small talk and telling a customer your name and how are you doing today? I guess that customer service is out the window. I don't want Enterprise to even use this review to help a sinking ship, but you'd expect all their commercials they put out there you'd get a car that was clean. This vehicle was filthy. There was stains on the ceiling to the back set of god knows what. We had to wipe the car down just to feel semi clean, there was some liquid or sauce dropped down the center console on the passenger side. I personally will never use them again even if it's free. SO MUCH FOR THE COMPLETE CLEAN PLEDGE. They did not wash the vehicle, had mud on the tires and some off the road brush stuck in the headlight area on the one side. Moral of the story dirty, gross, and won't use again. The inside of the enterprise building was gross too, carpets weren't vacuumed, they can't even keep a plant alive. It had a very sad vibe, like used car salesmen who hated life and were depressed. Being that this is an off site location I assumed the cars would be better taken care of, I guess they really don't care about word of mouth. I got plenty more to say too, but I'm sure anyone who reads this would get the idea I'm so happy I only had this car for 5 days, I wish I didn't even need them but hell what are you going to do, it's done. The "manger in training" wasn't too bad just super awkward and had no personality or customer service small talk skills. I guess that's all the hire now a days. Oh well live and learn. I mean come on, even cars with children in Orlando are clean that went to Disney. Great job holding up the THE COMPLETE CLEAN PLEDGE. I probably caught the COVID in this car or something close and usually I'm not a germ freak even over the pandemic. I seriously do not recommend unless it's free but you still can complain because of how the company wants you to think how clean they are. --UPDATE-- No thanks David, I will not contact you, because I am never using Enterprise again, you were very generic in your response, you didn't even say your sorry about the poor experience you just want some rental agreement, how about a simple "I'm sorry" I'm not looking for a handouts clearly I will never use this place again. Shame! Rented a car for my daughter due to her car being repaired, First they cleaned a car after our arrival in the Moon Twp Arear (15108 zip code). Front windshield was cracked, Why would you even offer someone a rental with a cracked windshield? After our refusal, they give her a car with stains all over the seats. Yes, I took pictures if anyone cares. I could not believe it. My daughter had to get to work so she had to take it. Her car was not repaired in time to return to lot by Friday closing so I was charged for the weekend including the holiday since they were closed, They text me a survey and I entered the same information with a request for local employee to contact me. I feel we should have received some kind of discount for the stained seats, Still no return call. They need o be shut down or fined for the way they are running this business, read more

I was rented a car through my insurance company. It is the worst! It smells so bad. I noticed it smelled bad when I picked it up. I should have complained, but I was late for work. There is a hint of coverup deodorizer, but the stench of vomit or something like old cheese permeates this car. It's winter and I have to drive with the windows down. When I called to complain I was told, "due to the supply shortage of rental cars and their quick turn around, their cars are being used at a high volume". They couldn't do anything about it. I called my insurer and they told me to drop it off. So, tomorrow it goes back arrange a rental with someone else. Literally, the smelliest car I've ever been inside. Awful experience. read more

The transaction still cost more than my original reservation, however, $20 instead of $240 is much better. The transaction required only 10 minutes of my time and allows me to enjoy my two week vacation in Pittsburgh and I didn't have to change cars. Thank Yo for your time and efforts!!! i received a rental car from moon twp pa enterprise threw someone else's insurance that hit me from the back. first they didnt have a car to match my full size i turned in to get fizxed despite the reservation being established two weeks in advance threw an insurance agent. upon the return of my vehicle they charged my debit card without my knowledge despite the others persons insurance company footing the bill, i have had this problem several times before of them charging my debit card without my consent!!!!!! moon twp eneterprise has & always will have terrible customer service their manager "dylan is very rude as well not appropriate when you're upper management they never have the cars you reserve an they are not willing to accomidate you for their mastakes!!!!! stay clear of enterprise the are crooks & should be put out of business read more

Employees are nice enough. Office is clean. Would not recommend if you're in a hurry. Asked to leave luggage in office to check out car and told to bring it with me. Got to car and informed it had to be cleaned yet so trudged all the way back and waited. Appreciate cleanliness for sure but kind of annoying when you're pressed for time. Apparently it's a thing at this enterprise. Another couple having to wait for their car to be cleaned as well. Travelled to Florida a week ago and had to rent. Took a total of 5 minutes from walking to the counter to grabbing a clean car and getting off the lot. read more

The check out clerk was more interested in her iPhone than providing customer service and had a terrible attitude. The car we were given had smelled like vomit and had dried vomit all over the gear shift. Fruit had been left to rot in the glove compartment. There was a cleaning checklist hanging from the rear view mirror signed by 2 associates. Not sure what they cleaned, but it wasn't the car; probably their iPhone screens. Edit 5/2/2017 The day I picked up the car, I called the customer service hotline with my concerns. I was told by the representative that I would receive a call from the regional manager. I never received that call; instead I was contacted several days later by the branch manager. I spoke to the branch manager around 2 weeks ago. He was more concerned with the checkout clerk's performance than the biohazard that was left in the car. I was told I would get a partial refund. Well, it's been two weeks and I have not received it. Honestly, not getting a full refund is ridiculous. This particular Enterprise location is top notch. I rent a vehicle about once a month for work and each time the staff helped me figure out which rate was the best deal. Sometimes we opted for the Corporate rate and sometimes it made sense to upgrade to unlimited mileage, no matter which they always helped me do the math to figure it out. All the vehicles I've rented there have been pretty much new, including one that I received with only 13 miles on it! read more

Returned car with depleted gas tank (couldn't get the darn tank open at the gas station in the dead of winter, there was just too much friggin' ice around the door). They overcharged on purpose for that, but I'm fairly certain that is par for the course at rental places, so I'm not going to hold a grudge for that. Cost $58 to refill a tiny car. They offered to lower the bill to $37 if I said they gave good service. I pointed out that this was somewhat disingenuous, albeit not the customer service guy's fault, at which point he screamed at me for 20 straight seconds before saying, in a voice seething with anger, that the policy "was just the way the cookie crumbles". After that, he then said, "so... do you think I gave good service?" At this point I realized two things. The first was that my only two options were to swallow my pride and give the humongous prick what he wanted, or throw away $21 for a self-aggrandizing bit of posturing. The second was that I would never, as long as I lived, go back to this branch of Enterprise, or to any other. If a customer service rep feels entitled to verbally abuse you at any point during a transaction, the place of business sucks. read more

UPDATE! Please read my first review. My original incident with Enterprise Moon Township Pennsylvania was when they called the police on me for no reason and left me stranded. The problem was I was trying to use my debit card and they were asking me verification questions, once I completed the verification process the questions continued. They also put me on the do not rent list and long story short after I spoke to Harley Taylor (area manager) he was supposed to remove me off of the do not rent list. About a year and a half later which is 3-2021 I made arrangements to rent a car at Houston Texas Airport. Long story short after waiting in line for an hour, they brung me a car, I put my luggage and my headphones in the trunk of the car. After I showed them my license for a second time I was told I was on the do not rent list and to remove my belongings from the car. Long story short I was told to call the corporate number because I have an email stating that I should not be on the do not rent list. After getting the runaround for over a hour I was told to call the area manager. Took about another half an hour just to reach him. The end result is I did not get a rental car. For the second time I was left stranded in a foreign state with no way to get to my destinations. After about three hours of my time being wasted at the airport trying to get a rental car from enterprise I had to call Lyft. The end result is my local Enterprise which is a Moon Township Pennsylvania gave me the runaround. Although the area manager is a good dude he also gave me the runaround about exactly who his upper superiors were. Long story short I ended up calling a different store and speaking to a manager who was very professional and gave me all the information I needed. In the end I ended up speaking to Sean Devlin. He was very apologetic and he compensated me to make the situation right. Much thanks to Sean. If you want to file a complaint good luck calling corporate. They also give you the runaround. After calling them four days in a row I still never heard back from anyone. That is why I called another store to get information. I just felt like I had to continue to tell my truth. Excellent service! I recently rented a passenger van to take my whole family to dinner and a concert. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Ariella and she assured me the van would be ready in a few minutes. When the van was brought around it was freshly washed and smelled brand new. I may have waited ten minutes and the whole time Ariella apologized for the wait which was nothing. The other young man on duty asked me about the concert and if I had any questions. Ariella even gave me her card in case I had any problems. Excellent customer service which is somewhat rare these days! read more

Absolute worst experience ever. If I could give no stars I would! From the time we arrived, this place was an utter disappointment. We attempted to pay with my credit card, but the associate actually put the card through twice, so it was declined. I called my credit card company on the spot and they told me the double charge prevented it from going through. We paid for the gas upfront. When we returned the car, they attempted to charge us for the gas that we paid for when we picked up the car. I took our EZ pass so we would not incur tolls, yet somehow they charged my card (remember, the one that they attempted to charge twice) $4.75. I emailed to complain and received a call back from the manager. After leaving 4 text messages on 4 different dates, and after being assured that the charge would be reversed, it was not. Stay away from this place!!!!! Worst car rental agency in town. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. read more

I recently rented from Enterprise on University Blvd. By far, their prices were better than the airport, and you are not going to find a better staff! I found out that I needed to be on the road earlier than expected. Not only did they give me the car the night before, they offered to pick me up. I scheduled a pickup at 8:30 from a dealership maybe 3 minutes drive time from the Enterprise. At 3:45 I called and someone was there at around 3:52. The car hadn't been washed or vacuumed so it faintly smelled of smoke and was covered in dust, dirt and pollen all the way around. You could see hand prints in it from where the employee closed the door. On the way to the branch (again 3 minutes away by car tops) the employees phone rang and she answered it, not by the cars sync system but manually and sat there until blocking cars behind us u till she was finished with her phone call. Inside the branch they were horribly unprofessional asking with attitude if they ever picked up that 8:30 ( me), laughing about missing other reservations and at an elderly man that called in trying to get picked up. They didn't take me to inspect the car at all just told me to sign and I could go. As someone that used to work for enterprise I know this is not how things are supposed to go. Now I am late for work and have to drive around in a dirty car until mine is repaired. I won't be dealing with this branch in the future if I can help it. read more

Have been renting cars here for 9 years for business and pleasure. A month ago went to rent and was told can't use my credit card because it didn't have my name on it and had been using for the past 9 years. Then I was told that there is a deposit which I have never paid in all those years. The customer service has not been nice lately and my car is never ready even thought they have more then a week on a reservation. Shame they changed managers. Unfortunately my car has needed repairs at the body shop next to the Moon Township Enterprise location. I have rented from them each time. The other day I rented a small SUV. The next day I called to tell them that I was not comfortable driving the car. They were extremely accommodating! They put me into another car immediately. I can't say enough about the staff there. First time renting a car, worst customer service experience I have ever encountered! Made reservation, waiting almost an hour to get the vehicle... we never inspected the car I suppose because they were slammed and the weather was terrible. Upon me returning the car called to make appointment in hopes of not taking so long, also took over an hour, to which the girl behind the desk nonchalantly accused me of wrecking the car (without even looking at it)! I was mortified. Then she called me a liar and demanded a $500 payment! I called my insurance company apparently this happens a lot with enterprise (State Farm will no longer use them due to this) they advised I absolutely not give her anything. She was so rude, even other customers jumped in because of how she was treating me. When I asked to speak to someone in charge he young man standing right next to her (who had let this go on for almost an hour) was like what's the problem!?
