I had a horrible experience here because of the assistant manager Colton. When I came to return the rental car, he told me that he could not give me a ride back to my house. I asked him why not and he told me that it was further than they're allowed to go, the problem is this is where they picked up so he told me they were willing to pick me up so I can get the rental but I would have to ride back if I wanted one. The most unhelpful location. I was a victim of a car accident and had to get a rental while my car was repaired. First, they said I was not allowed to request an all wheel drive car during the Colorado winter. They said the best they could do was ensure I had snow tires. My current car has AWD, so that was the bare minimum I should have been given. Second, I had to talk to a manager to even ensure my voice and concerns were heard. Third, when I finally am able to pick up a car that is safe enough for me, they did not accept my Colorado digital ID. Tyrese's co worker seemed to think my digital ID was sufficient, but Tyrese wanted to call his manager. Avoid this unorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent location. Wow, Jordan might be one of the best rental car people I've ever seen. He remained calm and professional when surrounded by a seemingly endless nightmare of customers and corporate shenanigans. Presidents weekend, no cars in the majority of Denver. I'd previously reserved a car many days ahead from Hertz, Gold Member, they called and said they were all out of cars the day before pickup regardless of the reservation. Unbeknownst to us they also cancelled our reservation without notice. I called maybe 10 other places in north Denver and the airport are all out, and to add to that their websites and general corporate customer phone lines falsely tell people there are cars on site for rent. This leads to a nightmare of over booking. Something. Is. Wrong. With. The. Denver. Car. Rental. Industry. I have a family with kids who need the car for our vacation, Denver is a lot of driving and it's about 40 degrees outside. Here comes Jordan, I call and speak to him directly and am shocked he is able to get me a car. I had pretty much given up hope of finding a car and so having our vacation pretty much ruined. He is very good and tells me the difficult circumstances he has to navigate to get me the car and the exact time to come so he doesn't give it away. I show up at that time and he actually has the car there! He is very professional very nice even when I see some of the other customers aren't being as polite. He was also genuinely trying to move things along quickly. Vacation saved. I've travelled many years for work all around the country and can only recall a few people who have hustle like this guy. They are not "open and ready to serve you." Went directly through the Enterprise site, which listed probably 20 different car types available at this location. Rented a car for my spouse for pick up later in the afternoon. Received a phone call shortly thereafter stating that they "have no cars available, completely sold out for the next week," and also that "We've had a ton of recent hailstorms and had to get all our cars out of this area." I searched a hailstorm history site, see no recent hailstorms in their area. I'm sure if they ever have cars available, they are great - but judging from all these 1 star reviews, I would not be correct. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I just needed a car for one day. It was 27 bucks. Good start. I was a few blocks away at the Subaru dealer getting service, no problem, they came and picked me up very promptly (which was important since I was on my way to work). Got to enterprise, and they told me that they actually picked me up in my rental. So a quick signature and check of the car and I was on my way. Nice. All in all the process of waiting for the pickup, signing for it, and being on my way was maybe 10 minutes. When I finally dropped my car off at the end of the day, it was after hours, and I didn't want to walk back to the dealership, so I just left the car at subaru overnight, forgetting to tell enterprise about this. Woops... They called me the next checking on what was going on. I called back, expecting to be yelled at and charged and extra day for such thoughtlessness... but they just said "we won't charge you, no problem, we'll go get the car. All we really care about is that you had a good experience" Wow. Enterprise should train other companies in quality customer service. read more

Wow, total corporate scammers. The young automatons at this location filed a claim against me for invisible, phantom hail damage. I could not see it. I took pics to document and it still is not visible! Rented a car 8/26 and returned it 9/3. During that time it did not leave Denver...I checked multiple weather records and hail in Denver was last recorded 8/21, 5 days before I rented the car. Did a little more internet research and found a local news article about a false hail damage claim made against a customer in Denver a few months before from another local Enterprise location. Seems to be a corporate strategy... Right now I am waiting for the coming insurance fight...who has time for this BS?? Do not rent here or or from Enterprise. read more

We had the worst service at this location, we got a rental because our vehicle had a recall, we hardly drove the rental maybe twice in a week, we returned it thinking it was all good as my husband it dropped off. Later I got a call from one of the employees accusing us that we were responsible for a Crack on the windshield and to provide them with our insurance policy, I then ask her to provide me with before and after pictures she took down my info and told me that management were gonna sent them, we have not gotten nothing. They inspected the vehicle as my husband dropped it off, from what I know they opened a claim and we have no evidence that there was any Crack on the windshield. geeez what a way to make easy money read more

This place is terrible, I would rather go without a vehicle even if insurance is paying. They go out of their way to take advantage of you. First off they were pretty vague in the explanation of the extra insurance you can purchase and failed to mention it was 12/day so I got charged $430, they also fail to mention their rules with the vehicle like how I can't have my dog in the vehicle and proceed to tell me it'll be $250 to clean it because of a little dog hair, ended up taking the car to clean it myself which was $9. Then they try and say they need to file a claim for a tiny dot of a chip on the windshield when we were told that nothing smaller than the size of a quarter would be my responsibility. I don't understand how these things aren't just part of their rental fees that should cover cleaning or tiny chips from driving around town. After reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one who was upset with their experience. Also I heard them speaking with other customers and how they were going to charge them $62 a day for a compact vehicle when the enterprise on Leetsdale quoted $40 something a day for the same thing. Then offered to find a car at three times the original rate. They never called me back. The national office was no help either. The first car I got from you was 2 years old but had paper tags for some reason. I didn't realize till later that day the paper tags were 3 days expired. I had to go back and get a different car for the next day. Sure you gave me a nicer car but it's ridiculous to be given a car with expired tags from a rental car company. read more

It's a tale of two worlds here.. The car was spot on fabulous and the front end of the experience was incredible, easy, no issues, and a great deal for the time we were out...5 star all around . Returning the car though was another story. I was treated very rudely by the employees there (full disclosure, I was a bit upset myself after their initial interactions with me and that clouded things). One employee (tall caucasian gentleman with dark hair was on the phone while I was returning car. Tried to pay with cash, and was rather rudely told that they didn't accept cash. when I pointed out the lack of notice of this, the guy on the phone gave me a look and rudely pointed to the front desk top There WAS a notice there, of a policy that had changed WHILE WE WERE OUT WITH THE RENTAL. THERE WAS NO WAY TO HAVE KNOWN about the policy. Luckily I had the ability to add cash to my debit card... tall guy could have cared less bout customers. the other employee took an "extra long" look at my car when he went out to look at the return (I followed him, didn't want something to all of a sudden 'pop up' as an issue)... before returning.. in the end? great on the front end- make sure they don't change policies on you in the meantime about returns or neglect to inform you that things may change.... Will I rent from Enterprise again? Absolutely... will I rent from THIS satellite location? That's a little more questionable- I think it's staff dependent, because the people there when I returned my car were enough to make it a possible deal breaker... read more

A real great place if you like being left to scramble to find another car rental company the day you are supposed to pick up the car! Reserved a full size car for a trip to Kansas City with the family. Got a call around 10am on pick up day. Turns out they don't have any full size cars available, but they car guarantee me a compact car. I told them there was no way that would work because I was taking the whole family. She basically said too bad and wanted to know if I wanted the compact. I asked if they wanted to upgrade me to a larger vehicle or refer me to another location in the area, but that didn't seem to interest her. Despite starting off w/ quite a few mixups due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer service at this location is top notch!! The staff was welcoming & friendly from the moment I walked in... greeting & complimentary, as well. And nothing beats both of those when your day isn't going as planned. =) Anyhoo... I needed a vehicle that was large enough to accommodate a large wheelchair, and both Laura and Nicole went the extra mile to knock out any hurdles that may have popped up along the way!! Both are extremely gifted in their perspective roles and absolutely pay attention to the smallest of details, which in my instance - are the ones that mattered the most. I had to switch out cars, and each time I had to return to the Enterprise office, I received the same A-1 service all the way around. This experience started off as a business transaction, but the compassion displayed to both me along the way made it seem much more than that. They put the needs of their customers as a priority & do what's necessary to elevate the bar even higher. I truly can't say enough great things about this office/staff. I couldn't find a place on the enterprise site to recognize employees so I'm going here. Jackie and Terrance were so helpful yesterday when my fiancee and I rented a car. They were very friendly and helped us get the car we needed. We already had a rental from Hertz which was way overpriced. We needed an "all-wheel drive" vehicle for the snow/ice road conditions for our ski trip to keystone so we had to rent a second car. We went to Hertz to switch vehicles and their prices were outrageous; so we left and came here. We were so glad we did. We had a better car at a cheaper price and we will come to enterprise from now on. read more

I recently rented a cargo van from Enterprise. Abbegail was great to work with. There were a couple of glitches encountered with the rental of the van....but she made everything right and gave me a percentage off for any inconvenience I encountered. Avoid getting picked up by these guys at all costs! I made an appointment to be picked up at 4:15 pm for one day and after waiting for 45 minutes past the appointment time, I called them to find out if my ride was on its way. From the way they responded to my question, it seemed like they had forgotten to send someone to pick me up. They promptly told me that they will send me another car and it would only be a few minutes longer and the driver would call when they were getting here. Another 45 minutes pass without out a phone call and I had finally decided that they weren't coming. Thus, resulting in me having to walk home in the rain. It wasn't until close to 6:00, almost 2 hours after my original appointment time, that I was called by the driver, informing me that he was at the pickup location. I had to tell him that I would not be riding with him as I was already gone and that I had waited close to 2 hour to be picked up. I was told he was stuck in traffic, but if that was the case I really would have appreciated being informed that they would be extremely late. Traffic was definitely a possibility due to rush hour traffic, I don't think traveling from Arapahoe to Lincoln would have garnered an hour travel time... I don't know how their car rental services are, but if you need to get there, avoid their pickup service. They won't pick you up in an reasonable amount of time. You would have better luck getting a cab or a friend. read more

No Integrity! Poor Customer Service! Chose Enterprise for my car rental based on a few criteria. I had a 3rd party reimbursing my rental costs for a 4 month period and one of my criteria in choosing the rental company was to get the customer points we receive after the rental term ends. I chose Enterprise, because their customer reps, yes multiple reps (4 of them), told both my wife and I we would get all of the points for this rental and even stated it with enthusiasm knowing the huge amount we were talking about. They even coordinated directly with the third party to arrange the rental having full knowledge of what they were telling me. I just received a 0 point email statement from Enterprise. When I inquired, they elevated me to a supposed regional manager. The manager stated their policy is not to give points to a renter when a third party pays for it. Tell me this after you get my business, but not before (Integrity?) To add fuel to the fire, she offered me a measly 10% or free upgrade on my next rental. (Customer Service?) Really!!!!!! Keep it! Worst experience ever. Another review below talks about experience similar to mine where manager Bryce claimed the vehicle was damaged upon return. It was NOT damaged and was definitely not damaged while I had the vehicle!!!! Never return your vehicle to this location. They're dishonest and causing me sooo much grief and heartache. Nothing makes me more angry than dishonest people. I received a $917 bill for supposed "multiple dents on roof" after the vehicle barely being driven, no visible dents, and no rain let alone hail during entire rental. I had not been offered a ladder to insect the roof upon rental or return. Photos show zero dents. My insurance was never given any opportunity to look at the vehicle. Totally wrong!!! Do not, and I repeat DO NOT ever return a car to this location after hours. It is a car dealership and there is not a secure lot for returns. You return your keys to a drop box. I returned a rental I had picked up in a different state to this location on a Sunday evening at 5PM, after hours. On Tuesday at 12:20 in the afternoon (43 hours later), I receive a call from this location that the car was returned with "severe" damage. There was NO damage to the car when I returned it and of course there is no proof of this - their word against mine. By the time I received the call, the car was already at the body shop being repaired. I was not aware of the this "alleged" damage that I supposedly caused until 43 hours after the fact. I was not allowed to view the damages or see pictures. They did not allow my insurance company to send an adjuster to view the damage before the body shop began work. This is required by my insurance company. When asked why it took so long to receive a call about the damage, I was told by the manager, Bryce, that he couldn't find the keys in the drop box and that was the only way he could retrieve any info about the car. He eventually "found" the keys "stuck" in the lock box but it was 7 at night and he didn't want to call "that late". Now I am being held liable for damages that I did not cause. The entire process seems incredibly shady and underhanded. The employees at this location were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They basically called me a liar, telling me I lied about the damage I caused. I CAUSED NO DAMAGE TO THIS CAR. MY KIDS (10 AND 13 YEARS OLD) WERE WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE WHEN WE RETURNED THIS CAR!! I had the car for about 27 hours. Granted, I was EXTREMELY upset when dealing with these employees, Jeffery and the manager, Bryce. I had requested information in writing. They would not give it to me stating that I could contact the enterprise I rented from (in another state) and I could email the place where they sent the car to get a report. Jeffery said he would email the contact info and claimed he did not have my email, even though the company had sent me an email when I received the car and they entered my email into the system. I spelled out my email to Jeffery and he said he would send me an email with the contact info. Two hours after that, there was still no email. He claimed he was "busy" but would send it. Hours later, still no email so I spoke with Bryce, the manager and he said he would send me the email by 7PM that evening. By 7AM the next day, there was STILL no email. When I contacted Jeffery again the next day, he said he did say he was going to send me an email and I was "putting words in his mouth". He told me that I needed to contact the branch I rented from. When I again asked him for this, his comment was "I have never lived in NM or worked in NM and I don't have that information" When I told him this was HIS company and he should be able to get me this info, he threatened to hang up on me. These two employees were so incredibly rude and not helpful in the least. They were not willing to give me any information about the supposed damage I caused . So now, I am literally stuck and have nowhere to turn. I have not been given any options or information and now this "damaged" car is being repaired before I could see it or any adjuster. Again, the entire process seems shady and the employees were extremely lacking in customer service skills and their policies severely lack any sort of integrity. Again, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Above all, NEVER and I repeat, NEVER leave your rental car in a lot like this over night. Nothing but problems!! read more

Both the interior and exterior of the car was dirty. The gas was completely EMPTY. I was charged a significant deposit in spite of using a corporate credit card and I could find NO written policy statement to support this charge. Luckily, this is a company expenses and did not impact me directly. Even an apology from the rep was not enough to compensate for these short comings. Lastly, I clearly stated and it was printed on the contract that I would be returning the car on Sunday when the location was closed. When I arrived on Sunday, there was no signage regarding where to park the car and no drop box for the keys. I spent 40 minutes on the phone escalating the issue of where/how to leave the vehicle. Bottom line, I still like and will continue to use Enterprise but will not use this location. read more
