Everything from making sure they got me in the right car for my insurance, working with me to make sure I was comfortable, providing me with a charger when the Bluetooth system wasn't working for the GPS. I recently took a few days off and thought I'd rent a car. I looked in yelp to read a few reviews and chose this location. The reviews were a little better than others close to me in Maryland. I had previously made a reservation in Alexandria but they don't allow you to park your car there overnight so I had to find a place closer to Uber too. I called and told them the situation and when I showed up the process was simple to transfer my reservation. The two people I met with picking up and dropping off were pleasant and helpful. They got me in the car quick and ready to go. So for me from my experience I'd use this location again. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendly attitudes of the employees at this Enterprise location. I only learned of this location being referred by my insurance company for a rental car. Mike and the rest of the staff were nice and accommodating. I did not experience a wait time picking up the vehicle or dropping the vehicle back off; they even gave me a ride home! Let me first take a moment to commend Leonard and Jerria for their extreme patience and professionalism when dealing with disgruntled customers. This older woman comes in and screaming and demanding they break the rules for her particular situation, and they kindly let her know the company policies and refused to allow her insults to force them to engage in a back and forth. Kudos to them. They also handled mildy disgruntled guest with grace as the issues that these people had was out of their control. They both were very knowledgeable and friendly in their delivery even if it was inconvenient to the guest. My experience at this enterprise location in temple hills was great. Leonard took the time to explain my payment options as I didn't know they only took chip cards and allowed for me to come back with the correct payment method. After I finished paying Jerria took me out to my rental and explained everything while giving me the walk around. She also handled the walk around when I returned the vehicle and answered my questions as far as tolls and what not. They were both very helpful and professional. I rented a car while my car was being worked on(garage) 1 mile away. I opted for the cheapest one and found they had not removed the Nissan door seal stickers(dealer prep bypassed maybe?). I made a comment the employee found the interior smelled of smoke and he upgraded me to a Jeep Patriot. I was thrilled. I was scheduled to rent for 3 day but added another day. The last day the price jumped from $40ish per day to $70 thursday-friday. The staff is extremely friendly, but I will probably not return because it took over 30 minutes for them to take me to the garage 1 mile away. I thought they would help me out since I brought the car back 4 hours early. I was late for work so not again. read more

Let me start off by saying the staff is always very cordial... never have a complaint with them. I generally use this car rental company because their location is really convenient for me. The only reason why they didn't get a better rating with me is because they don't ever have a variety of vehicles. So if you need to get one that is bigger than standard (SUV or VAN) then you will have to try to call well in advanced or go to the one in Regan Airport (like I end up doing). read more

I rented vehicles from this location on back-to-back weekends in June. I have to commend the employees at this location. They were very professional, curteous, and just an overall pleasure encounter. I don't remember her name, but I think she was a manager, but the way she handled a customer who was being extremely rude and impatient was nothing short of praise worthy. The only thing preventing me from giving this location 5-stars, is the wait time. They use a sign-in sheet and their appears to always be at least 7-10 customers waiting. While the friendliness and pleasantries are nice, they need to have more of a sense of urgency in getting customers in and out. read more

My first time using the Enterprise at Oxen Hill and overall, it was a pleasant experience! I had formerly stopped using Enterprise and returned "home" after a horrible run with Budget. On this business/leisure trip we needed to drive from National City to Wilmington and went in on a Friday morning to get our car. The store was PACKED, our pick up was late but he was so kind and it was his first day, and the wait was super, super long. BUT, in spite of all of that, the wonderful customer service, the willingness of management to offer us a better deal and the general friendliness of the staff took the edge off the long wait. I would note as well that this location did not have large variety of cars to choose from - that was a bit disappointing. I would use this location again, our experience was really good! read more

I have avoided this particular enterprise like the plague because of their horrible service. I will go out of my way just to not deal with them. Enterprise will pick you up is a joke when it comes to this store. Because they don't and when you call, hold times are upwards of 30 mins and then the famous Hangup. I will never rent here again. The people were real nice and professional, but the vehicle I rented should have not been available for anyone to rent. The car was dirty and full of smoke. The smoke smell was so overwhelming we were tempted to take the car back, but we really needed it to get to work. When I called to ask for assistance, none was offered. When I brought the car back, the representative denied that the car smelt like smoke. read more

Great service. Professional, polite service. Minor dings in the car before I completed the rental process, but the rep fully explained how wear and tear is normal. Car was nice, but the cleaning crew needs to check all compartments for trash. I didn't have to return the Car to the office; they picked it up at my car's repair shop. We rented a car from this site while vacationing in July. Staff were courteous and efficient. When we returned the car the staff remembered what our plans were and inquired about how everything went. I had a terrible experience with this rental agency during a stay at the Gaylord National Hotel. They promise prompt pickup and a quick drive to their nearby agency. I reserved a day ahead for a pickup at 5 pm. The driver showed up at 5:30 in a car with no Enterprise identification, didn't announce himself, and pulled up on the far side of the parking lot for a nap. After several calls the the agency we found him and I was underway 45 minutes late. I missed the planned engagement with my son. read more

Staff very pleasant. Got a really good price on-line when I made my reservation. HOWEVER, the place is understaffed. I went twice. Once to pick up the car and it took 30 minutes. Then to return it took over 40 minutes. I just wanted to drop the keys and leave but knew I shouldn't. They really need to get more staff because this is such a busy location. read more
