They were very professional and thoroughly answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about all of the details, especially Brian (Branch Manager), Jesse (Assistant Branch Manager), Tonilynn (Customer Service Representative), and Thomas (Vehicle Cleaning Agent). Everything was easy and clear even the price , they calculate everything and didn't hide from me anything like unexpectable taxes or fees or any other stuff usually other renter hide . Unprofessional liars. I'm pretty DONE with Enterprise. I have spoken with Five individual employees at this location and never have I experienced this level of runaround, unresponsiveness and plain old fashioned lies. I recently rented a vehicle and unfortunately left my Bluetooth device on the passenger seat when dropping off the car. I left the area that day as I live in New York and could not return to retrieve my device. That's where it gets interesting. I was told by one man they have the device and would talk to a supervisor and mail it. I understand they probably have no obligation to mail lost items but they offered and I offered to pay of course. So a week later I called again. A phony apology and similar results. So this rodeo goes on for about a month, I call and somebody says that someone will get back to me. So the last time I called they said it was mailed. That was TWO weeks ago. My husband I ordered a 15 passenger van. My husband called 30 mins before we arrived in Everett. The associate on the phone informed him that he was unable to pick us up at the train station and we needed to take an cab to Enterprise to obtain the van. We had to take 2 vans to get to Enterprise because they was 12 of us. Upon arrival the van smelled of vomit and the van was damaged. Three of the seat belts were broken along with dents on the outside. The associates there were not helpful and disregard anything that was said. My husband and I travel alot and often use Enterprise. After this we will look into diffenet rental companies. I thought the advertisement stated that you will be picked up? In the day with companies closing up everyday I would think companies would be mindful. read more

We were sent here to get a loaner vehicle by Larson Cadillac while my car got maintenance done. Enterprise wanted to place a fifty dollar hold on a credit card to be refunded when the car was returned. That's annoying, but okay. Then they refused to take my payment because I had my husband card that day instead of mine. Mind you both of our names are on the account. Employees were not helpful at all and had a rude tone. 100% don't recommend. read more

I went to pick a rental after I had talked to them on the phone. 1st time they said they don't have a car the second time I went I found the person to assist me on the phone, he suddenly told me that I they don't have a car ready while speaking to another person on the phone. I was hit by an uninsured driver and my car was totaled. My insurance company arranged a rental car with this location. I was given bogus information about the coverage my insurance provides for driving a rental and suckered into buying Enterprise's daily coverage. The next day the low tire pressure lights came on, and i had to go back to have the tires topped off. They were all +/- 12 pounds of pressure different after they filled them. The inside of the windshield was covered in spray from dash cleaner, and the windshield wipers were past their prime and in need of replacement. It made for a treacherous driving experience after dark in the rain. In addition, they rented me the most expensive car my insurance would cover so I was left with a bill for the daily use charges and taxes. I have rented from enterprise before and never had these issues, so I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I came to Enterprise because my car was stolen on Friday and I needed a rental for my commute to work and search to purchase a car. I have never experienced better costumer service before, Amy helped me and made my experience so fast and easy. Amy even referred me to Chris at the Renton car sales to help me purchase a car! Who knew Amy wasn't going to stop there.. On my drive from Fife to Seattle I hit a large rock on i5 and my tire blew out. Panicked, I called the Fife location, Amy was supportive and helped to calm me down. She then gave me the information to roadside assistance and also called ahead to the nearest Enterprise for me to switch out cars. When I got to the next enterprise they we're expecting me and helped me immediately. They only had a bigger car available but switched me out and I was on my way to Renton to look at purchasing a car. Once arriving to Renton, they were also expecting me because Amy called ahead. Wow! I couldn't believe the hospitality! Amy called the regional director and told him what I had been through and asked if he could help me purchase a car and get moved into a smaller vehicle. She even called me later that evening to ask me how I was doing. This was a crazy day, but without Amy it would have not been so smooth and easy. Amy the Branch Manager is very genuine when she says she will do every thing in her power to help you. I asked for a specific type and color of vehicle for an event and she came through with it. She never guaranteed me anything but said she would try her best, and she did. The other offices around where not willing to even try, its almost like they didn't even want my business. ("Sorry sir, we can't guarantee the color of the car...have a nice day") I wasn't looking for a guarantee, just someone willing to try! This is the place. Was referred to them after being involved in a rear-end accident. Was talked into getting their insurance, being told it was less than $20/day. Yes I know you never buy the rental insurance, but I had just been in an accident that wasn't my fault, expected to only need the car a few days, and it seemed like a good deal, especially when the agent said it was $12 a day with my insurance. Well I had the car for 14 days as it took longer to get my car. In the end I was charged over $500 because they charged me over $30 for the insurance. When I called to complain I was brushed off. Sad because I had planned to send them a lot of business over the next few months. Will now be looking for a more reputable rental place. read more

DO NOT rent here! Seriously, I can't make this up. My car was having work done and I was provided a rental by the insurance company from Enterprise - 1) They gave me a car with expired tabs. And the next day I had to get off work early to make another trip back to Fife (I live/work in Kent) to pick up the current tabs. 2) The service light came on the 3rd day I drove the car, and the car lost power. I pulled over, shut the car off and waited 10-15 minutes and was going to call AAA. Instead, I tried starting the car again and it turned on, so I drove it home. I called them to notify them the car needs service and I need a replacement. No can do, they do not have anything available but I can check back with them every day around 12pm to see if they get something new in. Seriously?? Now there's some great customer service (not) ... another 3 days go by, I call again, they now have another vehicle and I can come and trade vehicles. Great, I limp the vehicle back to their location in Fife. They swap cars out with me, no problem-all is good, right? NO! My bad for not looking at the tabs!!! Seriously! The tabs expired July 2020. This time I am not risking getting pulled over for driving with expired tabs, so my husband drove me to Enterprise to get the tabs the next morning. Emily then tells me I cannot pick up the tabs because the vehicle is not there. Are you freaking kidding me?! I was about to go through the roof...she walked away and I went inside and was about to blow a gasket and another lady asked if she could help me and I told her I just wanted to pick up the tabs for the vehicle and she said she would make "an exception" and she gave them to me. BUT WAIT! It gets better :( I was not the one paying the bill for this rental, the insurance company was. Enterprise withdrew a total $447.99 from my personal bank account WITHOUT MY CONSENT. When I confronted the Manager about it, she made excuses about they haven't closed their books out with the insurance company yet and I will be refunded all my money. What the hell? That is FRAUD! At no time did I ever give them permission to withdrawal anything except the initial $50 required to cover fuel charges in case I didn't bring the vehicle back with the same amount of fuel. If I could give them ZERO Stars I would. Do not rent from Enterprise! read more

All 3 of the trucks they rented me had electrical problems and at one point it took over a week to get a replacement truck for one of the faulty trucks they rented me. I needed to rent a heavy duty truck since mine was in an accident. They are nice people that will nicely tell you that you have to fix the problem with the truck yourself. They'll nicely tell you that they don't have a truck available without electrical problems. They'll nicely tell you that they don't have roadside assistance and then they nicely leave themselves 5 star reviews right here. read more

Over charged for "optional service" I did not sign up for. Terrible customer service . Regional manager that tells you his company wins awards so they never mess up. Don't give them your account information. They take money out without you even knowing why? And this was over a week after the car was already dropped off. They over drafted my account because of this and did not offer anything to compensate for their mess up. Get a clue guys. I even let the manager know I would never use enterprise again. I hate to give a 1 star reviews but this review only about my bad experience with employee at that location(Kristina).Im renting a lot with enterprise and National and also have elite status which means gives you "VIP" treatment and usually they do, but today got opposite and very bad treatment.Kristina was trying to "help" me to get me a nice car but I didn't realized in the beginning that she was trying to up-sell me a higher category for a fee which usually I get complimentary as a courtesy being elite member when she realized I'm refusing to pay extra for upgrade without any strong reason she decided that she refuse to rent me any vehicle and let me feel like a garbage or a bad person that no one want to rent him a car ,thanks to manager assist that she involved in that incident and let me get rolling .But have very bad after taste from that employee .Enterprise Corp it's a great brand which usually have phenomenal service and great cars and I believe this Employe don't deserve represent such a great brand until she gets proper training and learn how to do a good a customer service . read more

Best experience with a rental car business. This place was packed, but somehow they where able to greet and treat each customer timely and respectfully. Felt like I was in and out. Such good customer service I still remember Darrell's name. I can't remember the other guys name because I didn't work with him but from what I could over hear his customer service was just as timely and professional. He showed me a few tricks on how to secure my Bimmer with the fobs pull out key. I'll for sure be only using this specific site for my rentals. Truly awful experience. I was consistently kept in the dark regarding hidden charges, encouraged to upgrade cars several times without any financial information, and lied to in regards to what my final charges would consist of, and not alerted when any existing agreements/conditions may be altered. I am now unexpectedly invested $410 into a rental car that I will not be reimbursed for, despite having insurance that should have covered the entire service. I feel like I have been taken advantage of financially and when I expressed that to them and questioned the procedure , I was turned away, referred to my insurance agent, or faced with attitude. read more

Sterling was very prompt in picking me up after I called, made good car conversation, and was expedient once we made it to the rental location. Bad service from an uncaring staff. Use anyone else! Reserved a truck, that the ended up not having. When they finally found one to replace it, it had malfunctioning electrical. I was out of time, so I took it. A day into my month long rental I found myself fixing the truck, as it broke down at the hotel I was stay at. A few days later the engine light came on and I had to drive back to fife, for the truck to be inspected. They refused to inspect it during the 2 days I had available, so I was forced to unload the whole truck into a new one. What a great way to spend superbowl Sunday. All conversations with the staff, were hostile and unconcerned. Many times I heard, well that's life, gotta deal with what you get. read more
