Apparently my confirmed reservation was meaningless! They have the absolute worst customer service! Completely 100% unreliable and such a sham of a business! Read the reviews of Enterprise as a whole, they are always pulling some type of scheme or scam to maximize their profits on your dime. I was told I wouldn't need my ezpass, their "program" takes care of tolls. What they fail to tell you is their fee for this "service" exceeds the cost of the tolls! The car itself smelled like pot, had burn holes in the seat, the front rotors were warped and the wipers were probably original with 45K miles on them. If you need a rental, look elsewhere. Or at least turn your card off the second you pick up the vehicle and for a few weeks after. read more

Horrible customer service. I was given a car that was dirty with a sticky film everywhere, smudged windows, stained headliner. The steering is extremely stiff and you can hear/feel what seems to be a broken tie rod end. When I called to inform them of the issue the girl who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. The WORST experience EVER for a corporate rental!! 1st rental, I waited over an hr upon arrival for a scheduled p/u. Finally get the car, tire pressure light" on the entire time. Pulled over several times to re-inflate the tire before it finally gave out. 2ND car "maintenance required" light on. Call them! They confirm that the car needed service. I requested they come get it, swap or tow and they REFUSED!! NEVER AGAIN. I reserved a LUXURY car rental on Monday morning. "Audi, BMW, or similar". At 6pm the manager called to confirm my Wednesday rental, verifying the all important "LUXURY" aspect. "He ran thru a list of Cadillac models, Lincoln MZK, Audi, BMW=--all acceptable. Never called me Tues nite to confirm what I'd be getting as promised. He called me Wednes. morning with my choices: A Mustang, Dodge Durango, or Buick Enclave. HUH? Where's the $81 luxury car I asked. He said that's all they had. Definitely 5 stars for this Enterprise branch. I had a back experience with a different Enterprise branch so gave this place a chance. Tremendous customer service. I needed a mini van for a move. Took time off work and a different Enterprise canceled my reservation within 24 hours so has to scramble. Pete was amazing in helping find me a van. Takes advantage of older people. My mother is being accused of returning the car with damage. Even though no walk through was done upon her actually renting the car. She was in Boston and the brake lights weren't working. Unreal how poorly they executed this rental. Upon return nothing was found when it was taken back. Later they called and say there was damage. Weird how they didn't point out any damage upon return but were quick to call after she left - long after she left. They cannot provide rental agreement for her either?? Say it's all in corporate? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! #1. Confirmation for rental on Monday. Went to pick up car no cars avaible, missed work. 2. Next day confirmed they'd pick me up by phone and no one shows an hour later. I have to Uber it there. When I got there all that was available was a Chevy Traverse. I wanted a car like an Altima. It was huge, brakes squeeked and it stunk of smoke. I had no choice to take it because I had missed work the day before I ended up on antibiotics because I have asthma. I switched cars 2 more times car #2 stunk cigarette smoke also. Car #3 gas on empty. It's impossible to get someone to answer the phones. One girl told me I will call you tomorrow and get you into a nice vehicle your insurance pays for $60/day . She said she set her alarm to call me at 3:30. Never did. I think I 've said enough. DO NOT GO THERE read more

My personal car was hit while parked at work back in May. I was obviously not at fault so the other party's insurance (Geico-even the name makes me cringe) needed to cover the cost of the rental car I needed to get to and from work. First of all, Enterprise was only 15 minutes late to pick me up but they gave me a free upgrade! I am not 25 yet, but they waived the underage fee, because I really only needed the car to get myself to work. Then when my personal car was ready, they picked the car up for me right at the shop saving myself and a friend a trip across town. Excellent service!! When I thought things were all said and done, 2 months later I received a phone call from Enterprise, they informed my that they had been back and forth with Geico about an extra 4 days that I had the rental (the body shop was backed up) and that Geico refused to pay the charge. I was enraged until enterprise told me that they were going to cover the charge for me. AMAZING customer service. I will never rent a car from anyone else, ever again! The two people from Enterprise I remember speaking to were Dylan and Andy. Both were really great! I have always received good to excellent service at Enterprise. I travel A LOT for work and can say that this is not the norm with other businesses I encounter. This location went above and beyond and it was Kyle who really made my day. After I dropped off the car, he drove me to my destination. It was a bit confusing and he stuck with me making sure I was at the right spot. He also cleaned the snow off the car I was picking up. Really great guy!! read more

Having engine trouble with rental picked up in Hyannis. They told us we could get another car here in Raynham. When we arrived, the manager here pretty much told us we were on our own maybe we'd be able to get a car tomorrow if we call the general 800 number. Enterprise as a company I love and prefer over any other rental companies. This branch in particular though I have had more than 1 unpleasant experience though. The first time I had gotten a flat tire in the rental, I called AAA who told me it needed to be towed back to erac since it was a rental. Ok, did that. Waited until they opened and then went in and explained what happened. The guy who waited on me was clearly annoyed by this. I apologized as I felt I had done something wrong even though I didnt have a say in where it was towed. I chalked it up to he was having a bad day, but I also was now hours late for a meeting and stressed and his aggravation didnt make me feel any better. I was shocked by the employees visible aggravation as I have never experienced that before with enterprise, I have always experienced exceptional customer service prior to that. I let it go. Last week I put in a reservation for a rental because my car had broken down in the morning so i arranged getting a ride to this branch after work to pick up a rental. I then got a call and a voicemail that just simply said they didnt have a car for me there and to call back to confirm that I got the message. What?!?! Ok...thanks? I guess I appreciate them letting me know but I would have further appreciated a solution to this, something like "we dont have a rental however our xxx location had one available". People dont make reservations because they have a back up plan, the rental is the back up plan!!!! I set up dozens of my customers a day with reservations with erac and I will always think twice now before reserving anything for someone at this branch because I don't want them to experience what I have. read more

Poor customer service. Idiotic policies. Just a bunch of jabronis working there in general. wallet was stolen day before an accident and these people had the audacity to question why i didn't have any credit cards with my name on them. Asked to pay deposit by money order and they requested 2 bills, a pay stub, and proof of insurance along with a call for a rental from the insurance company. What a stupid company policy and I say company policy because only they require this garbage. If they'd rather fight you over paperwork that says the same exact thing printed in different areas than take your business then people we aren't dealing with a good business. Finally to top it off I was hung up on by some low-life receptionist with a high pitched voice unhappy with her lot in life. Sooooo I called up another place called Verc rentals whom I'd never heard of and thank goodness for this. The guy at Verc was polite, CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ME, did not require a ton of useless redundant paperwork stating where I live, required a smaller deposit by almost 20% and also offers a similar variety of cars. OH YA, they ALSO pick you up. Now don't take this as me being mad I'm just being honest. I called this company as a family member had rented one of their cars and the key fob went missing while they were shopping. The lack of help offered was astounding. I travel for my job quite a bit and from time to time have had issues with my rental car (granted I never rent from enterprise nor will I ever) and each time the rental company is as helpful as possible. These people told me to call AAA and the car then had to be towed where it took almost a week for the dealership to program a new key, different review on that nightmare. I usually rent in Boston or Brockton since they're all booked they sent me to this location, got there to grab the car and head my way, they were so disrespectful so racist, profiling cause am an Afro American they ask me for mine job position, my job location, the corporate location, even my pay-stub when I confronted him that was first time going thru Such thing he responded that was the branch risk management. Rented a car and did the walk around and had to point out damage. In the snow. When returning they found more damage I did not see. (I picked up during a snow storm and wasn't laying on the ground.) I'm being billed now for it even after pointing out the color of the paint was the same as the other damage and was the same accident. Don't bother with these clowns, they'll spend more time trying to sell you insurance and gas breaks than looking at their own cars. read more

Very poor customer service. I was basically stranded after driving over an hour to get to the location to pick up a car. I was told a $50 deposit would be required (insurance rental) and that I could use a debit card. When I arrived I had to wait 20+ minutes to be helped then was told it would be a $200 deposit and I couldn't use my debit card. My ride had left 30 minutes before and I was basically stranded. They never said sorry or anything. One worker was sitting on a stool chomping gum helping an elderly couple and he chimed in "nothing we can do." read more

I have rented many cars at this location. The service was excellent. Emma is professional and cheerful. Every vehicle I picked up was clean and ran great. Any issues I had were quickly resolved. This place has received too many unfair reviews. I read the reviews and was hesitant to rent from this location. If you go prepared i.e. with a credit card (with renter's name on it) and a valid license there will be no trouble. Making a reservation is recommended. Also, if any of the other employees rush you or are unpleasant, ask for Cam, Eric, or Emma. read more

Not going to work for a very long ride for a family of 4. Tried to call Brockton and people pick up take your info and say they will get you someone. Rude, deceptive, in our opinion liars, (we have tape recorded audio tape) We rented a car while our car was being towed in for repairs. Can the manager offered us a free upgrade to a midsize car. Only it was far from free. When we reserved a smaller car at a better rate. Cam the manager said "absolutely you can swap the car." We drop it off. They refused to honor our reservation. Worse they lied about leaving messages on our voice mail. I would rather have root canal surgery without Novicane, Ryan deal with Enterprise. Corporate has promised to call us, no call in 6 days. :( read more

Was unable to reserve a vehicle from other Enterprise locations in the area to cover an unexpected auto repair over a long holiday weekend. Eric Lapointe, my Enterprise associate, was prompt, when picking me up at the Sullivan Tire location which was performing my repairs. Eric was professional, polite, conscientious and thorough when running through the rental transaction. When dropping my rental vehicle off, Cam, the manager, was also excellent. He was simultaneously working a busy desk, telephone, and communicating with his staff to ensure that customers needs were addressed as quickly and effectively as possible. Cam arranged a timely drop off for me by John who was also top notch. All around, I would highly recommend the entire Enterprise Outlet staff from stem to stern at 1053 Route 44, Raynham, MA (508) 828-9666 - white glove treatment all the way!!! Dont ever leave Yelp reviews, but these guys were very professional and efficient. Was getting repair work done through the Hyundai dealership and the insurance company was taking a while to send payment for the repairs. The Enterprise reps were all young professionals that clearly cared about customer service. Didnt see their lot so I dont know exactly what selection of cars you have from their stock, but we got a nice 2015 Hyundai Sonata and the whole process took less than 5 mins. They even offered to drive me to the Hyundai dealership when I returned the rental car (dealership is only 100ft away, but its the thought that counts!) Never asked me to check pricing before signing, just pointed where to sign. Told me total would be one number and then its a different one and would not negotiate with me. I made a reservation months in advance and when I got there realized the vehicle wasn't large enough for my needs. The manager didn't have an SUV readily available and proceeded to call other guests. Turned out there was a guest who wasn't planning to use her reservation. I had a car within 30 minutes. I was really impressed with the service. When I returned the car, there was an unhappy customer in the waiting area and they handled her rudeness with grace. They also gave me a ride home which they were not expecting to do. Called and received a quote for a rental, as my truck needed to be in the shop for a few days, I talked to a woman who assured me that they accepted Triple A, even went and looked up on the computer what the difference was in price, told me I could get a car for $150, and that triple A gave 5℅ off. I got picked up from the dealership, went to get my rental, where they told me it was going to cost $180, when I asked about my triple a discount, they looked at me like I was stupid, and said they do not take Triple A. If that was the case then why would this woman tell me that they did, and even look up the price difference?! I am beyond pissed off, and will never recommend such liars to anyone I know. If it wasn't so important that I needed this car I would be taking my business else where! read more
