Needed a rental car while mine was getting worked on. Went through my insurance and was able to rent a car on the same day. My insurance would only pay $40/day towards a rental car and this Enterprise location only had one car that was $52/day. I called around to other locations and there were no other cars in the area. While frustrated that I had to pay the overage, at least I could have a car for the week. My insurance really took care of everything and it was all uploaded into Enterprise's system upon my arrival. The car I rented was a 2024 VW Tiguan. It had a couple of chips in the windshield and have a large tear in the driver's side carpet due to not having any floor mats - all of these were accounted for when I checked out. I prepared for gas as well, since Enterprise offered a lower rate on gas than at the pumps so it was not a bad deal at all. I returned the car today and had zero problems. Staff on the pick up and drop off were both very nice and helpful. My only wish is they had a car that was under $40/day. read more

I've been renting from this location for many years out of convenience. The office/lobby smells terrible. The staff's attitude and approach is up and down. Sometimes you get good customer service, and other times you get attitude and resistance to help. I always book in advance and no matter what vehicle I book, it's never ready. I seem to get a bad rental vehicle every time; banged up, smell bad, or isn't what I booked. When I arrive I ask the associate what vehicles are available for the class of rental I have booked so that I can pick. Depending on who you work with, some are accommodating and others aren't. If you can rent somewhere else I would strongly advise doing so. read more

As soon as I walked in met with an unwelcomed tone and completely unwilling to help. I came to town for a funeral and during that time some unfortunate things took place that lead me to have to rent a car. I've used Enterprise and Enterprise ONLY for over 15 years and have never been treated in the way I was. All I wanted to do was to get my family home. I get that their policies are their policies but anyone with any sense of empathy would've gotten their manager and looked up my rental history. I had a family emergency and I was met with a we don't care attitude. What would've cost me $250 and gas to get home now cost me $1200. Seriously rethinking my business with Enterprise read more

I was surprised to see any negative reviews for this location. I have rented from this location numerous times over the last 10 years. I have always found the service to be exceptional! Very customer service oriented representatives. They have gone out of their way to pick me up or help me with reservation changes and/or charges. I called this morning and spoke to Josh, I had a question about a previous reservation. He was able to handle the matter quickly. Reasonable prices are good reason to use enterprise. I was told when picking up the car, I would only be charged for every 24 hours I had the vehicle, I picked it up on December 13th at 4:30 pm and returned it by 3pm on the 23rd. Upon returning the car I was told because I had insurance rates that I would be charged for the entirety of every day I had the car. upon first picking up the car I was required to only pay a $50 deposit, I needed to extend the length of time I had originally scheduled to have the car and was told I would have to pay a $300 deposit. I made a reservation with this branch a few weeks ago because my car was going to be in the shop for some time. At the time of the reservation, I stated that I would need to be picked up from the body shop at 815 am. Later, I received a call to verify my reservation a few days beforehand, where I again confirmed that I would be picked up at 815. The morning of my reservation, I called the office at 7 am, as requested by the Enterprise staff, to remind them of my pick up at 815. They were 45 minutes late picking me up. After three confirmations, all they could say was "oh, we didn't know we had you scheduled for that". Really helpful guys, thanks. When I tell you I will NEVER and I mean NEVER rent from these people ever again they stole a total of 500.09 dollars from me stating my insurance didn't cover it through my claim when my insurance has sent me all documents showing they are covering it. Also, i returned the car turns out they had a totally different car on my file than the one i had been driving. Then accused me of not retiring the vehicle because by that time they had already rented it out to another person. Alex was the most rude person I've ever encountered while dealing with a company. He's very rude, sarcastic, and just flat out nasty. I've rented with Enterprise before in different states and towns. I have never been to a branch where their customer service was below exceptional. Except this one. I am disappointed to have had such an experience with Enterprise. I reserved a car rental a week or 2 back, specifically requesting an SUV. When I got there, there was a shortage of cars and the cars that were coming in were not what I requested. I waited 20+ minutes for a batch of cars to be returned so I can take my rental. Since the wait was so long, I decided to cancel my reservation. While a customer service representative was in the middle of canceling my reservation, he took an incoming phone call and decided to help the customer on the phone rather than continuing my cancellation. From the conversation I overheard, it didn't sound that urgent that the rep had to take the call and ignore my request. Finally after 5 mins, I decided to leave the branch. It was ridiculous that the customer service rep I worked with had poor customer service skills. read more

We were staying in Denver for about a week and to our surprise this Enterprise branch was more than helpful with our special needs. We wanted a weekend special for a smaller rental that would save us money but in the middle of the week we had to upgrade to an all wheel drive car to go to Breckenridge. Once we got back we went back to renting a smaller car again. Amanda, and the other guys were all super helpful in making these changes super smooth and easy for us!!! The customer service rep was okay. It was awesome they manage to find me a vehicle on a short notice. I rent from enterprises a lot and my sister uses them also. Now here is why I am giving this branch a two star. The Camry was the dirtiest car I ever got. Exterior and interior wise. All the other enterprises I been to give me a clean car that has just been wash even when it's snowing outside. When we checked out the car, the guy noted dings on the back hatch area. When we returned it, the guy worked it out for his own agenda that a scratch wasn't included in that, and charged us a $500 deductible for repair on a 3" scratch that is only visible if you're leaning down behind the car. Since I didn't lean down behind the car when we checked it out, even if it was there, I wouldn't have seen it. Guy is the manager of the location, went out by himself to inspect it, and came back with this "extra scratch". Stay away unless you like to fork over deductibles for wear and tear based cosmetics that were documented during checkout. Update: Enterprise took my $500 and sent me back a check for $6 and some change for the 3" scratch. Been using another chain instead this summer while we're visiting colleges and none of the nonsense I had with Enterprise. Enterprise has definitely lost a customer with us. read more

Worst experience ever!!! I've been renting from Enterprise for years and years, but I will never rent from this location EVER again! I needed to rent a car for my nephew and his wife. His wife's license was expired, so the representatives said all she needed to do was renew her license online. So she did that, and got the confirmation email from the State of Colorado Revenue Department that hers was renewed on today's date. We showed that to the reps (3 of them), and they said they then needed to show that to their Risk Manager (Cassie). She said that wasn't enough, that she needed an actual physical drivers license instead, and no matter how we tried to explain that Colorado cannot mail a drivers license to us at a location other than the address on the license, they still could not get it there within minutes of the renewal. We tried everything possible, but for some reason this person refused to understand that Colorado does not issue licenses the same day, the best they can do is either the grocery store-type receipt, or the confirming email along with the on-line verification from the Dept. of Revenue web site for online renewals. Finally, after two and a a half hours, when every other car rental place in town was closed for the day, they said they would not rent to me. I've even rented from this same location before with no problems. But today was totally unacceptable. Never again from this location, though there is a small chance I may rent from a different location in the future. But since my nephew needs to get to his nieces graduation tomorrow, and it's still a 5 hour drive, we'll have to find another rental company tomorrow when the others open up. The so-called "Risk Manager" completely ruined around 10 years of positive experience with Enterprise. As they say, one negative experience can (and will) wipe away years of satisfaction and positivity. This experience did exactly that and then some. read more

Just went into this location to pick up a rental car because my car was in the shop due to being rear ended. Handed my license to the rep to get my rental and he stated that my temporary license had expired. Not thinking much of it (still waiting for my permanent license to come in the mail) he turned me away and said I could not get a rental today. Ubered over 30 minutes back home and looked at my temporary license and it says it expires 10/31/19 (today is 10/20/19). I assumed the rep could do his job and read a license properly so I didn't even bother to check the expiration date prior to leaving. Thanks for making me pay for an hour worth of uber's! read more

This Enterprise location is run by thieves. I recently rented a vehicle from them while my car was in the shop. I returned the car on a Monday evening in perfect condition (they were closed for Memorial Day). The next morning one of the thieving employees from Enterprise called me to say the had logged in my returned car but were claiming there were two dents on the hood of the car. He asked if I had driven the car in a hail storm. Really? First, the car was in perfect condition when I returned it. Second, if the car was in a hail storm don't you think there would be damage over the entire car? As other Yelp commenters have said, this location fabricates car damage when you have declined their overpriced insurance in an attempt to make a quick buck from their customers. Had to take a trip to Texas for a week. We reserved a mid-size car and got upgraded to a full size SUV. Pick up and drop off was very easy. The vehicle was great on the road and surprised us with very good gas milage. Our experience was so good that we joined Enterprise Plus for added points and perks. We are going to Utah to visit our National Parks and we have rented from Enterprise again. Will let you know how it goes with the vehicle and the service. read more

I was charged extra for a young driver fee, even though I turn 25 in 8 days. "Sorry, company policy - it's black and white and there's nothing we can do." Oh, perfect, then on my next business trip it will be an easy decision to avoid Enterprise and their "black and white" policies. Why would a company not waive a measly $15 fee to keep a customer who will have a LOT of recurring renting needs? No matter how politely I asked for the fee to be waived, I still paid it in the end. This is my fourth rental with Enterprise in the past four months but my first at this location. I have always received stellar customer service at other locations but that couldn't be further from the truth at this location. This location tried to give me a dirty car that was not cleaned prior. This was very obvious when I peeked inside and found hair on the seats and crumbs all over. Disgusting especially in light of COVID. I asked for manager and a Dale came out who was very rude and unapologetic. Did not acknowledge the seriousness of the situation and merely said he would take the car to the back and "quickly clean it". Hmmm how can it be properly COVID cleaned "quickly "? I explained I did not want to wait and was actually MORE concerned going into an improperly cleaned car and asked for another vehicle. I was told there were no other vehicles in the class I booked and if I wanted another car I had to pay. Wow! So my only choice is to sit and wait because they didn't do their job or pay more to receive what I should have received in the first place?!?! Unbelievable! Tristan might be the worst rep I have spoken to on the phone. He would not stop talking over me and when he did let me speak he was just waiting for me to finish talking so he could go on with his schpiel. He also lied and said if I took the rental to a Firestone to fix the tire that was damaged that I would receive a discount since they partner with this company. I got to Firestone and was told that this is was a lie because they only bill Enterprises national account when Enterprise brings in the vehicle or when they will be taking liability for the tire. I would avoid this location if at all possible or at least speaking to Tristan if you can save yourself the trouble. read more

This was one of the worst ever experiences in my traveling history!! Please AVOID this location - Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!!!!!! There are many other options in Denver Colorado !!!! My family booked online reservation through online service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car same day. On the arival to location we were met by absolutely not interested in us manager Katie who immediately informed us that she has no records of online reservation and we had 28 people ahead of us if we want to rent a car now . When I rightfully express my concerns and demanded responsibilities she immediately ask me to leave her office and refuse to serve us. After two hours of humiliation and I mean humiliation by Katie the manager and by her staff who had no interest in helping us at all, we were forced to cancel our plans for this day book local hotel and change all of our plans. This person Katie has no customer service skills ,no interest in being in customer service and must be removed from any position where she has to be exposed to customer service, treating people and communicating with customers whatsoever. I am very disappointed with hiring practices enterprise Rent-A-Car in this area because this person again has no business to be representative of any companies. She has no personal customer service skills!!!!!!!!! I am currently exploding legal options again that individual as well as in talks with upper management of enterprise Rent-A-Car in order to remove this person from the position as a manager. After talking to my family I've decided to return to meet with Katie but she again informed that I am not sincere and refused to give me a car. After that we left. Usually never write reviews, but my experience was not good. First, sales rep was verbally disappointed that I did not opt for added insurance. Big surprise when I returned the car he magically found a hairline dent on the hood and "had" to report it. Bad enough they provided an unwashed bone dry car with multiple door dings that barley made it to the gas station. Now I received an insurance claim in the mail... What matters is how the people running the business respond to the problem. Needless to say, I did have a problem but Ryan the branch manager and Kiel the assistant branch manager made it right. We all like our plans to go smoothly and when they don't, we can be disappointed as I was; however, I left feeling very good about Enterprise and the great service at the Dawson Circle branch! Worst experience ever! Avoid this location as they lied to me and treated me with horrible customer service! I have rented from them over 6 times this year and that means nothing to them. The staff at this location is horrible and treated me with no respect. I was given a Jeep Cherokee as this was the only car available and was charged full price of $43 dollars a day(insurance allows $50 a day and max of $1000). After 18 days in the rental my insurance was maxed out. My car is not set to be completed till next week and I'm with out a car. When I called and tried to see if they can help me out they were very rude about it and didn't care about the situation they put me in! You would think that they would discount the car if I didn't have a choice! They saw I had $50 a day and used that against me. They offered to but me in a small car and pay 25-30 dollars a day out of pocket. I have never had this issue in the 5 years I have rented from enterprise! Waiting outside of this location for an Uber to take me to Budget. They are more then willing to get me in a car with as little money out of pocket. Just sucks that you have to deal with the repair on your car and then have to deal with not having a car. Having better rental coverage don't matter I learned. They just charge you full price and don't care about the time you will need a car. read more
