My experience with the Parker location was excellent. I was treated poorly and overcharged by the Enterprise Denver Airport location - the Parker location quickly acknowledged my concerns and rectified the problems getting me into a vehicle and on my way to enjoy my vacation and son's wedding. Stephanie Otalora, Management Assistant is truly an asset to the company. All future trips to CO (and there will be many), will start at the Parker location! I rented a car through this branch from my insurance company and unfortunately, this branch doesn't communicate well at all. When I initially arrived to pick up my appointed reservation on time, they said they still had to clean the car. It was nearly an hour late! A week later, someone had hit me in an accident and damaged the vehicle to the point a door was lodged closed, and enterprise made little to zero effort exchanging the vehicle after I'd asked them twice! Meanwhile they're charging me without notification and no call backs whatsoever. If you want a good experience here, you got to do the footwork. They don't meet you halfway. EDIT: 2 weeks after this review, Enterprise still hadn't contacted me after I had emailed them immediately after the above review. They also continued to charge my account without my authorization. I had to drive up to the branch myself and see what was going on and there was one person working and a whole lot of customers waiting for service. Once I had finally gotten the car exchanged after an entire month, they attempted to charge me the full amount for the new car! Mind you they let me drive around town in a 3 door car and a messed up headlight for a month! Not only that, they charged me 75 dollars on a Sunday for nothing they can even figure out! Yet I sent them a screenshot of the charge from my bank! This is the worst rental experience I've ever had! read more

New management is difficult to work with. They did not communicate well with insurance co or myself. Car was not ready and they wound up giving me a car with 3/4 tank of gas and said return it the same way. It was returned with a full tank. Nearly 3 months after returning, there is a charge for $385. Tried calling and got either mail box is full or mail box is not set up. Never a person. Turned out it was for the car insurance and $4.19 for gas!! ($4.99 is what they charge for a gallon) The insurance company had to send me a check to make it right. The Enterprise charge is just plain petty, not even a whole gallon of gas. read more

All I can say is Will makes it happen. I took my car in for a repair and Will picked me up at the shop and took me back to the Enterprise office to select my car. Once selected we did the walk around to ensure all damage ( there was none) was dully noted. But wait there is more. This is the worst damn place to rent a car. NEVER EVER COME HERE. Made a mistake of renting one time here for a minivan for a family road trip and when I arrived they didn't have it. Had to drive to another enterprise to pick it up. Today I went to rent a car for another road trip and had scheduled pick up at 12:00 and showed up at 12:04 and was told they would not rent because they close at noon and keys were locked. My car reservation pick up time was 12:30. I called to let them know I was running late in a meeting. Talk about rude and ill prepared to handle customers. The woman told me #1 The car I requested 1 week ago is not available; I'm told over the phone. Really? It was available when I booked it. #2 I was told don't come until after 4, so had I not called what was your game plan? Have me sit here until you figured it out? #3 I arrived at 4:04 and an hour later I still don't have a car. Enterprise, your a great big company, why can't you deliver what you promise? My husband and I experienced horrible customer service at this Enterprise location. When we walked around the car for the first inspection, the employee said she was looking for scratches and dents. She didn't check for hail damage. And we didn't think to look for it. The insurance company that was covering our claim extended our rental time as they were not finished processing the claim When we turned the car in. A different employee checked for damage. He grabbed a light blocking shield for windshields . We weren't sure why. He came in and demanded us to give him the deductible for our insurance. We asked why and he said we were responsible for the hail damage. He took us out to show us and used the shield to block the sunlight reflecting on the car (It was white). There were a few dimples on the top. He said the trunk had some and I checked. There were none on the trunk. During our first inspection before we rented the car, the employee didn't use the light blocking shield. She didn't even look for hail damage , and we didn't think to. As we have always had good experiences with Enterprise. We told this man we would wait and speak with the manager. She repeated a damand for our deductable. We told her we hadn't had any hail where we lived. She said the radio report said there was some hail in Parker. We questioned our neighbors when we got home. They agreed there was no hail at our condos the night before. We also checked the other cars that had been in our parking lot the night before. There was NO hail damage on any of them. The manager then called us and said she was charging us for an extra day . Even though an extension was approved by the Insurance company. It is also a policy for Enterprise to offer their insurance. The didn't offer us any. The person doing the paperwork just said, "Do you plan on using your insurance?" So we said yes. We are sure the light hail damage was on the car when we rented it. It didn't occur to me to scrutinize the car during the inspection. I also didn't like that the start of the conversation was, "You need to give us your insurance deduction now". The manager and male employee were rude, argumentative, and pushy. I would recommend you DON'T USE THIS ENTERPRISE rental place in Parker. If you do video you first inspection . Or you will get stuck footing the bill for damage you didn't do. read more

My wife and I the past two days had to rent a car to cover while our car was in for major repair. As an Enterprise member, I had reserved an SUV, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they didn't have any available. Capri the new manager immediately got an SUV from the closest Enterprise. It took awhile for the car to come down and get cleaned, so for the wait, my first day was comped! The entire staff was great, especially Dale when I returned the car. So, they gave us a mini van for the day, the next day they said they will not give us an SUV and we were stuck with the mini van. They wouldn't even let us know if a SUV came in and would not drop it off to us, 2 miles away. Not all the employees were terrible, just Dale, the manager. Renee was really friendly, while communicating and coordinating with me initially to ensure we were on the same page with the repair shop. Which made the experience less stressful. Maddie was friendly as well and picked me up from the repair shop upon drop off and went over the rental policies. The car was clean and in good condition. Do not rent with this company. I have attempted a rental 2 difference occasions and both times - I get a call 8 am the day of renting to say they do not have a car. There are few times in my life when I feel that I am dealing with dishonest people. This was one. Enterprise claims hail damage when there was no hail. Then, rather than deal with me in a open manner it was, sorry you can't see the car to see what the damage we see. Sorry, the car was repaired. You came too late to see the damage but trust us; it was bad. Why would you want to know how much the damage will cost? We will work it out with your insurance company. Don't worry, it is only your money that Enterprise is after. It's not like you are a bad person. My advice: Take pictures of every inch of the vehicle before and after the rental or else Enterprise will claim you damaged their vehicle. I rented a car from the Parker, CO location, well the inspection was super fast and i did walked around as well and everything was fine. when i return the car they try to blame me for a dent in the passenger side which i didn't do, after almost 2 months i receive a phone call asking me rudely how do i want to pay for the damage, i did everything i could and talk to everyone and NO ONE was able to find what happen to the car i have rented, blame me again and now i have to pay over a grand for something i did not do. I have used this location several times over the last couple of years and have always been very happy with my transactions here. I've never had any trouble; the staff is always courteous and competent. If I'm planning on renting a car, not that there are whole lot of options in the area, I try this place first. The only reason I have ever not used this location is due to them not being open or something, which is not something they can help. I only wish they would change their phone number because I often get phone calls at home from people wanting to get 'picked up' since my home number is only a digit off from theirs! read more

Avoid this location! I've used Enterprise for 20+ years, never once had a single complaint until now. Returned a vehicle with no damage, walked around it upon return with a "rep", was verbally told all is good. A week later I get notified by their Damage Recovery Unit. They claim there is damage to the car. Thinking this must be a mistake, I stopped by the location in Parker where we rented the car from and returned it to. The "rep" that checked the car back in LIED directly to me and to my wife and we caught him in his lie! We have full insurance coverage on 4 vehicles, a small deductible, and I would have no problem paying for any damage, had we caused any! DO NOT use this location. They are scammers. First red flag should have been how pushy they were to sign up for their insurance. 2nd red flag should have been a "deposit" I had to leave and subsequently have not gotten back. read more

I've been in a couple car emergency jams and this Enterprise location has always been very helpful, even without a reservation. The staff is always friendly, shakes your hand and looks you in the eye when talking to you. The cars are not the best, but you're paying about half of what Hertz charges, and this place picks you up and drops you off - that is easily the best feature Enterprise has if you ask me. read more

I had a great experience at this location!! The staff (a girl and two guys) were funny and welcoming. Everything went smooth. Easy check-in and check-out. When we picked up our rental there was maybe two cars in the lot, and when we returned our car the lot was overflowing. Would definitely rent from them again. They will of course try to sell you on insurance, etc. But every rental car company does that. There was no line at pickup or drop off and I was in and out both times in about 5 minutes. read more

The call center never informed me there may not be vehicles available. I arrived at the location and was told they were all out and I needed to go to another location which was 16 miles away. They were sold out till Monday. Saying it as if I should know better. The location blamed the call center and the call center blamed the location. The call center informed me that the location was suppose to call me and tell me if they didn't have anything available and that the reservation is sent instantly. The reservation was sent at 3:06 which gave them almost an hour to inform me they didn't have a vehicle. Had I been told all this at 3:00pm I would need to drive to any other location, I could have planned ahead. Its very bad customer service When a company blames other parts of a company. Kapri helped me so much in arranging an all wheel drive car. It seemed they were out of them but Kapri didn't give up. She must have pulled every string she had and found one for me. I didn't mind the wait, it was worth it. Kapri ran the office like she was directing an Orchestra. She knew exactly who to help next without a sign in sheet or take a number. I was in an accident 9/25/2017 and needed a rental car asap, I made the reservation through the 1-800 number and I was under 21 and the lady I talked to was totally fine with me rental a large SUV since thats what I drive, and she told me it was totally fine I would just have to pay the difference, once I got there the manager trainee - Kelsey was there and was dealing with her, well I got a large SUV - a chevy suburban. Well after returning it and getting by car back I started to notice things wrong with it, well I called Enterprise and was told by the "assistant manager" I cant rent that car anymore since I wasn't 21 yet, well why did you let me rent if I couldn't.
