    Had to rent a car near my home for an office trip to Vegas since I didn't want to put mileage on my car. This is just 2 miles away from my home so decided to rent with them directly instead of checking options for the convenience factor. Overall my experience was nice here. Competitive prices, quick check-in and flexible checkout options. Car was in good condition, I wouldn't say the most cleaned car rental even but it was overall clean. Staff is super nice here and I would recommend this place.

    PUBLIC WARNING: Do NOT Rent from Enterprise at Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ If I could give zero stars, I would. Enterprise, particularly this location under the management of Steven Adelman and Justin, has shown an absolutely astonishing level of negligence, disrespect, and retaliatory behavior. I've rented from them since April 18th, spending thousands of dollars after my insurance coverage ended -- and this is how they treat loyal customers? Let me break this disaster down: * I was given filthy vehicles repeatedly. Vans that smelled like vomit, broken vents, stained interiors, and "cleaned" cars that took me an hour just to make drivable. So much for your "Clean Car Pledge," Enterprise -- more like a dirty car roulette. * Keegan, the employee who originally checked me out, gave my personal information to the car sales division without my permission, resulting in over 10 harassing calls from a salesman named John. Only after escalating to District Manager Lee did it stop -- a clear violation of privacy and trust. * I was bounced between 6 vehicles during one upgrade because most of them were literally unfit to rent. This is your "maintained fleet," Steven? You can't even manage to rent a van that doesn't reek or have busted vents? * I was repeatedly misled. When Justin told me it was "totally fine" to spend $250 tinting windows on a Nissan Altima, he failed to mention that the car was about to be sold by car sales (it had nearly 60,000 miles). Two weeks later, they tell me it's sold and I need to swap -- and somehow I'm the one footing the bill and being punished for their incompetence? * I've driven across multiple states with cars that had serious mechanical issues -- including a brand new Ford Escape with 6,000 miles that started making grinding noises and a Chevy Equinox with a steering wheel that telescoped out and locked, creating a clear safety hazard. I was told to go to the airport location, who then prioritized profit over safety and refused to help. * When I asked to speak to someone above District Manager Lee (who vanished for military duty for weeks), I was told no one knew who to contact. Turns out Alejandro Deleon was the acting DM, and refused to escalate my concern to the Regional VP. A full cover-up operation to avoid accountability. * After all this, when I returned from vacation, Steven refused to even look me in the eye, and then Justin told me they're refusing to rent to me because I "went above their heads" to report how they mishandled everything -- are you kidding me? That's retaliation, plain and simple. This is not customer service -- it's sabotage. I followed their process, gave feedback when asked, and was punished for daring to expect basic professionalism. I've rented for months, and instead of resolving the situation, they dumped me. Well, consider this your formal notice: This isn't over. I will be reporting: * Your privacy violation (Keegan + car sales team) * Your unsafe vehicle practices * Your retaliatory banning of a paying customer * And your general negligence and dishonesty To: Enterprise Corporate Better Business Bureau Arizona Attorney General's Office Consumer protection agencies Every single review platform that exists There are Karens, and then there's a Stephen -- and I don't play games when you mess with my time, my money, and my dignity. Edit: I completely forgot the Nissan Altima's oil change was overdue to the point the light continuously came on after being reset. When I finally brought it in, the technician showed me the engine and cabin air filters--both were disgusting and he said they looked like they hadn't been changed in at least over 18,000 miles (see attached photos). At the time of the oil change, Enterprise refused to cover the cost of the filters. They did eventually reimburse me after seeing how I didn't leave them much of an option. Just know--this is the kind of vehicle maintenance and customer care you can expect from Steven Adelman's branch.

    My husband and I decided last minute to rent a vehicle for a 3 day trip. Armin was friendly, helpful and able to get us a vehicle the same day. He was able to get us an Infinity SUV with 4 wheel drive, which was perfect because we were going to be driving in the snow. The pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Thanks Armin!

I DECLINED all the additional options. I specifically told him I did not need additional insurance as I have rental coverage through my private auto insurance and through my credit card. At the end of the conversation I questioned why the amount was nearly $500 more than the agreed upon amount. He stated it was a Security Deposit and it would be refunded upon returning the car. 3 days after returning the car the FULL amount was charged to my card. When I called Budget they stated the additional fees were related to adding the additional insurance coverage on the car! They are not willing to adjust the price of the what I was told was a security Deposit because I "accepted the additional insurance". I was LIED to when I specifically asked. I've put in calls to speak to a manage and of course no one will call me back!!! I've always used Budget and have never had issues before. Now I was completely deceived!

He very adeptly has assisted our family with purchasing many vehicles, and has always gotten us the best deals. He is patient and explains everything each step of the way. Not only did he find the best car for me, but he was able to give me a ton of details on why this car and not that car, or that was not a good year for such and such car. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want! His knowledge is unprecident. Then, he met me at the car dealership. Dealt with them, cut out the typical nonsense. It was an amazing experience. So, if you want a hassle free experience with an incredibly knowledgeable person to help you purchase your car, give Gary a call!!
