    Matthew & the other guy were great . I accidentally made my reservation to the wrong location and they were able to change my reservation to this Novato location without any hassle. My insurance is paying part of the rental coverage and I'm paying the difference so I really appreciated there service. Also, they helped me lift my heavy car seat and carried it to the car so I could easily set up my daughter's car seat. Thanks for letting me rent your car!

She couldn't take the time to look up my vehicle in their system and tell me what was covered with this service plan based on my mileage. Nevermind that i have been taking my car there for years so that info should be easily accessible. Instead, she transferred me to voicemail. I left multiple voicemails, never got a single call back. Finally called and asked to speak to a supervisor, only to get yet another voicemail box. This one was completely full so I was unable to leave a voicemail. WOW. This is the worse service I have ever received at any Toyota and I have been a Toyota customer for decades. I ended up going to Hansel in Petaluma which was a great experience. Even though I had never been there and I wasn't in their computer, they were able to tell me what was included before i came in. They told me how much it would cost and scheduled me in the next day. Everybody was super nice and it's an overall much nicer dealership. I recommend anyone reading this ditch Novato Toyota and go to Hansel in Petaluma!

Yes, Blake's does great body work, but customer service is everything, especially when dealing with a stressful car accident. I have four teenagers and unfortunately this means I've used Blake's more times than I can count. Each time I have asked to deal with Troy, because I know he will do his best to fix the situation with as less stress on me as the customer as possible. I have also referred many friends, who have all been completely satisfied. Here is an example of why I will always be a customer as long as Troy is there. After I returned home with my last car repair, a couple pieces were loose. I came back to the shop a couple weeks later on a weekend to see if they could fix the problem. An older gentlemen came out and actually hinted to the fact that it may have been something I did. I said to myself "really, on the exact panel that was just repaired". I was actually thinking that if this isn't resolved I might have to change shops. Anyway, I asked him when Troy would be in and returned later. As usual, Troy was amazing!! He took a look, apologized, ordered the part and fixed everything without any hesitation. This guy is the real deal. Very hard to find in this day and age. 5 stars for the work and the honesty and integrity to stand behind their repairs.
