    When my car broke down on New Year's Day, this was the only Enterprise location that was open. They were cheerful and very helpful, and set me up with a rental in a jiffy. Because most people are coming from the Airport, I needed to go inside the terminal to secure the rental, but that's a short walk and then I came back to pickup the rental. Everyone is so very friendly at this location, and they are quite cheerful, even when they have to work long or holiday hours. I got a great price on a rental, and it was a clean comfortable car. Oh, and here's a shout-out to Erin who works the gate. She smiles and waves me through each time, I really like the friendly customer service I get here.

    Needed to swap a vehicle, manager was ignorant and refused to help in any way... told me I could walk back home if I had to. HORRIBLE!

    I lost my license and ordered a replacement driver's license. Can I bring my passport, and a paper copy of my license, and copy of my request for a replacement card and still get my rental car?

    First and last time renting with Budget!!! Just flew into Pittsburgh, had a reservation for 10…read moredays, we were supposed to pick up the car at 11pm but all flights in are delayed. We called the Budget rental car agency right at the airport before boarding the plane and said our flight was delayed, they told us no worries they don't leave until the last customers flight arrives. They did ask for our flight information when we made arrangements to rent this car. We were there at midnight and found no one around. No answer at any of their offices...just a "we are closed message". Others people started showing up with the same story...called and were told someone would be there. There are people here with small kids wandering around trying to figure where the Budget representative is. One customer was sent the information to get his car...he scanned the barcode to open the gate and leave and it would t open. After all that he has to u er to his hotel. This is the worst rental car experience ever! There are no other cars available no but enterprise was able to help many of the customers, Budget lost a lot of money tonight.

    This wasn't a horrid experience, but I have experienced better. I booked this online ahead of time…read moreand chose Thrifty because they have Toyota and Toyota usually has more head room. They prompted me to purchase additional insurance to cover loss-of-use and since it was for only 1 day, I opted to get it. Day of rental: picked up baggage at carousel, proceeded to Thrifty. Thrifty was closed but directed me to Dollar. Stood in line at Dollar and due to lack of more than 1 agent, I waited for 30 minutes. The agent tried to sell me on insurance for loss-of-use, but I told him I had already purchased it. He then told me it was a bad idea because now I'd be dealing with a THIRD PARTY to settle disputes. I should wait and buy it at the airport. I asked why it would be on the website as a recommendation if he was saying the product they recommend is bad. He backed off. I got my Toyota and everything was fine. Return was quick and was exactly what was quoted. HOWEVER ... The additional loss-of-use insurance has two charges on my card. Does Thrifty correct this, or did I get the better advice from Dollar Rental to avoid the dreaded THIRD PARTY.

Although they have possession of the rented vehicle for over a week. The guy who attended to me advised the hold will be released within 3 to 5 days. It's been over a week. Now I'm trying to speak to someone at their Corporate office and their claiming the funds have been released. So I ask them for some sort of proof of release to provide to my bank, and Thrifty is claiming they can't provide anything. So then I ask to speak to a supervisor, and no one is available (lol). Robbery at its finest. I don't understand how they could take the money out so fast but not issue it back in a timely manner. SHAME ON YOU, THRIFTY. Moving forward I will take my business elsewhere.
